@freedomsupport Surprised that I hit 12 GB limit last month, but happy to find when I texted Freedom support that data will still function, although slower. With prior Rogers service with much lower data limit, they’d stop data completely, which was upsetting when you need maps, etc operational

@freedomsupport Ahhhh ok.. and during that 24th term, I cannot change my plan, is that right? Like for example is the cost of data goes down (haha!), I would not be able to take advantage of that until my 24 month term is over. Is that correct?

i really have to leave @freedommobile, ANYTIME i call them and they dont want to address my issue, they hang up on me. LOL. the low rates are not worth the disrespect and long wait times wallahi.

@freedomsupport does freedom mobile unlock Bell Phones? It's Samsung Galaxy 9. And can I then use it on ur network. Current customer here.
