@freedomsupport Surprised that I hit 12 GB limit last month, but happy to find when I texted Freedom support that data will still function, although slower. With prior Rogers service with much lower data limit, they’d stop data completely, which was upsetting when you need maps, etc operational

Absolute shambles @FreedomMobile services. Initially I was told of getting the new member fee waived off, and hence decided to change to freedom. But now, 2 months in, the fee has not been waived off and customer service providers say that it’s not written on my contract.#Shame

@freedomsupport Last time I talked to the royalty department who offered me $30 plan with 3 gb data and unlimited talk and text switching from prepaid to postpaid.. then suddenly during my billing cycle the phone line is not working and found out it is still prepaid.

@FreedomMobile has shady salesman who lie about free items to get the sale then your bill says something different and then guess what? Sorry sir I can’t help you I don’t know how to fill out a complaint! Back to Telus with my 3 cell lines I guess

@OpenGovCan ALL mobile phone networks, including @FreedomMobile Rogers, Bell Et Al operating in Canada MUST have Called Centers operating within country, not 3rd nations where language comprehension appears to be an issue, repeatedly. Put THAT on your surveys. Top 5 complaint.
