@freedomsupport Surprised that I hit 12 GB limit last month, but happy to find when I texted Freedom support that data will still function, although slower. With prior Rogers service with much lower data limit, they’d stop data completely, which was upsetting when you need maps, etc operational

@FreedomMobile How can you promote unlimited data…and say with limited speeds… you might as well just say you’re only going to be able to use Facebook messenger services, because the low speed is dog ****.

@FreedomMobile Don't consider @FreedomMobile as a provider. Only care about getting new customers in, could care less about existing customers. Poor CS, considering you can jump to any other provider for $5-10 more per month. It's true what they say, you get what you pay for. #disgusted

@freedomsupport The data allotment was not used for the month and an add-on would be necessary just to have any access to data, at any speed. Completely dishonest. #customerservice #fail #Canada 🇨🇦
