@freedomsupport Surprised that I hit 12 GB limit last month, but happy to find when I texted Freedom support that data will still function, although slower. With prior Rogers service with much lower data limit, they’d stop data completely, which was upsetting when you need maps, etc operational

@RogersHelps @Rogers I did call within business hours. It's ok. I've gone with @FreedomMobile. Way cheaper for the same service anyways. After being with Rogers for 30 years, I've never felt like I was a valued customer.

@FreedomMobile spoke to your 2Lvl tech support and the guy telling me that 1Mbps is acceptable 5G speed for Freedom? the issue I'm having is not related to network but ME. I did 10 test and average speed was 5 Mbps and I get buffering videos, unwatchable. Before this issue I was getting 50 Mbps. Clearly it's not me.

@FreedomMobile I pay $35 or maybe less with that plan on autopay. Happiest customer ever!!! I got a random additional data so I’m at 100GB in CAD-US-MEX. My only complaint is the roaming issues I had over my trip in Europe.

@FreedomMobile disabled my Wifi Calling all of a sudden back in April and since then I have spent hours with customer care; false suggestions and investigations but no resolution. Tickets raised, phones swapped, sims swapped but final reply, "We have no timelines for resolution."

@FreedomMobile Was trying to get a couple of questions answered by Freedom Mobile before I subscribed to them but 1) their 877 number didn't have any "New Customer" workflow and 2) couldn't get past the workflow to get to an agent via "Message an Agent". Sigh. I give up.
