    @freedomsupport Surprised that I hit 12 GB limit last month, but happy to find when I texted Freedom support that data will still function, although slower. With prior Rogers service with much lower data limit, they’d stop data completely, which was upsetting when you need maps, etc operational

    - Freedom is trying me and what little joy I still have left. @FreedomMobile charging connection fees to your old customers because they got a new device is FRAUD and you better fix it!

    @freedomsupport hey, why am I being told by the customer agents at Freedom stores that if I choose the tradeup offer I would have to bring the phone back “in perfect condition like its new” after end of contract? The website reasonably states “good condition”

    @FreedomMobile due to issues with your website I was unable to add a roam pckg and despite several attempts while in CA as well as over wifi in Mexico I was u successful. I finally was able to add the add on on the 11th but not without incurring ppu data charges help or I cancel

    freedom mobile customer service is the most garbage customer service in human history, and also the “hold”music is the most depressing thing ive ever heard , go **** yourself @FreedomMobile

    @TransLinkNews @ShawInfo @FreedomMobile This is great. But what about that non-underground dead zone between Joyce and Commercial-Broadway? Especially bad at 29th Ave station. Very unsafe for us Freedom users.

    @FreedomMobile terrible quality signal in downtown Windsor, signal is 4g 4/5 bars with constant traffic but nothing loads. You need to bring your service to the modern era or I will ditch.
