    @freedomsupport Surprised that I hit 12 GB limit last month, but happy to find when I texted Freedom support that data will still function, although slower. With prior Rogers service with much lower data limit, they’d stop data completely, which was upsetting when you need maps, etc operational

    @Kyuss_Jones @freedomsupport I was with them. Their network is difficult if you leave the area. But from the sake of hassle, issues, and costumer service they were better than any provider I’ve ever been with. Once they get their network large enough I would go with them again.

    @FreedomMobile I got freedom over a week ago & haven’t been able to make or receive calls since. It’s not just inconvenient its unsafe. if theres an emergency I can’t call help. I’ve contacted customer service twice & after 5 business days i have no idea when it will be fixed.

    @RetroIffy @freedomsupport Absolutely right, they don’t give a damn . They also lock your phone so you can’t move away. Be careful consumers.

    @freedomsupport disappointed with customer support call. After being freedom mobile customer for 6 years .Starting to find options.

    @freedomsupport Hey there! I spoke to 2 customer service representatives tonight about this. The first one told me ot must have been a fraud and 2nd that the offer finished 1 day before I did the transaction! They offered partial compensation for the $30 tab. This is bad faith action.
