@freedomsupport Surprised that I hit 12 GB limit last month, but happy to find when I texted Freedom support that data will still function, although slower. With prior Rogers service with much lower data limit, they’d stop data completely, which was upsetting when you need maps, etc operational

@freedomsupport You just don't have service there. I signed up and moved. I still pay the bill. I just have to use wi-fi if I need to make a phone call. It doesn't work as a phone.

@FreedomMobile How is it possible that I'm barely getting two bars (and zero lte) in K2G? And often it will show "roaming only, no service"? It's literally the centre of the city? Puzzling.

  • Yi98358155 Yi (@Yi98358155) reported

@freedomsupport hi trying to figure out why I'm paying 10$ then advertised just signed up and call customer care no resolution.

  • chere_michelle Chere Michelle (@chere_michelle) reported

@freedomsupport how can your service be so bad? I'm smack in the middle of Commercial Drive and can't even look at IG cause nothing will load. Not even 1 bar...God let this contract end....

  • AliceRoseAnew Mx Penny Rose 🌹 (@AliceRoseAnew) reported

I don't suppose you want to give me an unhelpful message @freedomsupport? I already know you can't help, because your company's policies enforce systemic transphobia.

  • ashleydawwnn Odd doll (@ashleydawwnn) reported

@FreedomMobile why your company so garbage?

  • ColonelAngus17 Colonel Angus 💜 (@ColonelAngus17) reported

@AdamOculporate @freedomsupport It really is. They comped the device the same before they changed the rules this way. It just allows them to bill a customer who moves out of the coverage area. It's still an acquisition tool for marketing except now we are the ones paying for their recruiting.

  • Dogtor_Evie Evie (@Dogtor_Evie) reported

@freedomsupport you guys mistakenly billed me for over $100 in roaming data fees when I had a roaming data package and got refunded. I'm still being billed roaming data charges when I have a package. I'm in the USA and bought 1gb of data that I've not used up Wtf?
