I'm trying to to p up my account and can't access anything? Should this not be done in the middle of the night when there is less traffic? We have had the same plan since we started with freedom years ago. We were never told it was a promotion. He said nothing can be done, we just had to pay.

(@RyanCanadian) reported@FreedomMobile Went to Fido they took the time to explain everything, found the right provider for me, out of 3 carriers & went with Rogers, didn't need auto pay, got 100gb of data, better service, & walked out the store with a brand new Pixel 10 with no cost up front. That's how you do it.

My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!
