@freedomsupport Again? Here let me help: you've looked into it and it seems like there's a problem with a tower in my area. You're not sure how quickly it will be fixed but it should be soon and I should let you know if I end up with any additional charges.

@freedomsupport I spoke to an advisor, they changed my pin. He explained that a promotion I was signed up with had expired. We have had the same plan since we started with freedom years ago. We were never told it was a promotion. He said nothing can be done, we just had to pay.

@FreedomMobile Hi, I’m trying to reach your customer service line but it says to call back within business hours which is 8AM. It is now 8:21AM. I’m calling to inquire about roaming charges as I’m about to cross the border. Please let me know.

@FreedomMobile Please get rid of your "The Party you are calling is not accepting calls at this time" messages; and give proper intercepts. If the number I call is not in service, you say above; but my Telus phone says "cannot be completed as dialed." big difference in details.

@FreedomMobile how do you not have a collections dept?! My account was closed and was sent to a collections agency. Now it has affected my credit score. Your employees have no idea how to assist with this issue.

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Having worked in the telecommunications industry for more years than I can remember, and at least 4 providers, it's not good enough. I know you're a small network, and you get screwed by the oligopoly, and the CRTC is useless, but surely you can do better than this
