@freedomsupport It's not just a 1 day issue. Everytime(morning afternoon or night) I have gone there is only 1 staff on hand with usually 3 to 4 customers waiting. It's the location near Greenbank and Fallowfield.

Hey @FreedomMobile , Given how much damage the #OttawaOccupation is causing to the "Freedom" brand, are you considering changing names again? Apparently the word "Freedom" doesn't mean what I was told growing up. I much preferred the WIND Mobile brand anyway.

Wow @FreedomMobile is a ******* joke. First bill missed because wrong email address. Wrong street address. Forgot the xmas promotional discount. Can't reach anyone, support line cuts off. And now late fees. **** you losers I'm out.

@FreedomMobile Been following up on a few charges on my bill for the last 14 days. No resolution provided at all, in fact the staff was rude and made false commitments. Disappointed with the service!
