@freedomsupport It's not just a 1 day issue. Everytime(morning afternoon or night) I have gone there is only 1 staff on hand with usually 3 to 4 customers waiting. It's the location near Greenbank and Fallowfield.

@FreedomMobile is a joke. I moved to an area that doesn't have Freedom Network, I'm limited to Nationwide data, which is only 1GB on the plan I pay $65 for. I have to pay $30 for another 2GB of data. So I'm paying $95 for 3GB of data.

@FreedomMobile I paid my internet yesterday, and ur company is still trying to process payments. I DONT EVEN HAVE AUTO PAY ACTIVATED! THERE SHOULD BE NO ******* REASON FOR YOU TO TRY AND STEAL MY ******* MONEY! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!

@freedomsupport is this whats preventing logging into the site or app? I needed to make a payment before services were suspended and I feel this site/app situation just caused me to further be delayed resulting in suspended services. ugh bad month
