@freedomsupport It's not just a 1 day issue. Everytime(morning afternoon or night) I have gone there is only 1 staff on hand with usually 3 to 4 customers waiting. It's the location near Greenbank and Fallowfield.

@FreedomMobile I bought a freedom sim in August 2021 with a $50 refundable deposit. In September, i moved to Fido because i wasn’t satisfied with services. i was told I should get the refund through mail. I haven’t got the refund till now. Please look and resolve the issue.

@freedomsupport Cant get any more negative than having someone hang up when you want to speak to a manager. By the way she kept on saying 50 cents instead of 50 dollars, perhaps when outsourcing, try and hire people that actually speak the language. She did call back to apologize, a bit late

@freedomsupport 😔I can't text or call and I have been a customer for over 8 years and the way I get treated by the company is brutal and that's the reality of Freedom mobile there is no Freedom when the company holds me down and not let me up to call or text out to the outside world..
