  • zephyr064 Martin L 李蔭庭 (@zephyr064) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@tryoung Well, I found another thing that @FreedomMobile has over @Rogers. The mobile service at the @EYCentre is actually more reliable with Freedom during the @OttawaCC. I can actually get decent signal so I can look up the Comic Con schedule without having to step outside!

  • BrettParnell463 Brett Parnell (@BrettParnell463) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@alexboonephoto @CRTCeng @Bell Get @FreedomMobile. When I exceed my limit they just lower the speed, but I never owe a penny more than the cost of my plan.

  • photobybrown Darren Brown (@photobybrown) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

I’m enjoying my new #iphonexr but it’s a waste on @FreedomMobile network in #Ottawa. Weak signal in the core, poor call quality and little to no signal in some indoor locations. 🙄. Might have to look to @telusmobility or go back to @Fidomobile as I’m still within my return time

  • casagou JOACHIM AGOU (@casagou) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

Your network is already not the best but if you start tricking people with bad coverage info, your reputation will get worse !!! 😒 #freedommobile

  • NachosBracko Dean Nachos Bracko ??? (@NachosBracko) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

Can't believe the shit from @freedomsupport After @FreedomMobile throttled my data due to roaming. Guess the toronado moved Kanata out of their coverage area.

  • NickPeron ThePeronah (@NickPeron) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

Bojack Horseman is the pitch man for @FreedomMobile.q If there was a better mascot for their shitty service, they stopped ******* around and committed suicide already. #finalcountdown

  • KDJWaseem Khadija Waseem (@KDJWaseem) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@FreedomMobile I have been calling for the last hour, and last week it keeps saying that the hours are 8am-10pm and call back in those hours. This is the worst experience ever especially for how much I’ve been overcharged for the last two months.

  • cadamaustin christopherr.austin (@cadamaustin) reported from Gatineau, Québec

@freedomsupport Off the top of my head, I have some concerns about network coverage, especially outside the city. I spend time in the boonies, and I’d like to make sure I have coverage

  • AustInJGray01 Austin Gray (@AustInJGray01) reported

@FreedomMobile Buy more towers and your service might be worth it,...Ask Shaw to foot the bill. Or if they were smart they would let you use there public wifi network as a virtual cellular network but what do I know...

  • harp_shamrock 🐺🇨🇦 Ian 🇮🇪🐺 (@harp_shamrock) reported

@freedomsupport I'd imagine it's both ways. On the drop down menu on the phone where it says calls will be made over WiFi, that tab says unable to connect.

  • harp_shamrock 🐺🇨🇦 Ian 🇮🇪🐺 (@harp_shamrock) reported

@freedomsupport No, it's sporadic. It says unable to connect, contact customer care. Reseting the phone generally works, but only for a few hours, then it disconnects.

  • whelanmj Mike Whelan (@whelanmj) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport Asked CS for instructions to access/activate my voicemail. They responded by giving me something completely different. Then asked for my email address/pin. Then they asked how they could help me. Told them again I was trying to activate voicemail!

  • harp_shamrock 🐺🇨🇦 Ian 🇮🇪🐺 (@harp_shamrock) reported

  • stepstephstephy Stephy (@stepstephstephy) reported

@FreedomMobile site is broken is no one has fixed it in over a year. Instead im running around in circles asking these ppl to let me in on my own account.

  • Welsh_Canadian Michael Jones 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇨🇦 (@Welsh_Canadian) reported

@trevor_land @FreedomMobile You have been told there is a process to deal with this issue but you refuse to partake in it as you don't think that the CSRs are important enough. Just go through the steps they ask you to and some sort of resolution will be reached.
