Yak (@Turkish_Tank) reported from Barrhaven, Ontario@freedomsupport It's not just a 1 day issue. Everytime(morning afternoon or night) I have gone there is only 1 staff on hand with usually 3 to 4 customers waiting. It's the location near Greenbank and Fallowfield.

Also your AI chatbot is comically terrible. Don't even bother trying again until you rehire human beings and create competitive plans.
