  @freedomsupport It's not just a 1 day issue. Everytime(morning afternoon or night) I have gone there is only 1 staff on hand with usually 3 to 4 customers waiting. It's the location near Greenbank and Fallowfield.

  @freedomsupport @acej_leafs And your service is still dreadful. I’ve been waiting to communicate with a live person all day. To no avail. They’ve disconnected my phone again Disconnect then apologize and assure me that it won’t happen again Everyone knows the ending of the story. Need a new provider ideas ?

  @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport @Apple Yesterday I paid $914.17 CAD to Freedom Mobile to preorder the Iphone 13 Pro Max (256 GB), then told me the preorder is not going through and that they cannot process it or refund me so the only "solution" is attempting a CC charge back.
