@dabloat @freedomsupport Exactly. Rogers/Fido/Chatr is having issues too. I've heard Telus/Koodo and Bell/Virgin are also having issues. No word yet on SaskTel, Vidéotron, or TBayTel though

@FreedomMobile I’m travelling to the US tomorrow. Trying to add US data to my plan. Being told there’s a technical fault that will take 24-48hrs to resolve. Paying $80/mth for a brick that doesn’t work outside Toronto. I never had issues like this with @RogersBiz

@FreedomMobile 3 times your employees have hung up on me. Wtf!!!!! You guys messed up my bill but because you guys hire people who dont know anything they end up hanging up. I should bot have a suspended line because you guys messed up my bill and refuse to fix it. 😡😡

@freedomsupport Your company has never resolved one issue for me over 5 years, always excuses, yet I pay my bill fully and on time every month. I have 2 lines and all I get is lousy service and bs offers

@FreedomMobile Seem to have ALOT of issues on your website. Nothing loads properly on any browser I use on my phone anyway. Can't see the devices and can't access contacts or anything for that matter. Just tossing it out there the site needs to work to get clients.

Never use @FreedomMobile if you want to use your phone as a phone..... they are unable to fix a year long problem of not being able to make calls....

@iamgroot11 @FreedomMobile I never expected it the day the other carriers announced it. These things take time, even decades, to even launch a new set of equipment and frequencies. Rogers, telus and bell got theirs up and running 10 years ago, and then made an announcement, and activated it a month later.
