@dabloat @freedomsupport Exactly. Rogers/Fido/Chatr is having issues too. I've heard Telus/Koodo and Bell/Virgin are also having issues. No word yet on SaskTel, Vidéotron, or TBayTel though

@freedomsupport hi, I'm trying to pay my bill but I can't login with my phone number and pin. Even with express pay, it doesn't recognize my number as a Freedom phone number. Any help with this?

After escalating a billing issue I just spoke to a so-called manager from @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile who was so dismissive and rude. This cannot be the best customer care or highest level of escalation you have to offer.

@freedomsupport Your service sucks.... You dont even sending welcome email to new customers..... and when i tried to login first time it is asking for PIN send to my registered emailll..... How come i know which email i registered to you ?

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile Was a former Freedom customer and although the plans were cost effective, the reliability of service was mediocre at best (dropped calls all the time) and the customer service over the phone was painful. I tried supporting the ‘small guy’ but didn’t feel supported back.
