@FreedomMobile I’m travelling to the US tomorrow. Trying to add US data to my plan. Being told there’s a technical fault that will take 24-48hrs to resolve. Paying $80/mth for a brick that doesn’t work outside Toronto. I never had issues like this with @RogersBiz

@FreedomMobile @freedomsupport Why is it that you have phones for new customers but the same phones are "Not in stock". I have been a customer for 5 years and this is how I am being treated #canada #samsung #cellphone

@FreedomMobile Seem to have ALOT of issues on your website. Nothing loads properly on any browser I use on my phone anyway. Can't see the devices and can't access contacts or anything for that matter. Just tossing it out there the site needs to work to get clients.

@freedomsupport you charge your customers in same line with giant service providers like bell, rogers, telus. come on. you know what i mean.

  • Dillslice DillSlice (@Dillslice) reported

Never use @FreedomMobile if you want to use your phone as a phone..... they are unable to fix a year long problem of not being able to make calls....

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@iamgroot11 @FreedomMobile I never expected it the day the other carriers announced it. These things take time, even decades, to even launch a new set of equipment and frequencies. Rogers, telus and bell got theirs up and running 10 years ago, and then made an announcement, and activated it a month later.
