    @dabloat @freedomsupport Exactly. Rogers/Fido/Chatr is having issues too. I've heard Telus/Koodo and Bell/Virgin are also having issues. No word yet on SaskTel, Vidéotron, or TBayTel though

    @FreedomMobile absolutely atrocious service. Trying to get home internet and your customer service royally messed up. I’ve spent the last week trying to get it resolved. Countless hours on chat and in store. After 2 hrs at the retail store today, I was told my addy /1

    @freedomsupport I’d 100% recommend getting better customer service lines where you guys don’t constantly try to harass me offering me promotions and refusing to let me out of my contract. Saying nobody was available to do that. For 48 hours.

    @freedomsupport My tab is paid off. I want to upgrade but I can't? Why? You are preventing me from giving you additional money. Also searching seems to indicate this has been an issue for at least 3 years? I don't want to talk to an agent. I just want standard process to work.

    @freedomsupport It is cancelled now The issue was a glitch that you had not received my original request and I got charged for an account that I did not want and have not used not even for a text. But it was never cancelled then and there was no understanding from @FreedomMobile on that matter

    @FreedomMobile what a terrible company, even worse is their customer service, third party and run out of the phillipines by people who do not understand english. They hang up when you ask to speak to a manager.

    @FreedomMobile I’m not able to make online payments to my bills because of a “system error”. I tried contacting customer support and they could help fix my problem. They said they were going to notify IT. However, seems like the issue isn’t on everyone’s accounts.
