    @freedomsupport 1. I highly doubt Freedom feels any type of way if me wanting to take my business elsewhere. Am sure your hundred of thousands users have you guys swimming above water. 2. I've blocked the user leaving Freedom support type messages on my page. So solved byme.

    If you don't want to loose customers you really should hire reps with more empathy and stronger communication & problem solving skils. Your contact support was so quick to transfer me to cancellation dept. Just to get me off the phones @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile

    @freedomsupport It's not just a 1 day issue. Everytime(morning afternoon or night) I have gone there is only 1 staff on hand with usually 3 to 4 customers waiting. It's the location near Greenbank and Fallowfield.

    @freedomsupport lm wondering if f freedom can fix outages why can’t I get more then I to three bars of service in my building I’m in a Long Term Care Facility behind a hospital can someone help me out this has caused me dropped calls at times this is affecting inside.

    @tryoung Well, I found another thing that @FreedomMobile has over @Rogers. The mobile service at the @EYCentre is actually more reliable with Freedom during the @OttawaCC. I can actually get decent signal so I can look up the Comic Con schedule without having to step outside!

    @freedomsupport I did visit ... their machines were down , at other store they couldn’t calculate my monthly numbers .. because the want to scan Imei number for IPhone12, and they didn’t hv iPhone 12 in stock

    @freedomsupport It’s been more than a week now. I’ve been charged three times and it takes the authorization charge and doesn’t credit my account. I still have no service and you guys really suck all I’m being told is to to wait for the chargers to clear but ITS TAKING FOREVER!

    @Captain_Quench @FreedomMobile I just don't get how changing a shipping address to receive a replacement phone has taken over 8 days where no one can give me a straight, consistent answer. was told to follow up tomorrow, guarantee there's no record of the cancellation & I get told that I can't cancel

    @FreedomMobile I'm really really disappointed with freedom networking, I got 10 GB full speed data but I never seen LTE on my screen lol , I just pay bill every month for nothin.. think to change it and return it

    @freedomsupport having coverage issue since beginning inside home. called to rectify issue CSC threatens if you don't like service pay remaining balance of $500 and cancel service.
