    @tryoung Well, I found another thing that @FreedomMobile has over @Rogers. The mobile service at the @EYCentre is actually more reliable with Freedom during the @OttawaCC. I can actually get decent signal so I can look up the Comic Con schedule without having to step outside!

    @freedomsupport It’s always been this slow. It doesn’t matter where, what device or whether I cleared anything. Going through the main site has always been painful. I miss the old Wind Mobile days, the old website was good

    @FreedomMobile Worst customer service experience with Freedom’s agents. Been given misinformation about my plan by TWO agents! It’s disgusting how they treat their loyal customers and how poorly they train their workers! UNACCEPTABLE!

    Why is @FreedomMobile’s main site so slow? (MyFreedom is fine.) It’s even slower than @Twitter. My seession times out just from waiting for the TOS screen to load, it’s ridiculous Can they hire someone to take out whatever crap it is that’s making it so slow?
