I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

The whole point of getting that data is for when I'm up in the mountains, so why is it being used in the city?

Sue T (@pieface2010) reported@FreedomMobile Do not take their Phone Protection plan. If you want to cancel they will not let you. Hello! I called your customer service a few months ago to cancel the phone protection plan. I thought they did it but they did not. Reimburse me $90.00 plus tax.
