    I keep getting messages about my nationwide data pass being drawn down, so I check to see what's up and I'm still on @FreedomMobile network. The whole point of getting that data is for when I'm up in the mountains, so why is it being used in the city?

    @FreedomMobile Ha RIGHT mine was suspended in only 4 days of service..these people are in compedent...in more ways than ONE!!! Bad service😰😰😰

    @rickk_james @freedomsupport Feeling the same way, being told tickets are resolved, when they're not, being told I might have to wait, meanwhile watching the phone sell out elsewhere. I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

    @freedomsupport is there something that you guys have changed over last 2 months regarding SMS? I'm having a ton of issues sending messages, and those issues come and go. I have also replaced my SIM card, changed SMS apps, and no real change in experience. Help.

    @FreedomMobile ? Why is it that your call centre is truly reprehensible? Why? Fix your problems. People call centre are rude, disrespectful, ugly, vicious, incompetent and a lot more! Have a manager call me immediately. Reprehensible! A disgrace

    @FreedomMobile great service-not. We're in a lockdown meaning seniors like myself are staying home. Now Freedom penalizes me for not being able to go back to a store & complain when my phone doesn't work. Charges me a connection fee when have been a customer 4+ yrs. Shame on you.

    @freedomsupport Nobody new the PIN on my account not even my wife who is an authorized user. Next day went to the store, manager playing stupid. Saying she cant see who did the SIM swap and where. Went to the police filled a report. Still checking and sorting out what and how much was stolen.

    @freedomsupport No help at all from the support staff. The store is located: 252 Mayfield Common Northwest Unit A011, Edmonton, AB T5P 4B3. I visited that store on Dec.26. 2020 at exactly 4:38pm as that was the time the staff were entering my info in the system and I got a text with
