@rickk_james @freedomsupport Feeling the same way, being told tickets are resolved, when they're not, being told I might have to wait, meanwhile watching the phone sell out elsewhere. I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

@freedomsupport There's no point. We've done this time and time again. The problem isn't my phone, it's your towers.

@freedomsupport Ahhhh ok.. and during that 24th term, I cannot change my plan, is that right? Like for example is the cost of data goes down (haha!), I would not be able to take advantage of that until my 24 month term is over. Is that correct?

@fonebone45 @FreedomMobile The customer service is abysmal—I left and went to Bell; $10 more but the service is much better.

@FreedomMobile Given the danger posed to children re: the pandemic and idiot prohibitions against masks...your ad is quite distasteful.

@fonebone45 @FreedomMobile They have non-contract pay as you go flat rate per month...it's pretty much like Freedom, but with a much better network. Also, no fee to cancel. The difference is that if you go over your allotted data for the month, they just charge you($0.30 per MB)—no unusable throttling.
