@freedomsupport Hey there! I spoke to 2 customer service representatives tonight about this. The first one told me ot must have been a fraud and 2nd that the offer finished 1 day before I did the transaction! They offered partial compensation for the $30 tab. This is bad faith action.

@FreedomMobile If anyone wants good service use Rogers or Bell because if you lose your phone or it breaks or literally anything you have to pay for it and there’s nothing you can do. Freedom mobile doesn’t work with the police so that @Apple IMEI numbers can be tracked

This phone is giving more greaf than its worth. I'm going back to my main account until I get this Samsung piece of **** replaced by @FreedomMobile
