    @freedomsupport Freedom is all about the scam charging you to port your number. The service doesn’t even work 40 minutes out of the Guelph area.

    @FreedomMobile hello I’m getting so many spam phone calls after switching service providers from entities that claim to be “Service Canada” - is there something that freedom mobile can do about this? AT&T has done something.

    @FreedomMobile i have received horrible customer service from one of your stores and they have lied to my face about certain things while ordering an iphone 12 pro max. Its been a month and when i ask them about an update they it could take a month or year, they dont know.

    @FreedomMobile Paid deposit for new iPhone12Pro. Been 2 months now. Haven’t received it! Store employees have only 1 thing to say”Out of stock”! All other carriers have it available! Don’t need refund! Need new phone! Been customer for over 4years!! Worst service ever!!

    @FreedomMobile I tried ordering a phone online but that seems to only be done through a agent that never answered me. So I missed out on the s20 fe 5g for 55 now it’s over 60 :/

    @FreedomMobile Just woke up today that an auto payment went thru for my acct, even though I set it up every 23rd of the month. I called customer service and they said it was a GLITCH?! Did anyone else experience this? #freedommobile #toronto #TO
