(@CanadaOooh) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario@freedomsupport I especially hate the newest Freedom Mobile TV ad where the guy wakes up from a nightmare and is told he's losing customers because of data overage fees. When your speed is slowed after you hit your data limit, your customers will stampede to your competitors. Solution: pay more.

Oooh, Canada ! (@CanadaOooh) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario@freedomsupport I did view your plans! That's when I realized you had a gimmick like the other mobile service providers. Instead of charging for overages, you slow down/upload speeds after a limit is reached, to encourage customers to move to a more expensive plan. Gov't regulations are needed.

norvan man (@luptyd) reported@FreedomMobile It's now been a week of constant daily outages and your customer service has done nothing to resolve the issues I am experiencing. I am having to use my mobile as a hotspot because you can't deliver service. Whatever changes you have made lately have failed miserably.
