    Today I had a very distasteful experience with @freedomsupport and been with them for over 2, paid tab off in full to restart another 2 and yet am an undervalued customer. Will pay off again and look elsewhere as soon as I can! #CustomerExperience

    @freedomsupport I had no Internet last night. Even after restarting my phone as your operator suggested as a fix. This morning it works. Without any change.

    @EricaEhm @FreedomMobile Good choice! We switched our teen to @FreedomMobile a few months ago and no issues with service. I’m following as soon as I can get out of my Bell contract. 😕

    Then @FreedomMobile DMed me. They offered an IPhone XR for zero down. $10 a month for 2 years for the phone and $55 a month for the Promo Freedom plan which is 6GB plus 4B at no additional charge. That promo is locked in for 2 years. They lose $550 on the phone.

    @FreedomMobile , to think that the other network am coming from ported my line in minutes, and now I decided to return to my network after a day, it’s taking days to process a port request to my old number is really sad.

    It's curious: of all the carriers I spoke with, @FidoMobile was able to offer what I was getting with @FreedomMobile. Same cost, same data, same service, same basically everything. Best thing is: it's on postpaid, which will help me in the long run.

    @FreedomMobile I have been a loyal customer ever since the company was Wind mobile and still trust and adore the company since it has the best rates out there... please rectify this problem by tomorrow at least!

    @jacklynthinks @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile @Rogers Wrong, Skippy. You said they RUN on the same network, not that their owned by those telcos. PC Mobile runs off Bell's network but is owned by Loaws. Petro Canada has service but its run off Rogers. Their own company tho.

    @bijuleni @zamlos I've had the low speed option for years now and haven't had any issues tbh. I first had it with @FreedomMobile and now with the @Rogers infinite family plan. I also jump on wifi when traveling and usually buy a local SIM if I'm somewhere for more than 10 days.

    @MichCWilliamson @FreedomMobile I’m staying with @Bell myself for now. I’m still using my trusty iPhone 7 so my data plan is fine and the cell service is more developed.

    So i bought and registered a $25 plan with @FreedomMobile in Febuary, they decided to give me a 20$ plan while taking the whole 25$, i can't wait to see what they do with $50 i just loaded onto my account. #freedommobile sucks.

    @MobileSyrup I've been with @FreedomMobile for about 10 years and I'm very happy. They just recently upped my monthly data to 30gb and reduced my bill to $30 a month via a long-term customer bonus. I haven't had a phone bill that low for 20 years. What's not to like? 😎
