iFLyS🅾️lO (@ohrigeeta) reported from Ajax, Ontario@freedomsupport Yup...won't get another one now! Bad move like I said!

Oooh, Canada ! (@CanadaOooh) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario@freedomsupport I especially hate the newest Freedom Mobile TV ad where the guy wakes up from a nightmare and is told he's losing customers because of data overage fees. When your speed is slowed after you hit your data limit, your customers will stampede to your competitors. Solution: pay more.
-
Oooh, Canada ! (@CanadaOooh) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario@freedomsupport I did view your plans! That's when I realized you had a gimmick like the other mobile service providers. Instead of charging for overages, you slow down/upload speeds after a limit is reached, to encourage customers to move to a more expensive plan. Gov't regulations are needed.

Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported@freedomsupport So, as an example, look at. The LG 8x atm, I see it says to check stores, but unless I login, there's nothing about online stock. Or is that the sign in and of itself?

Esther (@Esther46370627) reported@freedomsupport #COVID #BOXINGDAY please can I get a DM link as I am currently being abused by a Freedom agent named S.C on Twitter. This person does not read and is infuriating - agent also keeps telling me to go to a store - please help
-
Keri Keil (@KeilKeri) reported@freedomsupport Really! Been on a call for 3 hrs trying to get a bill resolution and supervisor and agents were of no help. I will be porting my service over to Rogers tomorrow after 8/9 years with Freedom/Wind mobile.

🌘𝟛ℕ𝕜 (@CenkOran) reported@FreedomMobile Don’t let them trick you with a free phone or a large data plan. I can’t even open a webpage from a lot of locations in Ottawa I can send you the speed test results. And when you call the call centre they say if it is more than 1mbits, it is within the service agreement.
-
cm (@Crackmacs) reportedWill be switching from @Koodo to @FreedomMobile today. Phone service has been great for me (Mrs CM has constant tech issues), but the customer service has been awful every single time. Going from $58 for 10gb to $45 for 20gb /mo.

BaDOAN (@BaDOAN) reportedTrying to upgrade my phone and plan with @FreedomMobile but they don’t have stock online and won’t honor reign checks or provide alternative options. Only option is in-store with inventory. Really not appreciating freedoms lack of understanding for a #covid conscience customer.

🌘𝟛ℕ𝕜 (@CenkOran) reported@freedomsupport I know, we talked 3-4 times already and in our last call you said if it is more than 1mbit, we can’t do anything, that’s an acceptable speed. What you don’t understand is, having 1-2mbit speed outdoors mean you will have connectivity problems indoors like malls.

cm (@Crackmacs) reported@gfinockio @koodo @FreedomMobile Mr went with freedom. Hes never been a client. Looking forward to seeing if they have improved

Tavo (@GarridoTavo) reported@FreedomMobile Hi Freedom, trying to upgrade online w/this offer, how come terms & conditions for your boxing week promo "Save an Extra $10/mo. x 24mo." don't state that this is in-store only? As per the agent currently helping me on text messaging, who is no able to help me Checkout. Thanks.
