    @Rogers Everyone should drop Roger's (and Bell for that matter) and RUN to the nearest @FreedomMobile store. Rogers bragging about these absurd prices is really bad comedy. I left Roger's after renewing for three years. I had to buy my way out. It was WELL WORTH IT. #FreedomMobile

    I spent my #snowday speaking with @TELUSsupport service reps. In December 2017 @TELUS and other major Cell companies matched the @FreedomMobile #10GB plans. 14 months pass they raise the fee $10. The price we pay for #Cellphone service in #Canada is ridiculous. @CRTCeng

    See, @freedommobile does this great thing where they LOOK AT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT/CREDIT CARD and if you don't have all the funds for your bill available at that exact second, regardless of when your bill is due, they suspend your phone service. Without warning.

    @freedomsupport If you're referring to my reply to the @FreedomMobile main account back in Sept 2018, yes, I'd had enough fruitless support calls to not want an unsolicited one at that time. Just today I called support, the agent had me restart the phone and would "call right back." 60 mins ago.

    @freedomsupport Yes, I'm familiar with both how time works and what an unexpected outage is. DURING the outage, there was no email or text to customers to let them know they may not be getting calls. AFTER the outage there was no outreach to customers. 1/2

    Can't believe we had a multi-day call outage and they didn't bother to send us a warning. I've had intermittent call issues since LTE launched. Calling support has been useless. Don't use #FreedomMobile if you actually need phone calls to get through to you. @freedomsupport

    @freedomsupport This is ridiculous. Years of intermittent call issues related to LTE, Wi-Fi Calling, VoLTE, just "replace your SIM" "sorry you're having trouble" and passing the buck. Cannot believe that customers weren't notified that calls weren't coming through. $5 compensation is an insult.
