Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

Hey @FreedomMobile I am standing in a parking lot and I can't even connect to LTE to call a ride to let them know that I need to be picked up.... Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice

@FreedomMobile is hands down the worst of all the providers. Strong arm tactics and multiple attempts to cancel a prepaid $15 phone. Said they would do it, never did, phone was no longer in their poor service area. Very rude customer service. Kept me waiting to make me give up

@FreedomMobile Hey Freedom, I was offered to upgrade the phones on my lines but was never told that I had to pay a connection fee upgrades. I have been with you since you were a different company and I had never paid for an upgrade. Now I have to pay $60 dlls I didnt know! Way to scam people
