Dear @FreedomMobile thanks for a decent 8 months! I tried sticking it out and your customer service was awesome (both online and on the phone) but right now, your coverage in Burlington is still a bit spotty and I've missed a few too many calls... #freedommobile #ontario #telecom

  • TheRealMrMic Mr. Mic (@TheRealMrMic) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Hey @FreedomMobile I am standing in a parking lot and I can't even connect to LTE to call a ride to let them know that I need to be picked up.... Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice

  • KevyBhoy79 Kevin Rea (@KevyBhoy79) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@FreedomMobile u suck! Couldn't even use my phone in Burlington for about ummm 15 mins. No uber....missed train. U and your network blows arses.

  • carpenter_maas Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@tshirtbae93 @mitch909 @chopstix21 @Rogers @FreedomMobile Difference for me wasn’t the price. But more Gigs. But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

  • carpenter_maas Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@freedomsupport @lade_mark You guys can’t even manage to broadcast a decent signal in the Hamilton area! I’m in my own house and can’t make a phone call!!!! Two bars!🤬🤯

  • bhtoys Bounty Hunter Toys (@bhtoys) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Pedroramosr91 @FreedomMobile Bell was down for 6 hours once, Rogers was down for 8. Suck it up buttercup. Things happen.

  • carpenter_maas Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@chopstix21 @mitch909 @Rogers @FreedomMobile NOTL is one of the worst areas for any service coverage I work in that area a lot. And it’s terrible

  • ktalbot70 Kim Talbot (@ktalbot70) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@freedomsupport I'm a customer in Ontario, just an FYI, there's a scam text message out there claiming to be from you saying there's an overpayment on customer's account. It asks you to text them back probably to send you to scam website.

  • kornick Nick Walczak (@kornick) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@caitlyn_neild13 @freedomsupport Same thing here, just get the spinning wheel when trying to login.

  • colinscameron Colin Cameron ⚽️ 🔴 ⚪ 🇨🇦 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@colinscameron) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@freedomsupport Thanks for the offer. There's nothing you can do. I used to overlook the spotty service area because the price was low. Now your plans aren't significantly different from other carriers, but your coverage area is. Solving that issue isn't in your job description.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JayeTweet ⎛⎝JayeCat⎠⎞⚧❄️ (@JayeTweet) reported

@freedomsupport ok but the issue was lack of coverage outside the city. people shouldn't HAVE to use their roaming data just because they live in rural or suburban parts of the province/state

  • orangeauroratwt autumn 🏳️‍⚧️ (@orangeauroratwt) reported

but remember, i am stuck in isolation, meaning i have to spend what money i have left on food, as i can't access the food program now. furthermore, since my abuser was the one who set up my phone number (**** you, @.FreedomMobile), i'm not allowed to change my plan settings.

  • amylauren3 🇨🇦Amy Lauren💉💉💉 (@amylauren3) reported

My friend tells me to switch to #freedommobile to save some moneyI just looked at plans. 25GB on a special deal is 60. It’s a bonus deal for the 25. 40GB is 80…. Why would I switch from @TELUS when I’m getting like 20 for 80 or could switch to 40 for $90. Way better service

  • confionyema_ Confidence Onyema (@confionyema_) reported

@freedomsupport First place I went to get info, tried login in my account but said sever down! Thanks for the update👌🏾

  • vsmusic2000 Vikas Sequeira (@vsmusic2000) reported

@freedomsupport It's been 10 days and no one that I've contacted in Freedom can solve my issue, including supervisors and escalated tech support. No data activated from 10 days, multiple SIM replacements, several hours spent on chat and in-person and yet NO ONE can resolve this

  • CarrackDylan Dylan Carrack (@CarrackDylan) reported

@FreedomMobile Please disable my cellular service, I no longer wish to live after this tweet

  • cydniechanel cyd ស៊ីដ (@cydniechanel) reported

@FreedomMobile is the worst Canadian phone company. I came back to Canada with charges of $1250 for additional services I didn't ask for. when I called to discuss the issue, all their employees had little to no answers, and their best offer was a $500 credit...
