Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

    @FreedomMobile My freedom mobile connection got canceled without warning. I’ve been your loyal customer making payments on time, this treatment is unacceptable. I had informed freedom that I’m stuck aboard & I’m not in the country currently.

    @Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile I’m on Virgin. 25gb for 45$ a month. Service is great, have never had an issue. No buffering ever.

    @FreedomMobile Well as a customer since wind first started, when I try to upgrade my device to the iPhone 12, I get shafted with my old data plan and it’s telling me to pay 120 upfront in addition to the $85/mo. Where new customers are getting 22gb with 0 upfront and $85/mo. Ready to switch.

    @freedomsupport I just received a second one today. Why would customer service tell me it is spam and ignore it? An email telling me someone has changed my billing address? Very sketchy

    @freedomsupport I have no idea why. And as far as I know this is the first time it’s happened. But today my wife iMessages me. A half hour later of me not responding she calls me. Once she called me it seemed as though my phone connected to the network and I got a bunch of texts

    @FreedomMobile you charged me $101.20 for your agents mistake for roaming. According to the ctc you can only charge a max of $100. Fix my bill
