  • TheRealMrMic Mr. Mic (@TheRealMrMic) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Hey @FreedomMobile I am standing in a parking lot and I can't even connect to LTE to call a ride to let them know that I need to be picked up.... Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice

  • bhtoys Bounty Hunter Toys (@bhtoys) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Pedroramosr91 @FreedomMobile Bell was down for 6 hours once, Rogers was down for 8. Suck it up buttercup. Things happen.

  • carpenter_maas Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@freedomsupport @lade_mark You guys can’t even manage to broadcast a decent signal in the Hamilton area! I’m in my own house and can’t make a phone call!!!! Two bars!🤬🤯

  • carpenter_maas Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@tshirtbae93 @mitch909 @chopstix21 @Rogers @FreedomMobile Difference for me wasn’t the price. But more Gigs. But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

  • carpenter_maas Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@chopstix21 @mitch909 @Rogers @FreedomMobile NOTL is one of the worst areas for any service coverage I work in that area a lot. And it’s terrible

  • carpenter_maas Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@thebigguy86 @Mike_Bellegarde @FreedomMobile Now all you have to do is find a decent signal to use your 3 phones 🥴🤪

  • Steve_Genier Steve G (@Steve_Genier) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@FreedomMobile the worst service I’ve ever had! Terrible call coverage, can’t connect to the internet even when I have full bars showing and LTE to boot! Never should have left my other carrier! Garage! #freedommobile

  • atharafzal Athar Afzal (@atharafzal) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@Shak1948 @freedomsupport Sorry to hear this - but always go to a corporately owned @FreedomMobile store - they give better service than the franchised ones

  • atharafzal Athar Afzal (@atharafzal) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@freedomsupport Many years ago when I had your service with Wind mobile, I was told that there is a slight I could go to to report spots which was not getting service. Does that still exist as I have issues on Brant Street and & Dundas in Burlington.

  • carpenter_maas Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@freedomsupport Well I have an everywhere 49 plan with 6 gig of data and I can’t get any internet outside of my home network! And as far as I understood from when I signed up with freedom. That would be included in my plan.

  • carpenter_maas Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

  • carpenter_maas Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@wanderpow @ROCKthusiast @FreedomMobile You’ll get more Gigs with freedom for your money, but you’ll sacrifice on service coverage for sure. And forget about getting data outside home area. And if you upgrade your phone, that’s on top just like anywhere else.

  • TeoZapata SalchiPapi 🇨🇴 (@TeoZapata) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@FreedomMobile you guys should really investigate in how some of your Costumer Support assists your costumers. I should not have to be put on hold for 4 minutes after every single question I have. . Roughly 30 minutes into a call and I still didn’t get an answer.

  • CraftBeersBlog Craft Beer Diaries (@CraftBeersBlog) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@kayak360 @FreedomMobile Switched to @PublicMobile from @FreedomMobile last year. Never looked back.

  • dundastard Randy Kay (@dundastard) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@freedomsupport So the reseller doesn't get any help for replacing a manufacturer's defective device? Just "sorry you bought a defective phone from us"? You have no help to provide your customers to fix the problem? This seems like very poor customer service. @HuaweiMobile have anything?

  • dundastard Randy Kay (@dundastard) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@FreedomMobile what is your policy on replacing defective #Nexus6p phones with battery drain issues? We bought one in 2015, had it replaced in January 2017, but the new phone had same issues.

@freedomsupport today I finally got rid of your crappy service after 8 years and joined @virginmobilecan family. The move I should have done a long time ago.

  • FNan93140655 FNan (@FNan93140655) reported

@freedomsupport I just signed up $60 plan with friends and family which would give me $15 off per month. Just got the first bill and i dont see that promo applied. Called customer service, they said it will apply from second bill. Cant belive this..noone said anything like this when signed up.

  • miss_daniibabii Daniii🐼 (@miss_daniibabii) reported

@freedomsupport I’m having trouble removing my auto pay. I don’t even see on the option on the app or on my computer. Help 😅

  • jjt609 J T (@jjt609) reported

@freedomsupport @ibrahimorich Don’t feel bad. I’ve been with Wind/Freedom 95% of the last ten years and have “never” been offered a fnf invite. Many of us stayed with Wind/Freedom through the good and the bad, and it was very bad in the beginning. Loyalty doesn’t seem to matter much!

  • Hafiz_A1 TripleA (@Hafiz_A1) reported

I just had the worst customer experience with @FreedomMobile over the phone. The guy was extremely rude and unhelpful, when I asked to speak to a manager he said I'd get a callback 'eventually'. Do better

  • zoidbergererer Zach (@zoidbergererer) reported

@40thStFrancis @xl1tey @FreedomMobile Used to be with them but needed more reliability with my business. Worked ok sometimes, but every metal roofed building = no service, pockets of really poor service everywhere in the GTA. Had to prop my phone in a corner in my house and use a Bluetooth headset to get it to call.

  • 222DawsonsDad John (@222DawsonsDad) reported

@FreedomMobile Lol, sounds more like a “ so what if I didn’t pay for my service, you shouldn’t turn it off “🤣🤣
