But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice

They have now locked $1700 of mine from my bank account. Then proceeded to take it off my credit card. I had the money in the account ready. 🤬

All other carriers have it available! Don’t need refund! Need new phone! Been customer for over 4years!! Worst service ever!!
