Dear @FreedomMobile thanks for a decent 8 months! I tried sticking it out and your customer service was awesome (both online and on the phone) but right now, your coverage in Burlington is still a bit spotty and I've missed a few too many calls... #freedommobile #ontario #telecom

@tshirtbae93 @mitch909 @chopstix21 @Rogers @FreedomMobile Difference for me wasn’t the price. But more Gigs. But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

@freedomsupport I'm a customer in Ontario, just an FYI, there's a scam text message out there claiming to be from you saying there's an overpayment on customer's account. It asks you to text them back probably to send you to scam website.

@freedomsupport They have. "SC" told our customer that Freedom Mobile "cannot authorize it via our end." The customer is outside of Canada. They can receive the Port Out SMS message, but cannot reply because you use a Canada-only Short Code to send it. They cannot call 877-946-3184 it is CA-only

@freedomsupport This needs to be promoted more. I thought Freedom had horrible coverage and was going to switch back to Rogers until I set this up. It's been great now.

@FreedomMobile Pretty upset that I was called a liar from your employees when I have proof of the issue. I also have the conversation from your employee on my phone. Is this how you treat everyone who has an issue?

@freedomsupport This is everyday, if you need to put more towers... do it! I cannot go to White Rock, because I immediately turn into roaming. How is it that American service providers have a strong signal in Canada, and Canadian Freedom doesn’t?

@FreedomMobile I LOVE having to call 7 times in the past month as my card keeps getting charged unlawfully and the response I get is “we may call you back in a week, we may not - no guarantee” LOL at your customer service.

Hi @FreedomMobile our mutual customer is Porting to us. The customer left Canada. They got your SMS Port Out request, but sent from 45537, a Canada Short Code - the reply will never reach you. The Toll Free # alternate is Canada-only. We suggest using a local # for both instead.
