Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

    @chopstix21 @mitch909 @Rogers @FreedomMobile NOTL is one of the worst areas for any service coverage I work in that area a lot. And it’s terrible

    Hey @FreedomMobile I am standing in a parking lot and I can't even connect to LTE to call a ride to let them know that I need to be picked up.... Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice

    @freedomsupport I'm a customer in Ontario, just an FYI, there's a scam text message out there claiming to be from you saying there's an overpayment on customer's account. It asks you to text them back probably to send you to scam website.

    @FreedomMobile TELL YOUR SALES PEOPLE THAT YOU DON’T HAVE 5G NETWORK IN MANITOBA. LTE IS NOT A RELIABLE NETWORK!! I FEEL RIPPED OFF NOW. I’M A NEW CUSTOMER AND IT’S ONLY BEEN A WEEK AND IM ALREADY PISSED WITH YOU GUYS.

    @freedomsupport I just called two of your customers and apparently “all circuits are down” 😭 never heard that one, and it didn’t happen when I called users of any other network. Pretending like your service is working while it’s not is crazy. Catastrophic network for sure.

    @FreedomMobile I paid my internet yesterday, and ur company is still trying to process payments. I DONT EVEN HAVE AUTO PAY ACTIVATED! THERE SHOULD BE NO ******* REASON FOR YOU TO TRY AND STEAL MY ******* MONEY! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!
