Mr. Mic (@TheRealMrMic) reported from Hamilton, OntarioHey @FreedomMobile I am standing in a parking lot and I can't even connect to LTE to call a ride to let them know that I need to be picked up.... Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice
-
Mr. Mic (@TheRealMrMic) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@freedomsupport I've already explained in my previous tweet what the problem is
-
Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@tshirtbae93 @mitch909 @chopstix21 @Rogers @FreedomMobile Difference for me wasn’t the price. But more Gigs. But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks
-
Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@chopstix21 @mitch909 @Rogers @FreedomMobile NOTL is one of the worst areas for any service coverage I work in that area a lot. And it’s terrible
-
Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@freedomsupport @lade_mark You guys can’t even manage to broadcast a decent signal in the Hamilton area! I’m in my own house and can’t make a phone call!!!! Two bars!🤬🤯
-
Bounty Hunter Toys (@bhtoys) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@Pedroramosr91 @FreedomMobile Bell was down for 6 hours once, Rogers was down for 8. Suck it up buttercup. Things happen.

Sean D. Evans (@Xiantayne) reported@freedomsupport My phone thinks I'm in a different timezone when I get automatic date time from the network. How do I fix that?
-
Ralph FranSn❄wman ⛄ (aka Frathos) 🇨🇦 (@FrathosCAN) reported@ellenroseman @peternowak If I had a choice like @VancityReynolds #Mint cellphone service if #FreedomMobile is acquired by #Rogers then I'd most probably pick his company since it'll only be a matter of time before rates are increased again due to lack of competition.
-
🇨🇦Matthew Dunn🇨🇦 (@the905guy) reported@freedomsupport can I buy freedom mobile top up cards and use them to pay for my pre paid service?
-
Jojo (@jojojojojobz) reported@cbcnewsbc lol im with @FreedomMobile and the rates arent bad:$50 unlimited everything. with this merger, it only gets better reception-wise and better 5g.
-
Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported@FreedomMobile Is there an email or something I can message? It's not a complaint per-se, but a general service feedback sort of thing I'd really like to try and get in front of the suits, or as far as consumer channels go, anyhow. Your CCTS/Contact us page is kinda borked...
-
Bill McKay (@dabloat) reported@680NEWS Bye @FreedomMobile it's been awesome but I would rather have no phone than be a Robbers customer
-
Andrew (@radarsun) reported@CRTCeng it's not in the publics interest to let one of the big 3 @rogers buy Shaw. The customer loses on this. @FreedomMobile will be dissolved or jacked up. (I hope not) but doubt it. Letting this pass removed competition. Sad day
-
Winterr. Mask up! (@WinterBourneTO) reportedI’m gonna miss u guys. I really am. Once bullsh*t @Rogers dismantles u, i am truly going to miss u @FreedomMobile. U were ducking great. No lie. The Last of the Mohicans. One of the last great antiestablishments but robbers had to buy u out bc u were driving wireless prices down.
-
jason napier (@napoli7676) reported@FreedomMobile Freedom can't even send me an email to confirm my account to pay my bill pretty sad just like their service
-
CJTO 🇨🇦 🏳️🌈 #BLM (@CJ_Toronto) reportedWell, I guess I'll be on the hunt for a new cell provider soon. There is no way in hell that I'll be giving my money to a Rogers-owned @FreedomMobile. The entire point of switching was to get away from the highway robbery of Rogers/Bell/Telus. I will not support them - ever.
