Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

Hey @FreedomMobile I am standing in a parking lot and I can't even connect to LTE to call a ride to let them know that I need to be picked up.... Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice

@freedomsupport My tab is paid off. I want to upgrade but I can't? Why? You are preventing me from giving you additional money. Also searching seems to indicate this has been an issue for at least 3 years? I don't want to talk to an agent. I just want standard process to work.

@AnthonyLacavera Agree with some points, especially the fake competition, but FreedomMobile did not save Canadians any money with its poor quality and coverage and targeting students only, and the counter actions taken by big three using lower quality for cheaper services

@freedomsupport I’d 100% recommend getting better customer service lines where you guys don’t constantly try to harass me offering me promotions and refusing to let me out of my contract. Saying nobody was available to do that. For 48 hours.
