Hey @FreedomMobile I am standing in a parking lot and I can't even connect to LTE to call a ride to let them know that I need to be picked up.... Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice

@tshirtbae93 @mitch909 @chopstix21 @Rogers @FreedomMobile Difference for me wasn’t the price. But more Gigs. But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

Worst decision ever made after moving to @FreedomMobile, these guys just cheat on you. Worst customer service and customer service executives. They quote something else when selling and say something else after its sold.

@FreedomMobile has this insane ANNUAL plan now. Unlimited texting and calling with 50GB of high speed data for a year! For people not watching garbage on data hungry apps and just need a phone this is an insane deal for around 110$ Canadian bucks. #SuckItBigCanadaTelecoms

@freedomsupport Looks like we're going on to day 4 then of not being able to login/process payments/ have service? Awesome. You think you'd just activate service for people who's payments happened to fall during your outage until it's fixed so we can do our jobs & live our lives
