    @freedomsupport 1. I highly doubt Freedom feels any type of way if me wanting to take my business elsewhere. Am sure your hundred of thousands users have you guys swimming above water. 2. I've blocked the user leaving Freedom support type messages on my page. So solved byme.

    If you don't want to loose customers you really should hire reps with more empathy and stronger communication & problem solving skils. Your contact support was so quick to transfer me to cancellation dept. Just to get me off the phones @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile

    @freedomsupport lm wondering if f freedom can fix outages why can’t I get more then I to three bars of service in my building I’m in a Long Term Care Facility behind a hospital can someone help me out this has caused me dropped calls at times this is affecting inside.

    @tryoung Well, I found another thing that @FreedomMobile has over @Rogers. The mobile service at the @EYCentre is actually more reliable with Freedom during the @OttawaCC. I can actually get decent signal so I can look up the Comic Con schedule without having to step outside!

    @ShawInfo FALSE ADVERTISING Buyer Beware. I literally spent the past few days trying to switch from @FreedomMobile to @ShawInfo and I am worse of now then before I started. So much for being a loyal customer for 30 years, Its now time to switch!

    A $5 monthly promo discount I had with @FreedomMobile ended. I gave them a choice - continue the discount, or lose me as a customer. They chose to lose me as a customer. Not what I expected...but nor does it bother me. Just an interesting #CustomerService and #retention approach.

    @freedomsupport when you get online I need help, I ported to bell but people on your network can't reach me. Bell says you need to clear your back-end of my number. Text and volte call can't reach me.

    Not bad for using 15.02GB (5GB past 11), after I was slowed down. Now back to high-speed again. cc @FreedomMobile, previously used 18.6GB.
