Sofia Heaux (@HeauxSofia) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@freedomsupport 1. I highly doubt Freedom feels any type of way if me wanting to take my business elsewhere. Am sure your hundred of thousands users have you guys swimming above water. 2. I've blocked the user leaving Freedom support type messages on my page. So solved byme.
-
Martin L 李蔭庭 (@zephyr064) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@tryoung Well, I found another thing that @FreedomMobile has over @Rogers. The mobile service at the @EYCentre is actually more reliable with Freedom during the @OttawaCC. I can actually get decent signal so I can look up the Comic Con schedule without having to step outside!

-
Kerehama (@kerehama91) reportedI love how as I'm on the phone with @FreedomMobile trying to cancel my account, the phone call drops - shortly after the agent tried to get me to stay. For the last 3 years your network hasn't worked (or improved) where I need it most: work & home.
-
Tiffany Chee-a-tow (@MlleCheeatow) reportedJust a heads up that @FreedomMobile changed the way they charge for data roaming and I was hit with a $94 charge for a DAY TRIP to Buffalo. But don’t worry, customer service was able to knock $30 off of that while they kept telling me “next time buy an add on”
-
Zakary Allen (@xGawsh) reported@FreedomMobile support being terrible again. Making my wife super upset over the phone and even aggressive when she tries to explain the problem.
-
khalil (@wiederznnnn) reported@FreedomMobile So is poor reception
-
Zakary Allen (@xGawsh) reported@freedomsupport your service representatives brought my wife to tears over a wrongful charge on her plan, totally ridiculous

GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported@askmewhatdeezis @LFalasca @FreedomMobile If you're talking about the outage, that I can understand. One removes the key (sim) to the network from the slot, and then you *can* call 9-1-1, since it'll connect to any available working network, that being bell or telus in that case.
-
GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported@ChefStuartB @FreedomMobile There is no unlimited high-speed in Canada on any cellular network. Unlimited at slower speeds.
