Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

@RogersHelps Idk if I’d was a band or frequency thing because my moms iPhone 6s Plus worked perfectly fine when my iPhone XR wasn’t working I restarted the phone I reset the network settings. I feel as if it was because of all the people coming up. It was like the raptors parade all overagain

@RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

@RogersHelps Hi, thanks I actually tried getting through to anyone on the publicly available phone lines and also tried the chat app as well. Rogers doesn’t make it easy for non-customers to report a problem like this.

@Rogers 14 years of crap customer service,wasted hour upon hour with reps i will be making a complaint with the ombudsman, MP AND cancelling all 5 cell phones i have with you. I will be advising my friends and family members NOT to do business with you in the future! #yousuck

@Bell 7 phone calls to confirm an installation? Considering cancelling and staying with @rogers, who has never annoyed me like this. If someone doesn’t answer the phone, don’t call back immediately

@RogersHelps Stuck for waiting 1.5 hours for customer care, finally someone connects and then call disconnects because of 90 min disconnection. None calls back and customer is stuck for another 1.5 hour, Horrible experience !

Our #ignite @RogersHelps needs regular lithium treatment - it's stopped working three times this morning - 1-2 minute interruptions, pods flashing - totally random.....the MOST - EVER - unstable platform for TV (VIP Package), home phone, and WIFI .... never fails to disappoint.
