    @RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

    Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

    Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

    @RogersHelps Idk if I’d was a band or frequency thing because my moms iPhone 6s Plus worked perfectly fine when my iPhone XR wasn’t working I restarted the phone I reset the network settings. I feel as if it was because of all the people coming up. It was like the raptors parade all overagain

    Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

    @Pungulation @RogersHelps I am pretty sure if you worked in their IT department you would know they care. If they knew how to fix it in ten minutes they would have. Also pretty sure they would rather have thier network running than deal with people accusing them of not caring. .

    @adolwyn @RogersHelps I have zero service and daughter needs a covid test. How will I receive test results with no service? Glad I have a work phone I guess. What do people do when they don’t have a work phone?

    It's astounding to me that @Rogers can **** communications for a 3rd of the country and don't have to offer the public any more explanation than, "we are investigating." This is pathetic.
