Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

@RogersHelps While I appreciate how hard it must be to restore service, this disruption has wreaked havoc on our ability to work and simply ensure family members are safe! No blame - but please restore service ASAP, and expecting you to give customers a reimbursement on their bills for this!
