    Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

    @RogersHelps If their is a service outage, why don't you send out a notification? Alternatively, Rogers can also post an outage notification on their website. Either way, this saves clients from contact Rogers which can be time consuming.

    @Rogers Weeks without access to my Outlook, which I pay for. Can only get emails through rogers site. Why are you blocking access to Outlook? Pointless to call support.

    @RogersHelps Rogers is a complete joke! charging me for a phone that was NEVER delivered to me & RETURNED TO THEM from purolator but still continue to charge me & keep my deposit til they can investigate their own ******* mistake! All while I can’t upgrade my hubbys phone til -

    Is anyone @RogersHelps escalating the issue? Even your own technicians have acknowledge it’s a large and disruptive problem. No resolution or improvement today… I’m definitely moving my service to @Bell Really unacceptable. 2/2
