Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Almost seems you have prioritized popular internet traffic and alot of other services are not working properly on your network. This isn't a restored service of half of the service isn't working properly. Bell service is slower here but I'm seriously tempted to go back to them

@RogersHelps Your services are unusable in Barrie. So much for trying to catch up on my work from yesterday’s outage. I’ve just cancelled my sales call with a Rogers Rep this week for my biz. Your lack of communication better be addressed in your post mortem. Complete and utter failure.
