Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

I’m with @Fidomobile, & haven’t had mobile service all day, because of @Rogers. Besides it affecting my ability to do my job, I also haven’t been able to book a vaccine appointment. This is now beyond just an apology with no mention of when things will be fixed, @RogersHelps.

@RogersHelps Why has there been no update yet regarding when Cell service will be available again? Did you try unplugging the modem for 10 seconds and plugging it back in? That always works...
