Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

@CBCToronto @RogersHelps @CP24 there is a province wide Rogers outage again in Ontario - for now it’s just home internet, which also effects TV and home phone lines.

@RogersHelps 4hrs and still no home internet. Tried all the resets and seeing many others impacted but Rogers unwilling to acknowledge there is a widespread outage. Typical.

@RogersHelps Thank you! Just spoke with the agent - still an issue but now escalated and apparently a bigger issue affecting multiple users which could take 24-48 hours to resolve. Not great when you work from home and I am taking a virtual course tomorrow that I need wifi for. 🥶
