Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

@RogersHelps ETA was changed from 2 AM from 12. It’s now after 6 AM..and nothing. Outage is now going on 32 hours.

@RogersHelps Still nothing. Seriously who designed your network that one Fiberline causes such a long outage. Definitely switching to Bell since they just installed Fiber in my neighborhood

@RogersHelps Not on the West mountain, my parents are seniors and rely on the phone for reaching out, living independently except living in the stone ages. If anything happens while you take your time fixing the problem. I see that you have no problem taking the customers money.
