Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

@Rogers Logged into my account. There was an offer waiting…tried to accept the offer…been on hold for 1.5 hours…still waiting. I don’t understand why when I hit ‘accept offer’ it doesn’t just change my service. #legacyprocesses #notdigital

@christocracy @TaylorSicard @Rogers I was just trying to make the point, that in Quebec, when you turn your back on Bell, you quickly realize you end up with the coax solution. Not to mention, PKP is a bit of a jerk too. So the lack of choice here sucks pretty bad. They keep buying up the small guys too.

@Rogers @breakfasttv worst customer service from Rogers cell phone call center people. Tried upgrading my phone to a new device online which Rogers told me to do. Now my order is canceled & Rogers rep can't upgrade phone nor me trying an online upgrade.

@Sportsnet @Rogers When are you going to fix the choppy feed?! These digital advertising make it so hard to watch. All other camera angles are fine when it’s not showing the digital boards. @EdmontonOilers
