Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

@RogersHelps ETA please! It's been over 2 hours since you said you would provide "regular" updates. This is not just affecting some customers. It's affecting Rogers, Fido and Chatr customers. This is not intermittent, there is no service, period. Please provide an update with an ETA.
