Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

@arandhawa21 @ChrisSagal @RogersHelps How is it greedy to want your money back for a service you didn’t receive? 100% we should be credited on our account for the day. That was not okay. Rogers is the most expensive phone company. In the world. They can afford to compensate us.

@RogersHelps at the same time my wireless service went down, so did my Rogers TV and Internet service. I'm still without TV and Internet.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Oddly enough I never had any problems with my Rogers mobile phone, or my Rogers internet at home. My girlfriend, and my friend both had issues with their phones. My Internet was slower than it should have been, but that’s normal
