Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

Hey @rogers, @sportsnet now is just awful. Between the glitching, stuttering and freezing, it is unwatchable. Trying to watch tonights #Leafs game and can't do it any longer.

@rogershelps No internet again. Your DM leads to basic bot whose information takes one round in circles, waiting for “Live Agent” ever since. It would be respectful for @Rogers to admit there’s a service outage rather than this tedious dance-yet again, while the problem is fixed.

Why is the Sportsnet app such a piece of garbage? Like if I’m not getting playback errors or such, the feed drops off grainy and you can’t see@anything. Ridiculous that I’m paying for this much for this product @Sportsnet @Rogers

Hey, @rogers, I just looked at my 87-year-old dad's Rogers bill. You sold him a 32 gb iPhone 7 for $485 in March of this year. This is pretty much elder abuse, in my view. Phone is worth $200 tops. And he can't even see the tiny 4.7 inch display. Will u fix it? #elderabuse
