David (@NoobDavidGames) reported from Owen Sound, OntarioThat's great. I call @Rogers about the internet issue cause it cut out completely. They tell me to unplug stuff all that fun shit. Alexander Schnurr (@hanz8669) reported from Saugeen Shores, OntarioJust curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.
-
David (@NoobDavidGames) reported from Owen Sound, Ontario@Rogers I had a service guy show up today. I actually had to tell him to leave when he was rude. Already on the phone with you guys to get a complaint in, hut wow. You should be embarassed
-
Alexander Schnurr (@hanz8669) reported from Saugeen Shores, Ontario@RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.
-
Alexander Schnurr (@hanz8669) reported from Saugeen Shores, Ontario@RogersHelps Idk if I’d was a band or frequency thing because my moms iPhone 6s Plus worked perfectly fine when my iPhone XR wasn’t working I restarted the phone I reset the network settings. I feel as if it was because of all the people coming up. It was like the raptors parade all overagain
-
David (@NoobDavidGames) reported from Owen Sound, OntarioWhen I ask her if she even cares that as a customer I'm dissatisfied she tells me basically in my words "too bad, go elsewhere" and then offers to cancel my services now. But I'll be expected to pay what's left. This is why @Rogers wont be my provider much longer.
-
David (@NoobDavidGames) reported from Owen Sound, Ontario@RogersHelps At this point I'll wait out the contracts and cancel them 1 by 1 until I have nothing left with you guys. I'm sure @Bell or a company that competes with you will love my money

Kevin Wright (@KevinADWright) reported@RogersHelps @tobi My iPhone Air was unable to tether, I tried all the normal troubleshooting steps. Then I confirmed it was a Rogers issue by going near the border and tethering on the US networks just fine. What fixed Rogers for me was setting apn: mobile.apn
-
Rtyu (@Rtyu1148534j) reported@RogersHelps @valzann0 Your outages are everywhere and your online chat sucks. Agents refuse to file an outage case. My internet has been out for 3 hours and it shows no outage. Outrageous service!

Manavmeet Singh (@Manavvv31) reported@tobi @Rogers This is a user-reported service disruption highlighting how carrier or network updates can sometimes unintentionally break common device features like hotspot tethering, which then directly impacts real-world usability @tobi
-
Scammer Defence (@ScammerDefence) reported@andrewinereview @Rogers @rcmpgrcpolice STIR/SHAKEN does not catch these because the calls come in over offshore VoIP that bypasses Canadian carrier attestation. A DNS blocker on the home router catches the follow-up step: when the caller texts a link to a fake Service Canada page, the page refuses to load.
-
Paul Sant (@YouPulseX) reported@RogersHelps Private tickets are a slow incident detector. If this maps to one update, post the intake, carrier settings/iOS fields to capture, and who owns rollback.
-
Steve Bergeron (@CBR900) reported@RogersHelps What is the best number to call for technical support where I don’t have to listen to 100 different menu options.
