Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

Hey there, @RogersHelps, Offering me deals after I’ve already switched providers is useless. Also, your exit survey is total garbage. 20 mins in you decide “the rest doesn’t apply to me” and end the survey, so I don’t get entered in the draw? Terrible service.

@RogersHelps Yous have lost all cred. with us, I'm a competitive gamer and I get punished for dropping games, whether it's power or connection issues it doesn't matter, I get penalized , so you can just imagine how nervous I am to start a game.
