    When I ask her if she even cares that as a customer I'm dissatisfied she tells me basically in my words "too bad, go elsewhere" and then offers to cancel my services now. But I'll be expected to pay what's left. This is why @Rogers wont be my provider much longer.

    Then he tells me a technician will need to be sent. In a ******* week. How is it I've fought with @Rogers for years. It's probably been close to 10 years. And they always screw up something. I call them more than my wife! That's an issue

    Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

    Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

    Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

    @RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

    @RogersHelps Idk if I’d was a band or frequency thing because my moms iPhone 6s Plus worked perfectly fine when my iPhone XR wasn’t working I restarted the phone I reset the network settings. I feel as if it was because of all the people coming up. It was like the raptors parade all overagain

    @RogersHelps Weird I am still getting service just fine. I have an iPhone 11 Pro. Hubby on the same bill, he is using a google pixel, zero service. Maybe it’s to do with phones?....weird software glitches? @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps y'all really need to amp up your costumer service. After scrabbling to find a phone I can use to call Rogers I get hung up on after listening to a pre recorded message. Very sad. I understand it's probably hectic but I'm just trying to set up Wi-Fi calling.
