Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

@RogersHelps So, I got first call few days back that we are from Millennium Solutions and offering you home internet as you are a loyal customer of Rogers! Initially they offered me 60$ off for 1 GB speed internet and now yesterday they offered me 70$ off and that you will be charged 29$

Just spoke to @Rogers customer service about lowering my plan and the gentleman was less than helpful. He said your on no contract if you want to walk, walk! Great service as always!!!

@RogersHelps I called Rogers tech support and they rebooted my whole ignite system to factory setting then he realised it was a system issue. Will I have to reconnect them when it’s back?

@RogersHelps Twitter agents found nothing. The phone tech not doing what she said she would do is infuriating. My problems are the same as described in the multiple forum posts & on Twitter. It’s a hardware issue that Rogers needs to fix as all the other “solutions” don’t work.
