Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

@RogersHelps @Rogers so 4 calls, 4 employees, 13 hours on phone. Escalated the call & Darrell, a manager located in Kitchener spent 2 hours (1.5 hours after his shift ended) & fixed the issue. For one, simplify the process. This should be your wheelhouse….

@RogersHelps You are no help at all! I have been waiting for 3hrs now just to setup a move. You keep on putting me to the wrong department even if I selected the correct prompt! 4 callbacks with the wrong department and now connecting me to the "right" department for FOREVER! 😡

@RogersHelps smart home monitoring app will not allow me to sign in, the sign in button is not working and when i take it to the website on desktop it does not work it says “ there is a problem on our end” its been this way for a couple weeks and i need it fixed.
