    Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

    Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

    Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

    @RogersHelps Idk if I’d was a band or frequency thing because my moms iPhone 6s Plus worked perfectly fine when my iPhone XR wasn’t working I restarted the phone I reset the network settings. I feel as if it was because of all the people coming up. It was like the raptors parade all overagain

    DM’d @RogersHelps SATURDAY for help. In Mexico paying Roam Like Home (x2) but neither phone works Can’t make calls since we’ve been here NO REPLY. At all. 3 days ago and counting Wouldn’t want to be in an emerg relying on @Rogers Guess I’ll have a painful call when I’m back 🤬

    @RogersHelps what a joke. Over 10 days without any internet or TV running correctly. I'm tired and deserve my money back for service and product not delivered. Got a support ticket # and you cancel everything without any notice and resolution. What kind of service is that?

    @RogersHelps @trewovz Actions speak louder than words. If I were in charge of Rogers there would be huge changes. Streamlined management and phone/internet packages, so that customers can be rewarded w/ excellent service and lower prices.
