@RogersHelps any word on restoring the service to Barrhaven East because I won’t earn enough money to pay you guys if this isn’t resolved today. Your service is essential to my job. I have been off work for three days now and have lost my pay for the week.

@RogersHelps It better be good for people to forget their frustrations with the poor handling of the situation (just giving the same line over and over) and no services

@pavellubanski @Rogers I just checked the site and it said there’s no outage in my area (Carlington) but we still don’t have internet so idk if this is a modem issue or Rogers giving me false hope. Just overall frustrating with this experience

@RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

@RogersHelps So I get internet outage this morning, apparently from "downed lines". Funny that the lines weren't down on the day of the storm or the days after, only today? Does that make sense to you guys?
