So @Rogers @RogersHelps Your home monitoring installer damaged my house and I tried unsuccessfully to get it fixed for 18 months of repeated calls. I cancel my contract and you send me a bill for $1000.00. Do NOT deal with this company.

@Rogers same thing yesterday, are the agents not trained to call the customer back when a line drops in the middle of an important session? you guys are driving me nuts. I ended up calling them back. Grrrrrr.

@RogersHelps Your Rogers worker was on our street, climbed up a pole, did something to the wire, and the wire is now hanging about 10 feet off the road. Pls advise - how do we report this. Technical support is 45-60 min wait on the phone.

@RogersHelps I've had 22 Spam calls from 9 different numbers since 9am. Is there any way to stop this beyond silencing unknown numbers (which is what I have done today) I've never had the issue this bad before. It is unreal
