So @Rogers @RogersHelps Your home monitoring installer damaged my house and I tried unsuccessfully to get it fixed for 18 months of repeated calls. I cancel my contract and you send me a bill for $1000.00. Do NOT deal with this company.

They’re also risking damaging the game & relations with the fans over a few %. This is a stupid game of chicken & it’s all the owners fault.

@Venkman007 @RogersHelps @Rogers Thanks but that is not from Rogers and relies on user reports. I am asking why Rogers doesn't provide its own outage map. They do, after all, know that there are outages and could, if they wanted, communicate that information to customers. Why don't they?

@Rogers seriously whats going on in london ontario? the internet has been intermittent for like 3 days now atleast 1-2 downtimes every couple hours for the whole neighborhood. Worst part is i pay for business internet connection.

These big companies like @LoblawsON @nofrillsCA @Rogers and many that don't have twitter accounts. They use immigrants to cover their tracks and cover complaints and problems. Then they make it so you can't get ahold of anyone else and they deny management. Only way law suit.
