    @RogersHelps What a joke of a company. I cancelled a service on Mar 2. Mar 3 ambassador team called and gave me an offer I agreed to. Since then billing increased to $254 lol, and service is not what was agreed to. No modem sent to my house. 10 phone calls later, nobody cares.

    @DuganRegina @RogersHelps Outage in northern west end of Mississauga too. It's a annoying when rogers keeps asking for account. There's somewhere you would be able to literally see service is down in an area and send out info about it

    @Rogers In all my decades hating cable companies in the US, I can honestly say that never once did one of those reasons include "spam calls me daily trying to upsell me things". Why would you do this until customers are so angry they have to ask to be put on a do not call list?
