    So @Rogers @RogersHelps Your home monitoring installer damaged my house and I tried unsuccessfully to get it fixed for 18 months of repeated calls. I cancel my contract and you send me a bill for $1000.00. Do NOT deal with this company.

    @Bell I just had a canvaser in Hamilton come looking to get my business after the @Rogers outage. I told him Bell was here a short while back updating their lines and CUT OUR INTERNET after they promised us they wouldnt. Thats how to get potential customers to hate your brand.

    @Rogers hey Rogers - if you want to restore peoples confidence in your brand how about starting with a fix for all the spam calls? I mean ACTUALLY do something to fix the issue.

    @andreamloewen @Rogers @RogersHelps Hey Andrea I am sorry to hear this - I have had success canceling service over Twitter DMs to that same rogershelps accounts. You just have to fill in their secure form to confirm identity and then you can get help at your own pace.

    @RogersHelps guess whose internet is down.. AGAIN. Yep you guessed it @Rogers I swear to god, I'm so tired of how garbage your internet is. You have an upload cap of 30MBps IN 2022 and going down constantly. Maybe is is time to switch to @Bell

    @RogersHelps I called and a support person sorted it out for me. Seems to have been an issue with traffic that was obviously affecting a lot of people. There should have been some kind of public alert and more info. It felt like @Rogers was trying to quietly cover up a larger issue

    Just received a text message, apparently from @Rogers about a credit for my monthly billing. Wrote it off quickly as a scam, but it was alarmingly plausible in light of the recent service outage it referenced.
