    So @Rogers @RogersHelps Your home monitoring installer damaged my house and I tried unsuccessfully to get it fixed for 18 months of repeated calls. I cancel my contract and you send me a bill for $1000.00. Do NOT deal with this company.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers @RogersHelps what is the point , I can prove it to you by taking a video of my screen and post it online with my bills I pay . I can’t get help fork the free line they put me on hold for long time and without any solution, they provide a repetitive solution

    Third time chatting w/ @Rogers Same issue. I get to go through it all over while a condescending twit tells me something different then the one before & I am assured for the third time it’s fixed. Waive the damn fee so I can go in and have a real person help me! #rogersfails

    @RogersHelps Horroble internet and Ignite service in Kitchener area !!! Our who area has had a ticket open for 3 months, and they keep sending techs out. Only reason the whole neighborhood hasn’t changed to Bell is that we are waiting for Fibe. You need to fix this..... Stay away
