So @Rogers @RogersHelps Your home monitoring installer damaged my house and I tried unsuccessfully to get it fixed for 18 months of repeated calls. I cancel my contract and you send me a bill for $1000.00. Do NOT deal with this company.

Hey @Rogers question. What's the point of offering wireless internet to rural areas and then setting the signal strength bar so high that most true rural costumers can't take advantage of it? Considering 25 Mbps is way more than you need for streaming, maybe you could start lower

Two days in a row my @Rogers service disconnected during a critical conference call and it's not coming back. Escalated and learned they are upgrading lines in my area, but there was no notification. Have literally paid this company a year's salary in services. /rant

@RogersHelps - not sure what to do. Agreed to a new ignite bundle package on Feb 28, and 2 weeks later the new package price is still not indicated on my account. 5+ calls into Rogers support has not resolved the issue. Please advise
