So @Rogers @RogersHelps Your home monitoring installer damaged my house and I tried unsuccessfully to get it fixed for 18 months of repeated calls. I cancel my contract and you send me a bill for $1000.00. Do NOT deal with this company.

up&down service all week. 36 hours w no tv,no notice when service was restored, loss of 30$ online during an interaction when service cut, Interruption to 2 work meetings, overage on data plan bc I had to use data when I had no wifi. Rogers offer? 21$. @RogersHelps @Bell ? Hello?

Here we go again another day that @RogersHelps internet and tv are down. Estimated time 4-24 hours to fix. No credit, no unlimited data nothing offered. @JustinTrudeau end the monopoly bring in some competition. This is ridiculous!

@RogersHelps @Rogers 2nd, 3/4 of your employees were useless but you wasted money to pay their salaries for those 10 hours. 75% of your staff could have been cut for this 1 issue. So either train them,direct issues to more sub-departments, or fire them & those staying should be trained like Darrell

@RogersHelps A few times?!?... its been a problem every day since March 2020. So not just a few times! Ita only recently that I started mentioning @Rogers directly on twitter, due to the extensive frustration.
