    So @Rogers @RogersHelps Your home monitoring installer damaged my house and I tried unsuccessfully to get it fixed for 18 months of repeated calls. I cancel my contract and you send me a bill for $1000.00. Do NOT deal with this company.

    @RogersHelps You're scamming me by charging long distance rates for texts sent using Whatsapp, and when I called to have the billing issue resolved, I'm getting hours of run around with no help. Your rep on the phone told me put my phone on airplane mode. Why even have a damn phone?!

    @notyourcupoftia @Rogers Same. I’m on queen street west and Rogers is down. No ******* clue why the countries richest company can’t actually provide the service we pay for, or tech support us in a way that actually fixes their internal tech issues. You suck @Rogers.

    I can safely say @Rogers @RogersHelps is hands down the most incompetent group of collective individuals when it comes to cable TV support. 5 calls... 1 DOA box... 3 hangup... and still no service. @TedRogersFund -- Give ur reps a raise or hire people that can do the job.

    @Rogers my internet has been down and this is really upsetting. Why does the internet have to always be down? Students are doing online school and need the internet to complete our school work this is unacceptable, do better.
