Hey @RogersHelps I just want you to know what a rockstar you have in your customer service reps, Esther especially but Cheyenne was also very helpful. If your customer service is always that good then you’ve got a customer for life.

  • KeepemReal Keep em Real (@KeepemReal) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario

@fordnation, should I go out to find wifi for my kids to do school and for my work. You want us to stay home then get on @Rogers and @Bell ass! @fordnation and rural internet providers need to find a solution NOW! At least create a subside for us!

  • KeepemReal Keep em Real (@KeepemReal) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario

@RogersHelps @YakmanHuntTV Can you at least give e an explanation to your #rockethub customers as to why you cannot allow uncapped data. Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!

@RelianceCares No, I will not. Issue is on your side, so it's a Reliance problem. I am providing you with everything needed to verify the issue then fix it. I'm not your customer support, you are. After pandemic, then @RogersHelps issues, getting tired of poor Canadian customer service.

  • ChadPerrin Chad Perrin (@ChadPerrin) reported

Hey @Rogers - what the frig is going on with #igniteinternet? Intermittently cutting in and out, and all the customer service rep could tell me is it’s an “issue in the area being worked on” with no ETA 🤨 Is this another national outage, just for internet now?

  • CyrelleSonic18 Cyrelle (@CyrelleSonic18) reported

@sayonaralara_ @RogersHelps @Rogers We had to take an Uber and was almost late for work. Talk about bad timing, lucky enough we made it!

@MobileSyrup Of course they will, by crediting us $2.20 for the problem rather than valuing a credit based on what the lost day actually meant for Canadians. @Rogers @RogersHelps
