@oxysnice @Rogers If you do switch back to Bell make sure your last bill doesn’t have Rogers owing you money, you’ll never get it back. Three months and they still haven’t paid me what they owe me.

  • KeepemReal Keep em Real (@KeepemReal) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario

@fordnation, should I go out to find wifi for my kids to do school and for my work. You want us to stay home then get on @Rogers and @Bell ass! @fordnation and rural internet providers need to find a solution NOW! At least create a subside for us!

  • midwifek Kathi Wilson (@midwifek) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario

@RogersHelps Unless you do something about your truly shittastic rural internet, **** off. I'm trapped into using you because Bell doesn't serve me at all. I pay $500/month for your ******* crappy service and all you ever say is "sorry". **** off. I lost a day's work thanks to you.

  • KeepemReal Keep em Real (@KeepemReal) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario

    @AntiBlackRacis1 @Sflecce @Apple @Rogers @RogersBiz Lol......it doesn't help those in rural areas that have capped data!

  • KeepemReal Keep em Real (@KeepemReal) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario

@RogersHelps @YakmanHuntTV Can you at least give e an explanation to your #rockethub customers as to why you cannot allow uncapped data. Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!

  • cedavidson Cait Davidson (@cedavidson) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario

Hey @RogersHelps I just want you to know what a rockstar you have in your customer service reps, Esther especially but Cheyenne was also very helpful. If your customer service is always that good then you’ve got a customer for life.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Still no service here! I hope you are still working for the ones who don’t have service

  • PeterRaynham Peter Raynham (@PeterRaynham) reported

@gilloism @Rogers I thought the whole idea of the internet ("inter-network") was to have multiple paths and redundant routers so that there was no single point of failure that could bring down the network.

  • TotallyAFlareon TotallyAFlareon (@TotallyAFlareon) reported

@RogersHelps so, I have service again, it's just my mobile data is super slow any idea what's going on there?

  • menleedas Sandra Glendale (@menleedas) reported

@RogersHelps They are offering a $2.00 credit for the day loss of service. Hmm this show how much they value their customers

  • Neilkotadiya Nilesh Kotadiya (@Neilkotadiya) reported

@Rogers Stupidity at it highest peak. You should learn from other developing countries communication network system. And by the way nothing has been restored to majority costumers in Alberta. So keep lie by yourself .

  • R_DeLuca95 Rosario DeLuca (@R_DeLuca95) reported

Thank you @Rogers for completing screwing me over!! A mistake YOU made and now I have to pay an extra $25 a month for the remainder of my contract the next 2 years and you tell me there’s nothing you can do about it now???? Never been so pissed off

  • ValCosio Valerie (@ValCosio) reported

@Rogers Where is the email apologizing and telling us we don’t have to pay for a day that we didn’t receive service at all ?

  • roadtoserfdumb spectres be haunting (@roadtoserfdumb) reported

@Zach_Fleisher @RogersHelps I'd also accept an explanation of the massive outage that didn't simply shift the blame onto a software vendor, what they'll do differently in future etc, but two bucks is fine i guess

  • beth_desmarais Beth Desmarais (@beth_desmarais) reported

@Rogers would a love person call me please. I have typed my issue into your virtual helper and it doesn't understand me. I can only send so many emails and there is no love person option available on your 1-800 number. #help #Rogers

  • elaine_bliss Elaine Bliss (@elaine_bliss) reported

@RogersHelps currently in Fredericton where I have 1 bar of service. When I go home, north of the city I have zero bars. I typically have full service in both places...
