    @RogersHelps @YakmanHuntTV Can you at least give e an explanation to your #rockethub customers as to why you cannot allow uncapped data. Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!

    Hey @RogersHelps I just want you to know what a rockstar you have in your customer service reps, Esther especially but Cheyenne was also very helpful. If your customer service is always that good then you’ve got a customer for life.

    @Rogers I wish You (Rogers) Could charge or sue the idiot who smashed Their car into your Lines/equipment yesterday at 5 ish pm. That resulted in a huge Portion of this area to go without for 15 hrs? Maybe they would learn how to drive if there were actual penalties for morons? 🤬🤬🤬

    @RogersHelps Spent hours with your agents yesterday working out best internet plan, based on my 30+ years as customer. 2nd tier support sweetened the deal but wrong updated contract emailed to me. How many Rogers staff does it take to solve customer problem? #CustomerServiceFail
