@RogersHelps @YakmanHuntTV Can you at least give e an explanation to your #rockethub customers as to why you cannot allow uncapped data. Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!

Hey @RogersHelps I just want you to know what a rockstar you have in your customer service reps, Esther especially but Cheyenne was also very helpful. If your customer service is always that good then you’ve got a customer for life.

Anyone else’s stupid @RogersHelps wifi keep disconnecting for 30 seconds once or twice a day like it did a whole week leading up to the #rogersoutage ? I’m done, switching providers should have happened long ago.

@RogersHelps @Rogers You say "valued customer", I think not. A few years ago I was given a great deal from a dept Rogers calls "outbound" to stay a customer.They said this deal would last as long as I remained a customer.That was a lie as I'm told deals are good for one year./1
