I know she isn't paid enough and she is gold. If all @Rogers customer service people were like her, they wouldn't be loathed the way they are. Look to her as a model!

You want us to stay home then get on @Rogers and @Bell ass! @fordnation and rural internet providers need to find a solution NOW! At least create a subside for us!

Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!

I'm trapped into using you because Bell doesn't serve me at all. I pay $500/month for your ******* crappy service and all you ever say is "sorry". **** off. I lost a day's work thanks to you.
