    Hey @RogersHelps I just want you to know what a rockstar you have in your customer service reps, Esther especially but Cheyenne was also very helpful. If your customer service is always that good then you’ve got a customer for life.

    @fordnation, should I go out to find wifi for my kids to do school and for my work. You want us to stay home then get on @Rogers and @Bell ass! @fordnation and rural internet providers need to find a solution NOW! At least create a subside for us!

    @RogersHelps @YakmanHuntTV Can you at least give e an explanation to your #rockethub customers as to why you cannot allow uncapped data. Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!

    @RogersHelps Ignite TV working great an hour ago. Turn it on now and I can't get some channels to connect and when they do they're constantly freezing or the sound is cutting out. This is so damn frustrating. There better be more than 2 days credit coming!

    I stupidly didn’t know that the landline we pay @Rogers for each month was VoIP and @Bell just told me they only offer VoIP too. I can’t get an old fashioned landline that won’t cut out with a power/system outage which is wild to me since we had one when we moved in.

    @RogersHelps Ignite TV service here in Bradford is totally unwatchable, picture freezes then goes full black screen. The same on all channels. Rebooting modem or TV box does nothing.

    @RogersHelps Hello, cable still not working since Fridays Outage. Goes in and out, freezes, black screen. Service is not being provided and now 4 days unavailable. Can someone have a look? Reboot? Anything? Magic wand? Thanks.

    @RogersHelps @Sean_M_N Would be great if someone would reply to my DMs too! My Ignite has basically been garbage since services were "restored." Completely unacceptable.
