@fordnation, should I go out to find wifi for my kids to do school and for my work. You want us to stay home then get on @Rogers and @Bell ass! @fordnation and rural internet providers need to find a solution NOW! At least create a subside for us!

@oxysnice @Rogers If you do switch back to Bell make sure your last bill doesn’t have Rogers owing you money, you’ll never get it back. Three months and they still haven’t paid me what they owe me.

@RogersHelps @YakmanHuntTV Can you at least give e an explanation to your #rockethub customers as to why you cannot allow uncapped data. Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!

Hey @RogersHelps I just want you to know what a rockstar you have in your customer service reps, Esther especially but Cheyenne was also very helpful. If your customer service is always that good then you’ve got a customer for life.

@Rogers (April 19, 2021; 8:34 am) network just went down in Parkdale (Toronto, Ontario, Canada). I restarted my device. Didn't fix it. I switched phones. Didn't fix it. I can make calls now. Data on phone still not working. Problem. Rogers phone message states can't take calls

@aredlight1 @Rogers Agreed !!!! This is insane that they’re handling it this way. Technical support just hangs up and won’t even answer. I had to press 0 from a land line a million times to get through to someone. And at that had to wait 42 minutes
