    Hey @RogersHelps I just want you to know what a rockstar you have in your customer service reps, Esther especially but Cheyenne was also very helpful. If your customer service is always that good then you’ve got a customer for life.

    @RogersHelps @YakmanHuntTV Can you at least give e an explanation to your #rockethub customers as to why you cannot allow uncapped data. Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!

    Worst customer service @RogersBiz. Called twice, spent about an hour waiting, and reps hung up right away without a word so there can't even be notes on the account. Disgusting @rogers

    @RogersHelps How is it that one single channel (CTV on 12) is completely unwatchable, but the rest are fine? The game is jerky and slow, but commercials are fine. Been like this for three weeks.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Do not buy anything from these guys. I’ve been having interruptions on my tv it’s been 12 hrs. And guess what? They told me everything is fine from their end. Bull fkn ****. Love how they wash their hands. I pay $750/month to these imbeciles. Stay away!!!!

    Know your customer - @RogersHelps my discount on internet expires soon but I get call from wireless team trying to upgrade my device being a loyal customer but Cable(Internet) team doesn’t care and they are OK me leaving them..

    @tinman_scott @Rogers Very true. Which is so backwards. As a new customer I can much great deal elsewhere, it’s like loyalty and being a long time customer means nothing anymore

    Hi @RogersHelps I switched to your Ignite Wifi service and the tech dropped off the modem but said the wifi pods weren't on the work order despite them being part of the order I made yesterday.
