Sarah Irene (@missSARAHirene) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps I've sent the DM already, but surely your company knows if there's an outage in the area. So far it seems as if GTA is affected as well after doing some research. It'd be nice if you could answer directly and honestly to there being an outage, and when it can be fixed.
-
Somialovestheleafs (@SomiaGrooves) reported from London, Ontario@Rogers @RogersHelps hello, my elderly mother has been having problems with her home phone- you've sent people out to fix numerous times but it still doesn't work. She was sick, & couldn't call 911- THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Please tell me how we can rectify this issue

Somialovestheleafs (@SomiaGrooves) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps This is ridiculous it over 6 hours of texting with some guy yesterday, only to be asked what's the phone number again you're calling about in the same stupid conversation with you guys. Mike Chabot (@mikechabot416) reported from Strathroy-Caradoc, Ontario@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.
-

-
Peter J. Kampe IV (@plkampe) reportedHey @Rogers, stop calling me to move my cellphone over to you, I am happy with my provider. I will say this again, remove me from your calling list as all the customer service calls still have not removed me.
-
Jo (She\Her)🇨🇦 (@jmckay2508) reportedWTF! @fordnation @Rogers is about to show YOU their lil'wire brush. Take that shot at Poilevre's seat now - OR???
-
JMB (@jmb_photography) reported@Rogers knows how to reward loyalty…customer of 20+ years…internet rates go up ~$8 every year. I want a new phone after 3 years of the same phone. Must upgrade plan just so I can get a new phone? Will be an extra $30/month?!?!? Will be losing my whole family as customers
-
Christopher Castle (@Scissorb0i) reported@RogersHelps So as a customer at this point in your understanding of this issue, you believe it’s my job to do more to resolve this failure of service? That’s the level of service excellence your company provides?
-
🔥Zukky💻🔥 (@zukkyzee) reported@ZivRivkis @Rogers That's ridiculous! I hope they fix it quickly! I had no clue!
-
Lois Roper (@LoisKRoper) reportedIt is shameful that during fire evacuations that the cell service providers cannot provide better service throughout the valley in the safe areas. From Enderby to Cherryville to Okanagan Falls, two bars is not sufficient let family know we are ok. Do better! @Telus @Bell @Rogers
-
Ruthie (@Ruthie80116972) reported@RogersHelps Didn't cancel, just asked to update my address and was told your company cannot provide service at my new location. They were informed about this planned move at the time we subscribed and ur staff told us they had service there!
-
Andrew (@kwtib) reportedOfficially on hold with @Rogers for 1.5hours... for tech support.. because someone damaged a rogers line to a seniors residence. Good job Rogers!
-
Drew (@DrewXperience) reported@georganneb @Rogers Canada’s telecoms are broken.
-
Georgiana Balanica (@GeorgianaB83826) reportedHey @Rogers you need to do a much better job at dealing with your customers! I’ve been waiting for more than 15 minutes today to be transferred to talk to a supervisor after dealing with a customer service representative for more than 30 minutes that couldn’t understand my request for a service upgrade! You can’t put customers on hold for that long without resolution so I had to drop the call! Train your employees and train them how to properly help customers meet their needs! I know I’ve been working in this industry for over 15 years! I’ve started in customer service however it’s not what it used to be! Now it seems you want to get rid of customers as fast as possible instead of helping them and ensuring they remain loyal to your business!
