No issues with sound quality on either end. My experience with other VOIP providers (Vonage etc.) and HW is 10+ years out of date. There are adaptors that allow RJ11 phones to connect to VOIP routers.

It's amazing - I actually made it a whole 2-weeks without having to call @RogersHelps for assistance. I was assured that "work in my area" had addressed the issue - Guess not. It's fine, I'll tell my employer to wait . . . Again.
