Andy Pelipiak🇨🇦🦃🦃🌮 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @homie__h This is definitely on your end Rogers, because I also live in London and am experiencing the same issues. If you can’t fix this, I will have to explore other options, and if I leave, I would take my tv and internet dollars with me too
-
Cait Davidson (@cedavidson) reported from Middlesex Centre, OntarioHey @RogersHelps I just want you to know what a rockstar you have in your customer service reps, Esther especially but Cheyenne was also very helpful. If your customer service is always that good then you’ve got a customer for life.
-
D Calcutt (@CalcuttDJ) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps here I am again waiting on help for service, from on person to another... I paying 90$ a month for basic tv is ridiculously expensive. What a price increase! And you treat customers like this?
-
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario@BryanPassifiume @RogersHelps A lot of angry people after last weekend’s outage
-
Kathi Wilson (@midwifek) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario@RogersHelps Unless you do something about your truly shittastic rural internet, **** off. I'm trapped into using you because Bell doesn't serve me at all. I pay $500/month for your ******* crappy service and all you ever say is "sorry". **** off. I lost a day's work thanks to you.
-
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps Fix the service first. We can talk about credits when it’s working again
-
Heather Kirk, PhD (@madamekirk) reported from London, OntarioDoes anyone else on @TekSavvyCSR or @Rogers in Old North currently have an outage? My internet is down but I can’t figure out if it’s a me problem or more generalized. 🫤
-
Kathi Wilson (@midwifek) reported from Middlesex Centre, OntarioAbout the system. She looked stuff up. And she solved our problem at the root cause. I wanted to cry. I know she isn't paid enough and she is gold. If all @Rogers customer service people were like her, they wouldn't be loathed the way they are. Look to her as a model!
-
Keep em Real (@KeepemReal) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario@RogersHelps @YakmanHuntTV Can you at least give e an explanation to your #rockethub customers as to why you cannot allow uncapped data. Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!
-
Amanda den Hollander (@Amandaxxoo) reported from London, OntarioSwitched phone carriers from Virgin to Rogers. So impressed already with the level of customer service I received from their tech support. @RogersHelps
-
Somialovestheleafs (@SomiaGrooves) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps This is ridiculous it over 6 hours of texting with some guy yesterday, only to be asked what's the phone number again you're calling about in the same stupid conversation with you guys. If something happens again to my elderly mother & she can't call 911 again....I need to speak
-
Marc Waston (@MarcWatson8) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps Well we've had issues with our cable since last Tuesday on and off and finally lost it completely on Thursday. This comes just 4 days after getting upgraded to Rogers Ignite. Very disappointed with the outcome of "upgrading".
-
Sean Quigley (@SQldnont) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps what’s going on with phone service on Mobile?

-
Cait Davidson (@cedavidson) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario@oxysnice @Rogers If you do switch back to Bell make sure your last bill doesn’t have Rogers owing you money, you’ll never get it back. Three months and they still haven’t paid me what they owe me.
-
Kathi Wilson (@midwifek) reported from Middlesex Centre, OntarioNow that I can, I have this to say to @Rogers: **** you. ****. You. You crippled the country yesterday and you can't figure out why and you are no doubt shoring up the legal barricades against the coming storm of lawsuits. And yet you want to have everything, run everything 1/
-

Officially HarjjiB (@HarjjiB) reported@RogersHelps I did, and they sided with merchants TOS ( terms of service) and said I don’t have a dispute as the merchant doesn’t offer refunds.. if the merchant offered refunds then why was I disputing the charge
-
Hassaan Siddiq (@Hasaan0060) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps Our home internet in Port Credit, Mississauga is completely dead — no loading, no surfing on any device. After 40+ min wait, your agent says “it’s working on our end, not our problem.” What kind of customer service is this? Absolutely pathetic support!
-
SueCanada 🐧🐧 (@ONTLLs) reported@dhewlett @Rogers Oh oh... if Hewlett yells for Zelenka, you guys are in big trouble! Good luck @Rogers
-
SCH (@StephenHoltzman) reportedSeriously, @RogersBiz @RogersHelps, three hours on the phone with 4 reps, and even a call to a Rogers Store, and NO one can help me with an email I received from Rogers Business today about my account! @CRTCeng Does anyone know what they are doing at your company?
-
BrianM (@briangm11) reported@RogersHelps Thanks, but the @Rogers tech support dept has been so decimated by profit-enhancing layoffs that the task seems insurmountable. We "upgraded" to Xfinity last Aug., but the modem quit twice this week. Each phone call takes 60+ min, and last night we had to quit.
-
Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@wheelgirl77 @RogersHelps @RogersHelps is an unverified AI chatbot account with no verification checkmark. It will keep sending scripted replies, but no one is actually going to call you back to help. If you want a real human response and actual accountability, file a complaint with the CCTS instead.
-
Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@aangelic491 @Rogers Nope. The only solution is to call them and go through the whole ordeal. They don't have a simple call back solution to prevent their customers from staying on hold (you cannot attend any other calls for hours if you are on hold) and then get 'disconnected' automatically.
-
Free & Fair (@CanadaMate) reported@RogersHelps Even the regular CX service reps deal in a much better way than this call from OOP Never thought in my wildest dream such a poor service from OOP Terrible !!
-
Storm Silvawalker 🇨🇦 (@StormSilvawalk1) reported@RogersHelps Well, I tried again. I've been watching for the network operator but the option is never there. Both myself and my partner have the service and bought a plan with it specifically and are pretty disappointed.
-
Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@stitchlady @Rogers I would if I could. It is at their end. Their system needs to re-provision my wifi. I reset my network settings (just because their 'AI bot Anna' asked me). Then Anna told me that I need to call them. Called them about 4 different times and waited each time between 90-120 minutes
