    Another Friday, another #Rogers internet outage. It's amazing - I actually made it a whole 2-weeks without having to call @RogersHelps for assistance. I was assured that "work in my area" had addressed the issue - Guess not. It's fine, I'll tell my employer to wait . . . Again.

    @RogersHelps @homie__h This is definitely on your end Rogers, because I also live in London and am experiencing the same issues. If you can’t fix this, I will have to explore other options, and if I leave, I would take my tv and internet dollars with me too

    About the system. She looked stuff up. And she solved our problem at the root cause. I wanted to cry. I know she isn't paid enough and she is gold. If all @Rogers customer service people were like her, they wouldn't be loathed the way they are. Look to her as a model!

    @RogersHelps Pathetic. This is the level of acceptable service for one of few oligopolies that overcharge customers in this country (Canada is amongst some of the worlds most expensive for wireless). I’ve been out of service the entire day. Get your **** together, Rogers.
