@RogersHelps @boz_sav Please stop posting this canned garbage. We’re sick of seeing generic cookie cutter responses. It does a disservice to us and to you

  • kimcrawford_spn
Kim Crawford (@kimcrawford_spn) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps you suck! Ignite sucks. You can’t maintain our service. What am I paying almost $300 a month for? Planning to leave because you can’t keep ignite connected at night. I have been up all night and can’t keep you going. #rogersignitesucks

When you reach out to @RogersHelps and it seems the customer service rep helping you left for break without actually helping you 😤

  • cedavidson

@RogersHelps My only issue was the link didn’t take me to an active list of outages, just a pinned forum post.

@WSIB_Paralegal @RogersHelps I have partial service, cell and internet seem to be partially back, but still no home phone or tv

  • joelcadams
Joel Adams (he/him) (@joelcadams) reported from London, Ontario

@SherOnHealth @Rogers I've mostly used VOIP with mobile phones/tablets/computers over Wi-Fi/cellular. No issues with sound quality on either end. My experience with other VOIP providers (Vonage etc.) and HW is 10+ years out of date. There are adaptors that allow RJ11 phones to connect to VOIP routers.

@RogersHelps I'm experiencing a cable outage in London Ontario, everything else is fine though

  • midwifek
Kathi Wilson (@midwifek) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario

About the system. She looked stuff up. And she solved our problem at the root cause. I wanted to cry. I know she isn't paid enough and she is gold. If all @Rogers customer service people were like her, they wouldn't be loathed the way they are. Look to her as a model!

  • wendysland
Wendy Sanderson (@wendysland) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps Unfortunately yes you are. Forced from cable service to digital (Ignite)

  • tristarmon

  • SomiaGrooves
Somialovestheleafs (@SomiaGrooves) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps This is ridiculous it over 6 hours of texting with some guy yesterday, only to be asked what's the phone number again you're calling about in the same stupid conversation with you guys. If something happens again to my elderly mother & she can't call 911 again....I need to speak

  • apelipiak
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps in day 3 of this outage now, and still no tv or phone! And I don’t want to hear that you’ve “restored services to the vast majority of customers”, because I’m calling bullsh*t on that one!

  • ernickens
Eun Hee Lee (@ernickens) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps my kiddo just subscribed to TSN channel from the TV box by accident. How do I undo this? I don't want to be charged for it. Literally just happened. HELP!

  • wendysland
Wendy Sanderson (@wendysland) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps Will customers be reimbursed for this outage that have cell, home phone, internet & Ignite TV? That equates to about $19 or more per day for some!

  • Striker9
Sara Gilbert (@Striker9) reported from London, Ontario

Another Friday, another #Rogers internet outage. It's amazing - I actually made it a whole 2-weeks without having to call @RogersHelps for assistance. I was assured that "work in my area" had addressed the issue - Guess not. It's fine, I'll tell my employer to wait . . . Again.

  • PhillipdH
Phillip denHollander (@PhillipdH) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps @meow173 Nice copy/paste response, but you don’t have the best deals out there. That’s exactly what was said to me when I switched from @virginmobilecan to Rogers, now I’m paying twice as much as I did with Virgin. Counting down the days until I can switch back.

@RogersHelps @Rogers 5-hour outage. $250+ lost income. $2 credit. Then Rogers tells me I should pay another $15/month for backup internet. Imagine causing the problem, offering less than 1% of the losses as compensation, and then pitching a subscription as the fix.

  • krukru_137
    krukru137 (@krukru_137) reported

@RogersHelps I have been trying for 3 days to reach customer support. The recording on every occasion indicated that Rogers is very busy and to try calling back again. This is not customer supports. It is impossible to speak to a live agent. Please help!!

  • LGBMike
    Gry Phyn (@LGBMike) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Used to work in call centre's and I can answer this. Lower wages. Cheaper to have phone support in countries that pay WAY LESS THAN CANADA. 2/hour in many places.

  • klutz47
    Klutz Ottawa🇨🇦 (@klutz47) reported

So @RogersHelps From June of 2025 to August of 2026 my cell bill has had two increases each one $5.00. A so called plan rate adjustment to better improve your service. Not acceptable . Four years of no increases and wham 2 quick ones. Time to move.

  • kevcpm

@cbcmarketplace @RogersHelps now being told it is 24 hours. Agent will not send me through the supervisors because there are “too many customers”. Sign of the times for Rogers Customer satisfaction?

    @JustMeJamie64 @2BikeisLife1 @Rogers Their AI assistant sucks

  • ANNEQUINN
    Anne Marie Quinn (@ANNEQUINN) reported

@RogersHelps @bpelman Your ETA for service to be restored was 11:00 pm for most of the day but then updated to 6:00 pm. Since then it has added an hour at the top of each hour and we’re back to 11:00 pm. Is this actively being worked on?
