-
Joel Adams (he/him) (@joelcadams) reported from London, Ontario@SherOnHealth @Rogers I've mostly used VOIP with mobile phones/tablets/computers over Wi-Fi/cellular. No issues with sound quality on either end. My experience with other VOIP providers (Vonage etc.) and HW is 10+ years out of date. There are adaptors that allow RJ11 phones to connect to VOIP routers.

Wendy Sanderson (@wendysland) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @edjackman It still does not negate the fact that you will no longer offer your cable services as per my contract. You simply cannot force someone to upgrade because the company has decided they only want to offer digital services. What kind of customer service is that... ?
-
Sara Gilbert (@Striker9) reported from London, OntarioAnother Friday, another #Rogers internet outage. It's amazing - I actually made it a whole 2-weeks without having to call @RogersHelps for assistance. I was assured that "work in my area" had addressed the issue - Guess not. It's fine, I'll tell my employer to wait . . . Again.
-
Dr. Michael Ott (@UWO_Gen_Sx_PD) reported from London, Ontario@Rogers once again worst customer support ever. Just trying to link my daughters birthday Apple Watch to cell phone. -
Miranda Loberto (@peaches71_00) reported@Rogers I waited two hours on hold for technical support only to be told by a recording that my call cannot be answered at this time and hung up. Beyond frustrated.
-
Irene-Irka😺🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@Irene_NoKillTO) reported@canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng It's too bad that Rogers went from the best customer service to the absolute worst so quickly. I am usually very tolerant, but I blasted the lack of service on the survey I received. Rogers do better!
-
JJ (@JJimisen) reported@RogersHelps Your reply is very typical of the service level we have experienced since Rogers bought out Shaw. Your website shows inaccurate information. Your AI has no clue. Your fastest wifi is about as fast as a 1990s modem. Why is it so bad? @CRTCeng
-
Dman (@mcmanus17) reported@RogersHelps It keeps saying our account should show as part of the outage but it isn’t. From talking to neighbours sounds like our entire area is down.
-
Kenzie Allen 🌵 (@cerena) reported@Rogers engages in harassment in their solicitations, and that, combined with abysmal service, is why we said we wanted nothing to do with them when they came to our door earlier today. Lo and behold, they rang the doorbell again two hours later.
-
P.P🇨🇦🇮🇹🇮🇪 (@PP3789404966587) reported@karmen638539 @Rogers Data Centers and charging station run off a different power grid system as what Rogers or Bell would use . They don’t overload, as service suppliers run off a singular use power grid , one system multiple users
-
vish (@vishy1978) reported@RogersHelps do you people have 1 person working in tech support? On hold for over 90 mins yesterday before I had to hang up and now 41 mins and holding. This is ridiculous.
-
Kian Zachary (@kian_zac) reported@RogersHelps BT1409749 is the ticket number and Yes I have been to the store 3 times .. and will visit them again today for trip #4. SIM swapping to a new device and have been dealing with this issue since July 7, 2026 and it is now July 16, 2026.

-
KilconaVC (@KilconaVC) reported@RogersHelps I’ve rebooted my router about 100 times in the past few months. These kind of issues I expected in the advent of wireless services. Not in the present day. Prior to your takeover of Shaw I had to reboot my router almost never.
