Most allow you to print out the entire chat at the end & you can yell at your screen if they say something stupid without worry. Only way I do it now. Faster too.

They tell them that in order to upgrade their phone and add it to their contract, they have to pay double the amount for their plan. “Cheaper” plans don’t allow for phone upgrades. Do better, Rogers. Such a joke
