@Rogers At what cost? Rogers once told me that I was being charged extra bc NWT being part of Canada was a “grey area”. Will you simply geographically excise these groups needing service, or charge so much that it’s not practical? We need competition, NOT more Rogers.😐

Using @ShawInfo Shaw internet from last 7 years and never had any issues. Got the $0 plan as well and they sent me a $130 for an international dialed number which I never dialed. Pathetic customer service by Farooque 1236 and supervisor Brandon. @RogersHelps

So, @rogershelps told me to go to the shop in Deerfoot Centre to be able to activate my Apple Watch and when I got here, they refused to help me and told me to phone tech support. I’m angry they had me go out for nothing. Y’all need to be on the same page, Rogers.

@Rogers I've called @Rogers multiple times and it's the same answer, "a note has been put in for the dispatcher and someone may come earlier if they are available". So is it totally normal to make your customers wait DAYS before their internet service is restored?! seems a tad bit insane

Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers your level 1 support is utterly useless, I know they have scripts to follow, but going around in circles and having to repeat what I say is getting tiring. Random intermittent connection drops are getting tiring. Disable OFDMA its breaking your network!
