    @RogersHelps Technician says it’s an area outage because there’s no connection from the cable box on the street. He said ETA for maintenance would be 2-3 days which is ridiculous — how can I escalate this?

    @AmandaBernardo @Rogers In Barrhaven. Drops about a minute, several times a day since the massive outage. I do nothing, there is no outward sign on the modem. Comes back on its own without intervention. Rogers says nothing. Got them coming to the house tomorrow. MASSIVE INCONVENIENCE! LOST CONFIDENCE.

    @Rogers your device protection company is the worse, very unprofessional and have no clue what they’re doing. Imagine something being escalated and was promised a call back but they close the case w/o returning a call!! I’m a long standing Rogers customer. Time to leave!!

    @Rogers Since your major 16hour service outage in july, There have been mulitple customers that have been trying to reach out and complaining about your services since. It has been choppy, laggy, system reboots constantly everyday to everyday. Fix it or the CRTC be contacted.

    Phones and wireless down today. When we called @RogersBiz “Oh yeah, we’re doing work in your area. Service will be intermittently affected today.” Seriously @RogersBiz, this is not acceptable for any business, let alone the struggling Ontario healthcare enterprise 🤯
