@Rogers no wonder you have a 1.8 rating on BBB. Absolutely criminal how you operate. 10 years and once this contracts done you’ll never see a cent from me again.

@RogersHelps Internet service still down. Modem is flashing green light now, so partial TV Cable service is available now. Cable box Guide is all scrambled. Have never seen anything like that before! Told by Rogers CSR at 11am, that area is out, but my neighbors aren't.

So, power goes out @Yonge and Eglinton, Toronto Hydro restores service in 20 minutes, an hour later still no internet or tv on @rogers. Strangely my cell service with @bellcanada works fine. Thanks again guys, it’s getting real boring. #rogers

2 hours chatting with @Rogers to cancel my tv service, and I'm no further ahead and now have to wait until tomorrow because someone messed up my account. This is something that should have been done in 5-10 minutes at MOST, 15 if they follow every annoying retention tactic 1/?

@RogersHelps @Rogers Pathetic services for simply an installation of new Internet service. Irresponsible technicians who just visit to show their daily schedule. Customer service agents just transfer the calls without any resolution. Is this how you treat a new customer?
