Chris (@stevkev1701) reported@JordanSpinks42 @Rogers Bell was no better 5 years ago. That leaves Telus, and their customer service sucks

Kay (@callmeaskayra) reported@RogersHelps I can’t even connect to a live agent for 11 days. Today I just connected to one and they said because of an internal system issue they cannot access to my account. I’m paying money for my internet and I cannot use it

Larry the hairy 🤟🏻😜 (@Eyespyaniceass) reportedAnyone else never have signal so damn always with @Rogers it’s taken me 15 mins to make this post due to lack of signal. How about refunding some money back for all the hassle of no signal most places I go? That would be nice 👍
-
Head (@PhilipDRNathan) reported@WR_Record Instead of bitching people need to DO something! CANCEL ALL YOUR @Rogers subscriptions ASAP.
-
Chris Conley (@ResearchChat) reported@Yuvrajsv1rk @Rogers Having the exact same issues with @Rogers 2 hours on hold (which appears to be the time limit for their hold-status) and then told by the automated voice to call back another time and disconnected. Did you get anything resolved?

firoozeh tale (@firoozehtale) reported@Rogers I've spent over 3 hours on phone since Saturday to schedule installation of my Roger's internet modem. It's been a horrible experience so far. I'm basically paying for internet that I've not received yet, and don't know how long more I have to wait for an agent to respond
-
Kelly (@AlbertanKelly) reportedMy internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. There better be some compensation for this.

Don Bradshaw (@RealDonBradshaw) reportedThat’s some award-winning journalism there. 🙄 It’s not like the #BlueJays50 have 742 other serious problems that could be addressed. It’s a below-.500 ball club with numerous players in slumps but yeah, go ahead and focus on their toy box. Keep cashing those @Rogers paycheques.

Michelle Rempel Garner (@MichelleRempel) reportedMy colleague @RachaelThomasAB is right. @Rogers can't be allowed to receive lucrative benefits to "protect local journalism" only to turn around and exacerbate Canada's news desert problem. I echo her calls for @MarcMillerVM to investigate these station closures.
