@RogersHelps The customer rep today told me you have the equipment, and I believe she said you’ve had it for some time (I sent it October 23!!)! So why does it take a full month (or more!) to process a refund?

@tak23oda @RogersHelps @SpencerMV_ Talking to rogers tech support right now and it seems to be effecting 5G only. Force your phone to LTE from Cellular settings and reboot, then switch back to 5G and it will start to work. Did the trick for me over the phone with the tech along all lines

@RogersHelps $200 increase is services this month & wait time is FOUR HOURS!!!! Horrible company horrible service no wonder there are serious internal issues with executives !!!
