I feel like a broken record with this internet bs but does @RogersHelps actually expect us to pay them for a service that we only get 20% if the time?

  • Cratas_ Cratas (@Cratas_) reported

@RogersHelps is there an internet outage in Newmarket?

  • lordmordane Chris Sapkowski (@lordmordane) reported

@Dhuggzz00 @Rogers Agreed same. Has been spotty at best, no service at all most of the time. Had a tech come out yesterday. They looked things over, everything looked good then and then it crapped out 15 minutes after they left.

  • morungos Stuart Watt (@morungos) reported

I have had it with @RogersHelps. They are sending me multiple messages threatening me with fees for not returning the equipment I have already returned. I have the tracking evidence, but they never answer the damn phone or chat to stop this nonsense.

  • JBPVFM JBP (@JBPVFM) reported

@RogersHelps is so brutal. #ignite is the absolute most unstable platform. Wow. We cannot go three days without an outage, yet we pay for the VIP package.

  • lynnedy Lynne Owen (@lynnedy) reported from Clarington, Ontario

@RogersHelps I’ve sent a dm, modem is flashing orange, rebooted twice and nothing changed, so no internet, tv or home phone. We’re in Courtice, do you know of problems in our area?
