@Rogers no wonder you have a 1.8 rating on BBB. Absolutely criminal how you operate. 10 years and once this contracts done you’ll never see a cent from me again.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Transparency on this issue could be the "straw" at this point, if you know what I mean. Difficult to keep people calm and locked up at home when (for some) your only access to any connectedness is gone with no determinate return ...is it enough to instigate unrest, finally?

  • Arkadi_73 Arkadi Romijn (@Arkadi_73) reported

@RogersHelps Hope you’re working out how much to credit us. Today has been a disaster. Working from home does require reliable service, in case you’ve heard of covid and it’s consequences? Sorry sarcastic, but my day is shot

  • cwgr8baker Cecile Wendlandt (@cwgr8baker) reported from Lake Country, British Columbia

It’s a miracle! I have cell service again. @Rogers this was not a good day

  • baker_yaa Yaa Baker (@baker_yaa) reported

Sooooo how long is this power outage going to last for it’s been 8hrs @Rogers 😐😐😐

  • Hello94725989 Hello (@Hello94725989) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers I paid for 30days of service I would like a credit for my lost product as I did not receive it so why would I pay full price the contract is I pay and you provide service your end is not being met

  • anthonybakker3 Passionately ambivalent (@anthonybakker3) reported

@RogersHelps My phone has been down all day, as has my daughter's. I missed an important medical consultation as a result. I will be expecting a sizeable credit towards my next bill, in keeping with the exhorbitant rates demanded by Rogers for the privilege of an expensive paperweight.

  • SkapeGote SkapeGote (@SkapeGote) reported

@RogersHelps Sorry you guys are having such widespread issues.

  • Kavka___ Kavka (@Kavka___) reported

@realmallowma @Rogers Network provider in Canada that holds a duopoly

  • AdamDesaulniers Adam D (@AdamDesaulniers) reported

@RogersHelps You guys had until about 8 hours ago to admit what kind of attack this is... Past that point, how are we supposed to trust anything you say? (Or did you "accidentally break" the ENTIRE WIRELESS NETWORK coast to coast?)

  • NNaimi3 N Naimi (@NNaimi3) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Rogers should pay the damage to those whose income depend on cellphone and cellphone data, we couldn't make any living today, and Rogers should cover the loss.
