    @RogersHelps “Feel that way” seriously? Are you people tone-deaf or just love gaslighting customers? I got a reply from one of your reps to my two day wait with a goddamn “:D” emoji. You think your poor service is in any way tied to how “I feel”? That’s the effect, not the problem.

    @RogersHelps Oh no, don’t pull that crap. It’s not what “I feel” it’s what happened. My internet service went down. I seriously needed it. Was first told that it was my area then later told it was just me. THEN I was told by YOUR support team that 2 days was the best they could do.

    @RogersHelps called Technical support tonight as we have slow speeds and ignite TV is slow responding and want to send a tech out this will be my 7th visit and another modem replacement I already got dinged on my credit report for 1 of them cause they took it and not me

    @RogersHelps this is the third time our area is without internet /tv service in the last two weeks. And that’s AFTER your nationwide outage. What is being done about it and when will it be repaired? L4L area of Woodbridge. Unacceptable!
