    @Rogers I was told that I need to be close to the pod. I am and not even practising social distancing with the pod. Hopefully, a new modem that will be dropped off today will fix this.

    @RogersHelps your technical support is still crap. I've been on hold on the phone, wait for a live chat agent and still can't get help with setting up a secondary email. And the error in getting is very common. Seems like you might try to fix this issue. #fail

    @35Ayres @Rogers I literally get physically ill when I know I have call @rogers for any support/ help. I put it off for as long as possible & try to find solutions myself online rather than hang on hold for 2hrs to get no answers or solutions. A 30+ yr customer & prety close to #cuttingthecable

    @35Ayres @Rogers I had to fight with Rogers as I had everything written down, but they had entered wrong information. My word against theirs. I eventually got what I was promised, but had to fight for it. Too much time & energy spent. I now only use the chat so I have everything in writing.
