@RogersHelps @Rogers Where can I find a guide of the “vast majority” of areas where the issue has been resolved? My internet is still not working. I hate you guys so much more each year.

@RogersHelps @Rogers I only have select websites and applications working. It’s slow, but it’s nice to see something. I just hope it comes to normal as the day progresses. I feel terrible for all the workers working Tirelessly to get our services back up and running.

@Rogers have you tried unplugging power from your modem yet? A restart should fix it 🙃 #Rogers #Outage #Telus

@AboutRogers I will be canx as soon as possible. @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with your company for cell services since 2006 and never would expect such horrible interruption twice in the last 2 years and little to no communication, compensation, etc. You left us in the dark. Now ur turn.

  • Dh2410Hayes Di (She/Her) 🇨🇦 (@Dh2410Hayes) reported

@alexmac666666 @keeptheasp @RogersHelps That’s a you problem. You should have prepared for things like this. What if the power went out due to a hurricane? Would NL power be required to pay your bill for the full month? No.

  • dumatul Alex (@dumatul) reported

@RogersHelps This is what happens when a company has monopol over most of a country's network = dictatorship = centralization. Way to go Canada!!

  • inqubusman BISHOP (@inqubusman) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers @Rogers knows is a credit is not going to help them. They are about to lose a lot of money. Not having a dedicated 911 or failsafes for their services will move customers elseware. I feel bad for their customer service reps who will be doing a lot of heavy lifting.

  • AdcRussian Волк (@AdcRussian) reported

@Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps They expect you to pay their ludicrous prices and bills. You expect them to provide service. For the price you Canadians pay for internet you should get nothing but the best
