Hey @Rogers and providers who use their network, can #Ottawa residents get an update on when we can expect it to work again? You've been rather silent and even your biggest competitor is at least communicating.

  • tbone_84 Tyrone Leon (@tbone_84) reported

@Rogers your company and Gary Bettman are the two worst things to happen to NHL hockey. Your regional blackouts and exclusives are the bane of hockey fans everywhere. You suck. On behalf of fans who no longer have freedom to choose which games to watch, bite me 🖕🏽

  • jerfre JerFre (@jerfre) reported

My @Sportsnet Now feed (that I pay for) SUCKS tonight @Rogers for the Battle of Alberta. .. Fix!!! Buffering..... Shouldn't happen... Paying good money. Have scalable cloud servers, problems solved. #letsgooilers

  • JP_squared Justin Presley (@JP_squared) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps I understand how bad the storm was. But no internet since Saturday and zero communication from any of your staff is not ok. People need to plan around data and their work etc. I know the work won't go faster but you need to be transparent. Terrible service.

  • BigDee59869599 BigDee (@BigDee59869599) reported

@RogersHelps You've been saying you'll provide information as it becomes available for 6 days now-still not one update. Why don't you change things up a bit and say 'you'll know it's been restored when your service starts working again'? @RogersHelps #refundplease

  • SuryCLo SuryC (@SuryCLo) reported

@RogersHelps No hope at all. I already DM @RogersHelps, but still no ETA, no any sign for the case escalation. Also repeatedly receive the same message about delay fixing the problem.
