@RogersHelps It’s my wireless home phone, I authorized on the phone to switch to other provider since July 25th but Rogers still don’t complete the transfer, why? Also they bill me another month except I don’t have any services since your outage. Thanks Rogers so much you are so good.

@maleve @RogersHelps I had a long time hvac service man I really trusted but he won’t mask. Had to find someone else. Thankfully most service people have been ok to comply. It’s the admin staff in medical offices that have been so lax with masking around vulnerable patients.. such a problem.

@RogersHelps Thanks. Just DM’d the details. The tech did wear a mask once it was supplied to them. The issue to me is, Rogers corp policy should have masks on the truck just like their tools and meters.

@RogersHelps We have had so many internet issues recently but what really bothers me is that when we sign into Ignite chat, there is nothing but dead air. I gave up after FIFTY mins in May, today, so far, 15 mins. That is NOT LIVE CHAT. 1/2

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps No one cares, you people cant even get data on your 5G network in my area, nor can you even respond correctly to my inquiries and when you do get on the phone, and I speak to someone in Montreal about the situation, the call drops and no one calls me back. #rogerssucks
