@RogersHelps @Rogers How is it possible that my connection goes down 3 or 4 times a night. Is it just in the Vaughan market. Internet and WIFI are working fine. Please just fix it! This has been going on for over a month. Very Frustrating!!!! Why!!!!!!!!

@RogersHelps Following these steps didn't seem to fix the issues on my phone or my friend's phone, which is funny cause that would lead me to believe there's a service disruption that isn't listed on your website. Some transparency would be good on that imo

@Rogers your customer service is so confusing I've been on hold for more than 1 hour waiting for an agent to help me out, then I went to your website and the help chat says that you're talking with one person, but when they text you are three different names. How come?

  • BillStarnaud
    Bill St. Arnaud (@BillStarnaud) reported

@RogersHelps It’s almost impossible to get through to wireless tech support. Twitter is much more responsive. I guess I will have to switch to Starlink - too bad. Rogers was great for a while
