1 of 2: Could not be more frustrated with @Rogers. With cable, satellite and 2 phones, we spend a lot of money with them. Yet after my wife spent more than half an hour on phone to talk about consolidating our accounts, they said they couldn't help her.

@CanadianNunya @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the reasons why I left Rogers 7 years ago. Was a customer for 19 years at the time.

@mmabrey1 @Rogers you’re making us look bad infront of Marina Mabrey! Fix this!

@RogersHelps Thank you for responding. I have filled out that form & was given a reference number by back office but Rogers still requires me to call customer service to change account details. This is how I ended up on hold. Im going to try a retail location. Frustrating process!

@RogersHelps @suefarah_ You don’t have a phone support team. It’s insanely difficult to reach someone at @RogersHelps (insanely is putting it mildly).

@Rogers doesn't have customer service on Sundays now. Their service continues to get worse, more unsolicited scam calls, with fewer options in doing anything about these issues. Not pleased!!! @CRTCeng

@MarsellientEl @Rogers Doesn't come up as Rogers, but sometimes calls from service providers don't ID themselves either. Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of not answering unknown numbers as I am responsible for a family member in long term palliative care & important calls come in from all over

@RogersHelps I do have a case open. I’m trying to understand why the Fraud number requires an extension to speak with someone, when an extension isn’t provided until a case manager contacts you. How is a customer supposed to reach Fraud directly?
