Neither @rogers and @startca will get a technician here to fix my internet after a @Rogers technician disconnected my NON-direct Rogers line while hooking up another unit's internet until tomorrow morning. Both seem to think its acceptable to make us go without internet....

@RogersHelps I was transferred over to retention, was told I was next in line, that was 40 minutes ago. No call back option. Wtf? I already waiting an hour to have someone call me back the first time and they couldn’t help! They said only Retention could.
