    I choose to pay @Rogers a lot of money each month for fast reliable internet and cable. Lately it's been neither as it can't be fast and or reliable when there is an outage each month it seems. I choose to pay a lot for events like the #WoldCup2022 and other sports. @RogersHelps

    Just spent 3+ hours with @RogersHelps on the phone and still haven’t talked to anyone. It’s crazy when you have limited options for phone and internet and this is the service you get. Been a long time customer of @Rogers which makes it even more frustrating

    Can someone explain to me how a @Rogers system issue causes me to be over charged for nearly a year for 16$ a month and that is my problem, too bad, so sad, no refund. Guess that's one way to make money.
