@Rogers internet is still not normal. If this really was a maintenance update you could roll it back. Thanks for exposing flaws in out infrastructure to foreign threat actors. The real reason the service was interrupted seems worse PR wise than they're letting on.

@RogersHelps Our internet has been back for 1 day and it is still extremely slow with very high ping. Multiple modem resets do nothing.

I came back home and found my @Rogers router back to factory reset!!!! What a mess @rogers sending a remote reset operation over the network. Now imagine the less tech savvy users they are still out I am sure.

@Tweet2avril @RogersHelps No internet in L6B area since The outage - what’s the ETA?

  • cardamomaddict Jasmine Mangalaseril (@cardamomaddict) reported

Reading posts by friends who still don't have their Rogers Internet. Recalling the @rogershelps CSR who said, as a client, I have no right to Internet service from them, & later their CSR who said "you'll be back" when I cancelled cable & switched to an Internet reseller.

  • WCGamez Lochiel🤘🏻 (@WCGamez) reported

Not an @Rogers customer (ditched mobile srvc 14 years ago, crap in BC) but all that went sideways the other day has sure brought forth and rightfully so, the conversation about deregulation and allowing others in. The @CRTCeng is complicit with these companies. #rogersoutage

@pubcoach @Rogers I’m with ya. My Friday was spent scrambling to find an internet solution to run the POS for my business. Day 3 of no phone service - we just had a news feature on us and no one can even get ahold of us
