@RogersHelps since this morning home monitoring is offline. “Network Lost” have rebooted both the router and touch pad. Zero. Call times are 55 min waits. Anna is 👎

They only know what's going on when they need their money. They are becoming so expensive anyways and I think about time to switch. Its a shame that a company as big as @Rogers can't provide details on an outage. All I get is issue in the area!!

@RogersHelps this is unacceptable that already working wifi services post ottawa storm are now down for 3 days. Numerous calls ,requests and no results. Is this the reward of being loyal customer and paying on time ? I live in 210 woodridge cresent k2b8e9.

@RogersHelps You guys suck right now. It's been happening since Wednesday. Speed is good but bottlenecks all over the place. Trecert shows bad hops. When are you going to fix this???
