  • jgoldik Jennifer (@jgoldik) reported

@RogersHelps it is hard enough teaching right now, add to it that my internet keeps going down. Reboot my router, it is back up for 1 min. I can’t teach my students like that, and I hate to think of how much of my phone data I am using to try and chat with them in a google meet.

  • gurpreetchanney Gurpreet Channey (@gurpreetchanney) reported

@RogersHelps Internet issue again and same response for the CS team. Area issue which has not been fixed for 4 months now. What will it take to fix the issue permanently by Rogers?

  • TacoPoss Queer - Autistic - BIm (They/her) (@TacoPoss) reported

@RogersHelps Any reason why live chat doesn't work? I need help, you advise us to reach out, and then I sit here for an hour waiting for no one to respond,

  • dimstereo D.I.M (@dimstereo) reported

Good morning @rogers my mobile internet is not working here in BC. You guys have another outage today?

  • IntrepidENV Brian Jantzi (@IntrepidENV) reported

@RogersHelps There were 13 different scam call numbers yesterday. Seems like an cumbersome bureaucratic approach to a problem that likely affects millions of Canadians every week. @rcmpgrcpolice

  • TC_in_TDot T C (@TC_in_TDot) reported

@RobertPersuad @Rogers Rogers doesn’t run the emergency alert system

  • _Icy_Marc_ Marco (@_Icy_Marc_) reported

Just checked my @Rogers bill today and found out about the refund for the service interruption on April 19th. I’d like to express my appreciation for the honest business conduct — you failed to deliver and you gave a refund, instead of finding excuses and shifting blame. Bravo.

  • Laurenclyne lคยгєภ (@Laurenclyne) reported

@Rogers just love getting harassed for the entire month of May for a $50 payment that isn't due until tomorrow! Calling my phone 3 times a day after 2 pathetic agents couldn't even perform what they said they were going to do! Bravo! And cheers to never dealing with you again!

  • chaosbman Brad Belford (@chaosbman) reported

@RogersHelps internet has been out for a little while now, and yet your outage tracker says everything is fine, what gives?
