@DossierCom @Rogers No, in 1995 you had dial-up, this was the 1980s. Also, this happens often, which Cloudflare just experienced a few weeks back and took out a huge chunk of the Internet. Bad firmware that breaks the ability to roll back, requiring manual intervention per router.

@pwgfrank @Rogers I don't know, everytime I'm using the app and click on anything Jays related, the app just shuts down. Saving me the pain and suffering. All depends how you look at it I guess....

@RogersHelps Can someone please respond? I understand you are still dealing with the fallout of the outage but the news is reporting that Rogers has claimed almost 100% restored service and our ignite TV and wifi are still incredibly spotty

@RogersHelps Funny how it's always blamed on "Router" issues after maintenance. If that's all it takes to bring down the countries infrastructure, then a lot needs to change. And why would such a simple issue not only take so long to discover, but take so long to fix? #sus

@RogersHelps You might have some people believe in that the outage was caused by a maintenance issue. I don't buy it. An outage is like one two hours. This was like 12 hours more. This seems like you got hacked and then you were negotiating the price with the hackers all day.

@LoudlySilent24 @RogersHelps Don’t listen to the new. They are no we’re close to fixing it. Had internet today for 1 hour and then it went back to being down but in 2 hours we will be at 48 hours without internet

@Elijah_Winter1 @vote4robgill @Rogers Not that I support crazy rates but most other countries have significantly larger populations, so they can afford to charge less and still have a good infrastructure.
