    @rogers, we pay you beyond stupid expensive prices for services that go out almost every other month now. You having a country wide outage when you make enough money to have the best of the best is confusing. You charge us enough to be able to hire Elon Musk to fix your ****.

    @Rogers Got me down bad with this service rn bruh

  • fruitbatNT FruitbatNT (@fruitbatNT) reported

    @UnderHisEye6 @RogersHelps You should really plan for redundancy if a service is critical. You think Google or Microsoft runs on 1 server on 1 Internet line? Nope, because they know **** breaks. Learn that **** breaks and plan accordingly.

  • Forrza maria (@Forrza) reported

    @RogersHelps Seriously how long will be down for? Still it working for me, wondering if the others are back on

  • drew_mcgill McGill (@drew_mcgill) reported

    @Rogers @RogersHelps what’s going on today? No cellular service at all! When do you think service will be restored?

  • amysparkle amysparkle (@amysparkle) reported

    @RogersHelps It would be much more helpful for your customers if you were more transparent with what is going on. It sounds like a huge problem for this many people to be affected. Tell us what is going on!!!!

  • ruimiguel_17 Rui Miguel (@ruimiguel_17) reported

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I'm been without any service for several hours now and the only thing I'm been seeing Rogers do is replying to everybody that they are aware of the problem. The thing is, do you at least have a estimated time until this gets fixed? C'mon!

    @marmalak03 @RogersHelps @680NEWS 100% agree, Rogers wireless and terrible!!

  • shollins77 Sarah Hollins 😷 (@shollins77) reported

    @RogersHelps It’s not intermittent! Both my work and personal phones cannot make or receive calls or texts. When will service be restored?!

  • JordanfromCan Jordan Newell (@JordanfromCan) reported

    @TayFHFN @Rogers It just uses your internet connection to allow calls. Google Voice I think was a popular one. Skype, Fongo, etc. A quick google search for free IP phone calls Canada, might help you find a site you trust.
