@Rogers I’m a bell customer trying to come over to Telus. I have spent 10 hours, with 2 Costco visits, Walmart visit, 2 Rogers retail visits and they keep screwing up the EPP program! Tired again today and they canceled the account for a 2nd time, and still can’t get a phone!

@Rogers No, it seems you believe in gouging customers. $100 for "roam like home" for a week away is extortion. I guess I'm going to have to leave Rogers after being a customer for almost 30 years from the cantel days. This is horrid.

Had to call 911 tonight on my @Rogers cell in Bridgwater @cityofwinnipeg and my call got sent to the provincial dispatch center, costing valuable moments in an emergency before being transferred to the Winnipeg 911 center. Why does the #Telcom suck in this area @JaniceLukes

@RogersBiz not even sure what else to do…we have called at least 6 times in the past week about lagging internet or internet not working at all. Our internet has been reset every time we call and it’s still not working. We were told today that we need to add to our internet…..

.@Rogers @TekSavvyCSR I have been without internet for 7 days now with no ETA of it being fixed! Rogers has been working on the issue for days only saying its being investigated. I live in Downtown Ottawa and have been without internet for a week! Why is nothing being done!
