    @Bell_Support We’re now on day 6 of basically no internet - nobody at @Bell seems to know how to fix it, how long it will take, and no options for us in the meantime. I mean, my @RogersHelps phone works - so I guess I should just call them now? Maybe they can help.

    @Rogers Terrible tv service. Promised me a new internet hub/router "the next day" - that was Oct 2021. Bell just surveyed my neighborhood for fibre to the home - coming in few months - counting down the days!!!

    @RogersHelps The internet has been bad for the last few days in my area and this evening it’s even worse and has totally gone down. Every morning there is now the additional stress of not knowing whether I will be able to log into work or not. This is becoming ridiculous.

    @WeloveSWprequel @RogersHelps I was told it was most likely firmware updates and to see if it continues to happen. I'm within the hour that it shuts down right now so I'll see what happens.

    @wawilliamson @Rogers It's been like this intermittently in Hamilton where I live for nearly 2 weeks. Every afternoon Never had this issue with Source. I'm beyond it now..... Looking for something back if Rogrrs can't fix this issue. It's like watching a buffering you tube video.

    Are you f***ing kidding me @Rogers ?! After ripping you a new one just yesterday for taking out my internet during peak business hours when people have to work from home you do it again? I am going to cancel all my services. This is the LAST straw.

    Here we go again. @Rogers Ignite TV service is not working AGAIN. Every weekend the same thing happens. And they say that there is nothing wrong. Time for a new provider. So sad. 🙁
