Giovani Galt (@GaltGiovani) reported@123mung @RogersHelps They are having problems. I know of 2 business having issues in the aurora area and rogers say it isnt on their side. This isnt the first time.

AP (@ap210) reported@RogersHelps Very helpful - I already held for over 2 hours only for the agent to not fix the matter, despite assuring me it was fixed. Then I waited for 2 hours for chat support online only to be cut off. Loyal customer since 2000 and have 5 lines. But I’m done with this.

Tesla Vancouver Island (@IslandTesla) reported@RogersHelps worst platform ever

The Mental Approach Podcast (@toddamus) reportedPeople in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.

Revel Peters (@urbanlamb) reported@RogersHelps @KTheresa95 canned robot responses is not 'help'...

Mr. E (@Mr_E_ous) reported@RogersHelps @allkindsXO Same here. No wireless connectivity. Your AI chatbot gaslights me and tells me there are no issues. Maybe Roger’s should posting about this so customers aren’t in the dark.
-
Jackie Groening (@JayCassPey) reported@Bell_MTSHelps That’s not very reassuring. Like I said I regret switching from @Rogers to Bell MTS. Any time we had an issue with them it was fixed quickly. It’s been 48 hours and still not update. This is ridiculous

Agent Provocateur® (@Provocative_one) reported@Canucks @Rogers I hope after this sham of a lottery draft, every single person in that lineup, after seeing the rigging that took place to rob Vancouver and watch them slide down the board once again, they walk away from the NHL as fans.

The Toilet Trader 💙 (@SWSniper07) reported@RogersHelps All you do is push people to an online chat bot why don't you actually call me with a human being so we can figure it out sending me to chat bots with zero customer service proves my point in court
