@RogersHelps -- something up with your call back service? You have called me back -- twice now in the last 40 minutes, but hung up on me b4 connecting me to a live agent #disappointing #issueunresolved

@RogersHelps wifi hub is not working. It won't load "people" so I can't unlock the internet for my daughter. Bad timing. She really needs it now.

@RogersHelps how can I get an ignite modem instead of the gigabit one I have? wifi never works in my apartment and I'm contacting support a few times a month

@ErnestDushime I like @Rogers - but I'm on a legacy plan thats too good to resign. If I were looking, I'd probably consider #ShawMobile - free mobile when bundled with home internet, unlimited access to their Shaw Go WiFi network and data available for $10/GB over 90 days.

@Rogers is THE worst phone company. This is the third time in a month that I have caught them trying to charge me more money without informing me of changes and other issues. SCAAAAM

@IDCavanagh @RogersHelps yeah, screw that noise - in my 5-6 years of being with whom i'm with now, i've never received a bump in cost nor had the notification tucked away because they knew the user will miss it.

@Rogers is there still an outage in the Toronto area?

@Rogers Why do users have to renew the router every 2-3 years (paying); suddenly internet stops working right on time through this period (fallowing a strict schedule). Don't you have enough charging the most expensive (and slowest) internet bad service?

@rogers I'm disappointed & trying to understand why you value some customers over others. I've been with you for years & promoted you to family and friends. I call to ask for a better plan that was offered to a friend, I'm told no. I'm a loyal customer, what can you do for me?
