@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@RogersHelps my internet and other devices have been resetting themselves every 10 mins for the last 3 hours. This is the expensive service customers pay for ?? Ignite was supposed to be better and has been a nightmare. I need this fixed to continue working !!

@Rogers customer service agent or manager "specialists", I was hung up on. I did have a lovely conversation with John, One of the "specialists" tonight, explained ..." it is a security and privacy policy matter ", and went on to ignore my requests to use my preferred name.

@adamsconsulting @Rogers @EricssonDigital I'm in a small town and we do okay, the best I can do is two bars on 3G LTE. The rural areas around us were worse, but are now a priority. The Bell internet is 6Mb down over old twisted pair and only the new neighborhoods are getting fiber. At least I'm on cable and get 90Mb.
