    @RogersHelps I'm always reaching out! And Rogers is not doing anything to fix the problem. @RogersHelps keep sending me around and around like am a fool! I'm tired of this now. Please remove the $549 off my account because I sent back your smart home Monitor already!

    @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

    @RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Use of the term "intermittent" is not a good description of the service I had today. I had NO service ALL DAY.

    Tks @Rogers you tell me I'm eligible to add a 2nd line for my aging father. I agree & ask for my Dads number to be ported from another provider. But u start billing me before the number is even ported? Wtf? So pissed off, I cancelled the line b4 talking with @RogersHelps team! 🤬

    @RogersHelps all you will say is there's been no report of it our area, but I see many people complaining about no internet so its clearly a Rogers Problem... would like an update since I work from home and this is affecting me

    I want to acknowledge that @startca has been friendly, responsive, and emails from varying staff flow back + forth every couple of days, but there is OBVIOUSLY a *HUGE* issue with the communication process btwn @startca @Rogers I should NOT be caught in the middle like this! 7/7

    @Rogers when is the cable going to be fix? People don't have internet, phone or cable. The least you could do is keep us posted. Doing nothing is bad customer service. Pathetic.

    @startca @Rogers It’s more a point of finding a better way of coordinating and ensuring service gets done. This shouldn’t be my job to navigate back and forth for something that is clearly a vendor communication system failure. And incompetent tech service coming from @Rogers to support order.

    So glad I spent 40 minutes on the phone with @RogersHelps last night to simply update my internet speed and 20 hours later, it hasn't been updated. Chat bot no help, self service no help, phone agent no help. Just peachy...

    @lee_jasonk @RogersBiz I remember one time needing help for my cell phone and getting the runaround. Well I was on hold for yet another service call, I walked to a competitor and bought a new device and ported my service.
