Ignite TV has been trash since internet service was "restored" yesterday evening. Freezes every 5 seconds, sound drops out just as often, most of the channels give an error when selected. And this is supposed to be live TV. Recorded shows will not play either, @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Soooooo. L4A. Still no internet. Can we get any details to set expectations? I appreciate what it takes to run a major incident such as this so appreciate the technicians and major incident leaders. lack of transparency and communication of mgmt and execs is appalling.

@Rogers According to several reports on Downdetector, there's still tons of people without service. I can connect and all *seems* well but my gateway isn't pulling any DNS information so I can't resolve any IPs to visit websites. Why can't I set my own DNS on your hardware?

@ColinDMello Just ordered Bell. We need more options in Canada but for now, I just want out of this **** service. Problems happen, but garbage communication, no formal emails or even word on when services were back up or that they’ll throttle, it’s too much. Buh bye @Rogers 👋
