    Paying for @Sportsnet but watching hockey on @cbcgem because the SportsNet app is absolute trash on all platforms. Someone needs to fix this app or give a refund. cc: @RogersHelps

    @Rogers customer support nightmare. 5-hour phone wait to cancel the service at the end of January because we are moving. My account is paid in full but they canceled my service immediately. Now I'm in without service until I can speak to billing which is not open. Ugh.
