@RogersHelps Total time in hold was 3 hours. You need to train your customer service reps how to use the phone system and you need to change wait times. Everything was 3-50% longer.

@RogersBiz spoke with 8 people today in less than 2 hours. Transferred from one person to the next trying to give you the opportunity to keep my business with you. FAIL. Telus is looking better and better. Might very well be the end of a 20 year relationship.

@PaulHarbridge @RogersHelps Being fair you aren't. You're talking to an underpaid employee that is forced to read from a script, or be punished for going off it. My wife took a job as support for their Chatr service and quit after a week because of how they tell their reps to push things on people.

Pathetic service @Rogers ! Outage since morning and no ETA yet, even after 10 hours!! Switching to @Rogers turning out to be a bad decision.
