Camille Chambers (@camille31712987) reported from Cobourg, Ontario@RogersHelps I'm always reaching out! And Rogers is not doing anything to fix the problem. @RogersHelps keep sending me around and around like am a fool! I'm tired of this now. Please remove the $549 off my account because I sent back your smart home Monitor already!

smccaughey (@smccaughey) reported from Cobourg, Ontario@AboutRogers @Rogers Use of the term "intermittent" is not a good description of the service I had today. I had NO service ALL DAY.
-
smccaughey (@smccaughey) reported from Cobourg, Ontario@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

Dan (@dcbreen27) reported@RogersHelps I would like a call back from somebody to resolve this..I’m not going to use an app..if Rogers can’t take the time to call me then I will cancel ALL my services and go with a provider who actually cares about customer service.
-
LastRealOneLeft (@Rivirunthecity) reported@Rogers I just want to buy internet, you just want me to have to contact support then they just try to force me to a sales team when i ask to just put my order in they cancel the chat.... holy **** im so done

-
Andrew d. (@Werdnah) reported@Rogers I’m subscribed to Sportsnet through my Cable TV package. It doesn’t matter though. Rogers routinely doesn’t get it right. I’m ALWAYS getting pushback (instead of assistance) from Sportsnet+ support when your service constantly errs & I report it.
-
Andy Potter (@aap53) reported@RogersHelps Yes, I thought it was weird. I have rebooted a number of times with no real effect. I see that the service disruption notice is still up.
-
Margaret Renshaw (@jerryLfrazier) reported@peggyfulcherxx @Rogers @Ik3w3bbtron did help me
-
Marni Miller 🇨🇦 (@miller5252) reported@RogersHelps going on close to 48 hours of no service with zero accountability and no expected resolution time. Area of outage is Yonge and York Mills. Two days of being unable to work because of zero internet.
-
The Handlebar Gamer (@RSDCDN) reported@Garnet_2203 @Rogers It’s too slow. Both are ****. This sucks.
-
Hollie Pollard (@hollie__pollard) reportedI worked for @Rogers for 3 years. In 3 years I got one 10 cent raise. My starting salary minimum wage. All it call centers start at minimum wage. Now they are choosing buyouts to save more money. I have watched their hiring and firing policies for a decade and have come to the conculsion that Rogers is one of the worst employers in Canada.

Vernon RJ Schmid🇨🇦 (@Vernon_ESQ) reportedUmmm… @Rogers and @RogersHelps: If customer is on hold for more than TWO HOURS and THEN your system says "Too many on hold…" and ends call, the least you could do is set up a call-back service. [Expletive deleted.]!!!😡 #CustomerServiceIdiocy #RogersHangUps #RogersHangsUp
