@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@ConsumerSOS @RogersHelps What if your car breaks down in the middle of nowhere? This is just one of many examples of how this is a serious issue and not just ppl whining about not being able to use cell phones. And no one will tell us what's really going on or when we'll get service back. It's scary!
