@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@RogersHelps I'm always reaching out! And Rogers is not doing anything to fix the problem. @RogersHelps keep sending me around and around like am a fool! I'm tired of this now. Please remove the $549 off my account because I sent back your smart home Monitor already!

@pearlsonally @Rogers @RogersHelps U won’t get any iPhones for free lmao don’t get ur hopes up on that one. Rogers never once called me to lower anything, I’m not having an issues with bell as I stated and they are still calling me to lower my bill and give me promos. Telus and bell share the same LTE network.

@pearlsonally @Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers is ****, I was with them for years and they extremely ****** me over. Bell has been nothing but good to me since I moved from Rogers to Bell, I have an amazing plan, amazing phone and I’m not paying out of my *** for it, they even call me to lower my $$. Fido is Rogers.

I’ve moved to @Fidomobile from @Rogers (because we added a phone line and it saved a few $$$) but my spam calls and texts have gone up 5x. @Fidomobile can you help or I’m moving back ASAP

Spoke to three tech support workers and no resolution. Was hung up on twice. One support worker's baby was crying the whole time. Really rough experience. @Bell_Support time to consider @Rogers
