@Hollywouda1 @GeesPhilly @RogersHelps I cannot believe that there is an expectation of perfection. They are a telecommunications company who rely on technology. It's not perfect. Never has & never will & there can't be an expectation of perfection. If it was wilful that's a different story but it wasn't. **** happens

@HeatherMoAndCo @Rogers The last outage because of the software update on their cellular service was one day credit off of each affected service. It was proportional to your monthly payment divided by the number of days in the month. In my case I had 6 lines and it worked out to nearly 10$.

@RogersHelps It’s a disgrace to take so long to fix it. Rogers, did you ever see any other decent country in the world to have half of their people unable to access 911 for a day?

@cibc please refund our interac transfer cancelation fee, we are customers and we don't control @INTERAC network through @RogersHelps. Why charging us fee for canceling hanging transfers sent more than 24hrs ago? Refund the $3, we will use it to buy milk.

@RogersHelps @shanstu It's not the internet - I'm currently accessing on Starlink internet, and I have the same issue - the links go nowhere, so no information about outages in my area. What terrible service.

@JamieON94964661 @RogersHelps I’m so sorry Jamie, that’s horrible. I’ve got parents the same age that live 5 hours away, so I understand the worry. If your dad is in London, ON, I’d be happy to go check in on him for you. I’ve got cell service at least.

@Rogers I'm not a customer, yet your outage disrupted my day. What is the plan to compensate the rest of us? #ClassAction #BreakTheOligopoly
