@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@oxtexnet Hey @Rogers having access to only half the internet does not count as full restoration of services #stoplying not only that I keep having to use my data still because the network drops put randomly, on top of all that, I can't even access discord on my phone unless on data
