    @TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

    @Rogers 8pm on a Friday and you “reward” me as a customer to have a “partner” calling on “your behalf” to sell me something??? Seriously?? Caller ID even lists them as Rogers...

    @RogersHelps multiple channels have been off the air all day - 521, 55, 282 and others. I’ve rebooted many times, didn’t work. Is there a problem at your end. Location is in Mississauga.

    @Bell please please bring fibre to the home to my neighbourhood ASAP. @Rogers is terrible. Last week - no mobile service. Today - internet dropping all day long. @Rogers online chat bit tells me there are no outages yet my neighbour and I both offline all day.

    @Rogers @dsbp_ My service is down too. Both wireless and wifi. Been down for the last 25 mins in central Toronto location.

    7 days have passed - still the same problems. During teaching yesterday complete network failure - had to reboot. Critical - no ranging response - T3 time out. ROD not working - please @Rogers, do something!

    @Rogers @RogersHelps it appears your virtual agent only deals with cell phone issue and not internet. Why is the virtual agent promoted as a customer support. Communication skills need to be clear and precise. Work on it Rogers!

    @RogersHelps Thank you! It looks like it's different numbers each time. I used to block them but it doesn't help. I also called one back just to see and it looks like they've got a hold of numbers that aren't even assigned to an account.

    @Rogers I've been trying to sign up for service since 4/20, credit check done.. and no one calls back. Ever. I have to continually call to try to get service and go through the whole process again and again.
