    @TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

    @RogersHelps #UFC329 Stream on the Xfinity sportsnet ppv is of such poor quality. Internet speeds are more than ideal. This is absolute garbage. Please fix it

    @RogersHelps On hold now 1:40 minutes that is one hour and a half much more than proper customer service. 2 weeks! I got cut off twice yesterday.

    @RogersHelps I don’t mean to be rude but you are asking many questions for what? If you read my posts I did not get any resolution and clearly no one is sending a modem given three transfers and not one of the staff knows who handles it. Tech put me to Customer Care they put me to legacy

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps it took over 6 hours but I finally got someone to help, meiji, a rogers specialist figured it out for me. Bills paid in full. F you for making it so difficult to accomplish (satirically, I don't really mean f you) I hope I never have to go through this again.

    @RogersHelps @xxxDADDYCOOLxxx Oh please. I've spent over 8 hrs on hold in the last 3 days only to be disconnected BY YOU each time. Now I have to take more time to go to an actual Rogers physical store to cancel my account. Canada's tech oligarchy sucks.
