@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

@RogersHelps The scams are starting. You might want to put out a public service notice that you are not sending out text messages requesting people to follow the link for a credit back due to the outage. Please before people start falling for it and lose more $$$$.

@lloydrang @RogersHelps @RogersStill no internet service, they kept telling is restored but is a lie. Just to try to keep their image. But no updates since yesterday. I think is fair they provide an outage map, so many of us can arrange for Monday for home office,really irresponsable Rogers

@iPhoneinCanada Once upon a time, I switched away from @Rogers to @startca because of the cost. Had a small few issues in the beginning and once I was without TV and Internet because they needed a Rogers technician to come to my place.
