@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

@FidoSolutions @Rogers In order to get to that message from @FidoSolutions' phone tree I had to try THREE TIMES to type in my account number because I wasn't doing it fast enough and it kept cutting me off at the third digit! This is an accessibility issue and you need to fix it.
