@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

@Rogers your igniteTV feed during live events is freakin horrible. The constant pausing & momentary blank screens during multiple live events is absolutely horrific. Networks buffered less 30 years ago than the crap we're being forced to put up with today. Fix it - please.

Dear @RogersHelps, does @EdwardSRogers care that his dad’s company is being driven into ground by shoddy customer service? You guys use bait & switch tactics & then make me wait 2+ hours on phone for live agent. Totally unacceptable way to treat 20-yr customer. Cc @MarthaLRogers
