@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

@DylanMcD8 hey that’s nothing, our proud @Rogers internet went down for 22 hours last Friday. At least 911 isn’t down!

  • pond7 Brad Pond (@pond7) reported

@Kilani_Family @RogersHelps They’ve already avoided lawsuits by writing their terms of service that everyone agrees to when purchasing their services

  • KLRobbins01 Kelly (@KLRobbins01) reported

@RogersHelps When will it be fixed? You want to earn the trust of Canadian's, then fix the issue. Forget the credit - we want service that is uninterrupted. I have ignite TV and the cable freezes up, goes silent and jumps STILL - 5 days in.

  • Elonsavedus1 Elonsavedus (@Elonsavedus1) reported

@RogersHelps 5 days of service ? Majority loss a whole day pay, and other business sales, & you want to give 5 days of credit. You are a joke, I will be looking elsewhere when the time comes to renew. Thanks , no thanks. Nice knowing you for taking $150 a month from me @Rogers

  • RobynLianeE Robyn (@RobynLianeE) reported

@Rogers and @RogersHelps - continued interruptions, spotty Wi-Fi, dropped calls and ignite TV which keeps freezing. It has been 116 hrs since the rogers outage, and you think 5 days “credit” is enough? When will full coverage resume? #rogersoutage #Rogers

  • KeystonePRIME B. Dean Berry - The Keystone PRIME (@KeystonePRIME) reported

@RogersHelps That type of bone up should be a month comped, in the clear, including a month of any device fee. Prorating is for Bean counters, not client service retention.

  • MaryAnnMcKenzie Mary Ann McKenzie (@MaryAnnMcKenzie) reported

@RogersHelps ALL Canadians were impacted by your outage, not just your customers. It harmed everyone who couldn’t pay for groceries using debit, who couldn’t send or receive money via e-transfer, etc. Listen to us as well.

  • Scase_15 Scase (@Scase_15) reported

@RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 Your **** service cost my wife and I over 600$ in lost wages. How in the hell do you think 2 days credit will mean jack ****.

  • kellywestrmt Kelly West (@kellywestrmt) reported

@CP24 Yeah I’ve still had issues today, so no that’s not ok @Rogers

  • LaurieLeavens Laurie L (@LaurieLeavens) reported

@RogersHelps FYI- My Ignite TV is still spotty after the mass outage. The picture often pauses or the sound goes out. I’ve restarted my Ignite box, but it doesn’t help. I’m a customer in Hamilton, ON.
