@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

@RogersHelps This is a very long outage, can you please communicate to your customers what to expect? The whole work day went by without being able to phone anyone. This is very stressful during stay at home orders.

@Rogers help! i am unable to take or make any calls... effecting work and sense of security. I am also unable to get insurance and a car transferred over because @icbc is also effected by this outage. What’s going on???
