@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

@RogersHelps Listen to this. I’m leaving for Bell. The level of incompetence is bewildering. I thought once was bad. But this one showed that you didn’t learn anything from the first outage.

@RogersHelps what is weird for me is i can call a rogers phone and its fine, when i call a bell home phone or cell phone, the call is dropped, for me the problem is between the rogers and bell phone networks.
