    @TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

    So my @Rogers Ignite is down. Used my @Bell service to contact you. Got a COVID questionnaire even though your tech people won’t come inside anyway. Internet is essential in these times. I work from home and have to pay double as neither is reliable.

    @RogersHelps new modem arrived today after some hiccups. Can’t get the 5G wifi working properly. Can only connect on 2.4. Just got kicked off a zoom meeting twice. Very unstable Internet. Help! Please! I’ve missed an entire day of work trying to get this sorted out

    @RogersBiz please fix your landlines. Dialing local or long distance numbers should be the same! No more of this dialing 1 sometimes; my cell phone has no issue confirming this is technically possible!
