@RogersHelps going on 24 hours now with no Rogers/Shaw internet service and ZERO updates from your side as to when service might be restored. Second time in less than a month - this is not customer service 😠 Looking for other carrier options!

I was on phone yesterday for good 4hrs trying to get the @Rogers customer care team guys for my home internet issue, no one picked. Went to live chat, the fellow said they can only help through the care team department. That’s after being no 190 on queue @RogersHelps.

@RogersHelps I don’t know. I saw there were service interruptions in my area yesterday. How do I get compensation for lost services when I needed it the most?
