  @TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

  Switching to @rogers a few weeks back may have been a mistake... This ongoing outage is unacceptable and the lack of communication about the problem is pretty shameful. Customers are owed an explanation and credit back

  @RogersHelps Absolutely ridiculous. 'Interruptions', suggest a short period of time to deal with. This is an OUTAGE. ALL DAY OUTAGE. For such a large corporation, this 'Interruption' shouldn't have gone this long.

  @RogersHelps @Rogers Highest fee in the world, and poorest service in the universe. I am going to change to bell, same fee, but much better and stable service.

  @0hSheanBreeze @ChuttonTwitch @RogersHelps I knew it. Their whole system has been compromised. Of course Rogers won’t admit this but oooooh boy are we ever happy paying world’s highest phone rates. Good security and money well spent. Open up the US phone competition Rogers you are down and done son!

  @RogersHelps More than 8 hours hard down, nationwide outage, my phones aren’t able to register to Rogers network. @RogersHelps would you be able to communicate what is broken in your network. Registration/authentication ??

  @RogersHelps Wi-Fi calling is also NOT working. My family all had this feature setup before the outage.... unfortunately even when we are on Wi-Fi we cannot make a or receive any calls

  @RogersHelps I haven’t had service all day, I know I’m not paying 125 a month for the past few years for this.... I’m leaving Rogers ASAP
