Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

What the heck (@caykeordeath) reported@Rogers your customer service is painful. I have never spent less than an hour, which I am at right now, to get promised changes. It always ends with them saying they need their supervisors permission to do what they already agreed to do..just start with the supervisor.
