@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

@RogersHelps We have not had service since 11pm Friday! Its Sunday at 4 pm and nothing. I need my service to work and school. I dont have unlimited data for this. The interruption in service is costing me alot of money using the data I need that I dont have. How much longer can this take?!?!

@RogersHelps Hello I am a very frustrated customer! I spent two hours communicating with rogers between live chat and phone, where I was passed around from person to person. My service was interrupted from September 9th to September 11th. A very frustrated customer!

Address this issue in a timely matter because it's an "IT" issue, does all of our money not pay for enough IT people? This is completely unacceptable service and you will never be getting my service again once I am able to switch to another company. @Rogers your a laughing stock

@RogersHelps Channel 473 Lions vs Eagles my family was watching the game and with 5 minutes left, around 4pm, the "Thanks for ordering" banner came up and the game was gone!! This is not right, appreciate some help

@Priceman1975 @RogersHelps I think it's all the same....until Canada gets more competition we will have to deal with the monopoly of Rogers, bell etc. I welcome U.S. competition. We pay so much for subpar service here compared to other countries. Doesn't seem right
