@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

@Rogers The issue persists. I've had your tec's in my house. Tec's who don't read notes about coming to my house. Who goto the wrong door. They've checked every inch of the equipment in the house. One tec could NOT get the tv working. I fixed it 3 days later.

@RogersHelps Are you taking advantage of senior citizens?? My elderly relative called b/c internet box not working anymore. Your rep's response was to up-sell. When the up-sell was refused, your rep said to turn off the box for the night and try it in the morning?? Come on.

@RogersHelps My wife returned her cellular device to one of your physical locations. Her bill still shows $457 owing after 4 phone calls! Two months later! And after a representative confirmed Rogers received the phone! Terrible customer service. Please rectify.
