    @TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

    Canceled Rogers , returned all the equipment and got a bill for next month, called support and they said “just ignore it”, in 2021, you can’t toggle a switch to update my balance? If I make a payment it’s reflected in a day. What if I accidentally paid it? @RogersHelps @CRTCeng

    In the 3 years of living at my current apartment, my internet has been exactly the same but the price has gone up over 75%. Absolute robbery @Rogers. Appreciate the service.

    @RogersHelps I have no internet in Mississauga. Amber light on modem showing that its an issue on rogers side. Please fix asap. Many people like me work from home. This is highly crucial
