    @TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

    @RogersHelps 30 mins on hold to speak to a manager about why my bill was so high and can’t be back dated as well as other issues. 3rd call trying to get bill where it was promised to be and keep finding out I’m being billed for equipment that was supposed to be free. Can you help

    @RogersHelps it's back, except they reverted stingray music back to 3rd party app which sucks. after a bunch of complaints they put it to the regular way but this morning it is back to 3rd party app. If I wanted to listen to it on cellphone that would be fine, I don't want it on my tv

    the @Rogers at 764 Younge st in TO made an older gentlemen who clearly had some mobility issues and a hearing aid, wait outside in misting rain and 8 degrees, for 10 mins till they let him in the store. Claimed they were @ capacity, store had less than 10 ppl, terrible behaviour

    @RogersHelps one of our neighbors in Pickering said Rogers will have a planned maintenance outage in our area but he he didn’t know when. Is there a way to find out?

    @RogersHelps the wifi has been down all day in south Barrie we’ve been told that the issue is resolved but it isn’t we haven’t had connection all day

    The irony is the @Bell has the worst long distance plan of any Canadian carrier. "Long distance? Who still does that?" I hear you say. @Rogers offers 1000 minutes to the U.S. for $5/mo. @Bell starts at $30/mo for the bare minimum
