While most of our work is in network related threats, a reminder.. phone scams keep rising.. and unfortunately, lots of them are south asian based.. if you get a call from say @rogers or @Fidomobile with a heavy accent.. it's now probably a scam. Call them out.. 'Oh, hey a call from one of those India based scam outfits..' then hang up, and block the number.. (They like swearing)

It should be illegal for @Rogers to dodge customer service complaints as it does.

@GunGnome @resolutepest @Rogers Same with Bell in Ontario. Garbage reception, internet won't work but 5 cars of LTE or 5G

@RogersHelps @sabumnim263328 And wait for two hours? Your customer service is deplorable

@Battleship63 @Rogers Starlink would be better, yeah. As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.

jfc, Trying to use KooDoo, which wasn't bad before I went over to @rogers. KooDoo just tried to use my date of birth. I never gave them that. Without my consent, they just plucked it off my Driver's Licence. Look like I'm going to be without a phone. Canada!

    Harold and Jean (@HAC_N800) reported

@RogersHelps At least an IVR message with perhaps a repair eta would at least let callers know that an issue is known, and being worked on..Shaw used to have that…
