@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

@RogersHelps my wifi has just cut out for the 11th time today, it usually happens like 1-2 times a day but this is ridiculous it shouldn’t even happening at all

@RogersHelps I'm getting incredibly frustrated. I've been a customer on the service since 2014, and this has never been a problem before. I pay a lot for the service and really shouldn't have to beg every game for the blackout policy to be applied correctly.

Rogers ignite is the biggest fraud internet ever , I signed up for 1gbps connection , all I get is 300 mbps connection , when you call them they don't help they says 1gbos is only wired ,don't go for Rogers connection avoid them #rogersfraud @Rogers

@RogersHelps Hi, Rogers, me again. I'm not sure what self-loathing tendency is making me want to watch my team lose again, but once again, for the 3rd time in 4 games, I'm getting blackout alerts in the Senators game on NHL Live. I live in Toronto; these games should not be blacked out.
