    @TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

    @Rogers Your TV dev is incredibly bad - missing episodes, poor catalog structure and now a new "feature" - it resets a program once a certain ad is shown and once it is, there's no fast forward, so people have to find ways to skip 30-40 min of the show, as it plays, to continue.

    @RogersHelps Longterm issue with a lot of excuses ... only solution that has been offered by @RogersHelps is to turn to HSPA only. $300/mo for what are essentially 4 wi-fi only devices when used in my area. Basesd on my travels, the whole HWY15 corridor seems to be impacted.
