Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

Could be worth staying with Rogers if they offer a good retention deal though. Telus offered me a $65 15GB plan with a $10/mo reoccurring credit, so $55/mo. If Rogers made a similar offer, could be worth staying.

Being told the wait time is 45 mins. Any chance Rogers could invest a service that allows customers to get a call back, as opposed to wait on hold?!
