@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

@m1k__3 @Rogers @INTERAC absolutely this was more than one mistake at the same time that made a perfect storm. Even once up, Phones first (network internal) and still really intermittent, then Internet later. But either way. Interac are the real fools IMO

@lisaverdon @RogersHelps If your stupid enough to be on a contract with them with a ****** iphone they own, your hooped. You need to be smart and have a device you paid for and be on month to month, where you can leave whenever you please. Then they do anything to keep you. Be independent of the contract

@_danielnieto @ruffoloj @Rogers Of course you do. It's more decision-making from failing companies that are ONLY propped up by regulatory capture. It's a reliance on bad policy as a business model.

@ont_rose @lakituthecloud @RogersHelps It's of the "high speed" data. Depending on your plan, after like 10gb or 20gb, the speed slows down.
