    @TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

    @howllr @Rogers I feel your pain. Businesses that were already understaffed are much worse now. They blame the pandemic even though they've had months to increase staffing. I spent over 3 hrs on hold for BMO earlier this week. Dreadful customer service.

    @howllr @Rogers I was going to invest some money but now I'm moving my RRSP from them. It was bad before the pandemic but has gone from bad to a nightmare. They're taking advantage of the pandemic to make shitloads of extra money.

    @RogersHelps This is a front. Your job is to literally save face on the internet. Rogers needs to step up and take initiative to retain decade long customers rather then forcing them to cancel then pretend they care on the internet.

    Just a reminder that @Bell is a scumsucking piece of **** company that has abuse allegations coming out from former staff, leveraged covid benefits to pay staff just to layoff staff and have a anti competitive conduct complaint filed against them and @Rogers by @TekSavvyBuzz
