ICE CANADA (@BenDaws22753025) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Kicked Telus to the curb last week, they asked why, I told them their installers who were contracted for 2.5 hrs came and did half *** job in 30 minutes while speaking Punjabi in my house. Then upon reaching out to customer service, more foreigners. No Telus No Timmies No Thanks.
-
Geoffrey Trueman Falk (@geoffreyfalk) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers CRTC is a total "Old Boys' Club," controlled by ex-telecom industry executives. They are there to help their buddies and their stock portfolios, not consumers. That is why Canadians pay 3-4x more for cell phone and Internet service than consumers in the US.

CRM🇨🇦 (@CRMxox) reportedRogers is a complete joke. Phone calls and chats being automatically disconnected without offering any assistance because you are too busy to help me. Absolute gong show. HIRE MORE STAFF. @RogersHelps
-
🍏🇮🇱🇨🇦 Georganne Was Right 🇺🇸🇮🇱🍎 (@georganneb) reportedMake that 55 minutes now. Watch here for an update on @Rogers @RogersHelps "customer service".
-
GetYourBigIdeaFunded (@FundYourBigIdea) reported@NubiaAndYou @Rogers @Rogers used to have the best customer service. Now, all they do is hang up.
-
pXnEmerica (@pXnEmerica) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They used to, many companies used to. The standard for those centers was call time. So everyone basically had a manager behind them bickering at them to get the call time down. It becomes competition between teams who can get the call time down. The service standard dropped to nothing, people accepted it or in our case, have no reasonable alternatives due to the regulation of media and infrastructure in the country. Once people accepted it it was cheaper to outsource and automate.

Clayton Yates (@ClaytonYates17) reported@h_n_z @BenLypka @Rogers When Rogers shut down the radio stations in Vancouver and Calgary, it meant a large number of people lost their jobs. If podcasts are the way going forward, then why didn’t they just start a bunch of podcasts instead and employ those people that they left unemployed?
-
Lone Wolf (@bigones007) reported@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @BlueJays Terrible contract
-
Terry McConnell (@TerryMac2) reported1 of 2: Could not be more frustrated with @Rogers. With cable, satellite and 2 phones, we spend a lot of money with them. Yet after my wife spent more than half an hour on phone to talk about consolidating our accounts, they said they couldn't help her.
