Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@RogersHelps gotta love rogers rep telling me that Apple Watch can be added to my plan for free then go buy one and proceed too add it and get told no $10/month and $50 activation fee. Client retention don’t care to try to help. Maybe the reps need to be told to give right info

@peternowak @Rogers @Bell Set her up with Ooma. VOIP, about $5/month, $10 for the premium service. She keeps her #, and uses her phone exactly the same as she does now.

Ordered a phone from @RogersHelps on Sept 17. On my third attempt at an update, they tell me it was delivered. They finally provide the tracking # - someone picked it up at @PurolatorHelp. Purolator says it’s gone and to file police report. @SPVM online reports not working. 👍🏼👍🏼

@RogersBiz rogers down...again??? I tried chat from mobile and it keeps cutting off. You just cost me 21$ of an online interaction that I expect to be reimvirsed for. Time to switch to #bell?
