Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@RogersHelps @Rogers emailed us stating that our AnyplaceTV service (part of our cable package) was being discontinued and to contact them for more info. The "more info" is a craven cash grab to have us subscribe for Ignite TV which requires Rogers internet!

Going to have to spend some time sussing out our options for TV service elsewhere but believe me the day we pay our last @rogers @rogershelps bill will be a celebration day in this house. Simply put they are a terrible company - acting like a monopoly of old

Thanks, @Rogers for discontinuing yet another service, with killing off Anyplace TV. I'm sure I'll be seeing a decrease in my next bill for this loss? Hmm, I'm guessing not. You're making it easier & easier to get rid of cable.

.@RogersBiz Your Customer service is absolutely disgusting. After being transferred and waiting on the Phone for 20+ minutes , someone answered speaking a foreign language and hang up. I’m sick and tired of the bad service. Its annoying trying to get hold of tech support

@datachick @Rogers Self serve is king. But they have patch work of provisioning systems, not integrated well with customer front ends.

@Rogers service from Rogers continues to get worse, what is replacing the Rogers anyplace tv app? I just got an email that it’s going away on October 10. This app helped me when I wasn’t home. The CRTC excuse is BS. If you cared about what the CRTC wanted, rates would be lower,

@RogersHelps So what's the deal with not showing 'Memory Box' on @MSNBC? And if you're going to cut it because of a 'rights' issue then at least have the common courtesy to put up a disclaimer.

@RogersHelps Thanks. What about third party subscription services that require me to also login to my Rogers account, like the @WWE network?
