Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@RogersHelps Why do you keep telling people majority of service are up when they're clearly not in most major metropolitan areas and especially when you can't access most websites reliably? You can't say services are restored when your download ping times are 500+ms, its unusable

@RogersHelps my ignite is on again, but there still seems to be major issues with the cable. Lag in audio and video. Have restarted and reset the hub multiple times. Any suggestions for improving cable or are you still working on that? Thanks!

So @Rogers's big #nointernet day yesterday was due to a 'routine update'. The one last year, before I became a reluctant customer, was a 'software update'. Do they not know how to update their systems without causing national chaos by now? WTF, Rogers?

So... I get that **** happens, but I rely on Wifi-Calling while out of Canada, and the @Rogers outage killed it and it won't let me turn it back on without going off airplane mode and having a mobile data signal, but if I turn it on they charge me $12 for a day of roaming...
