Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@RogersHelps just letting you know. You’re still having issues. Picture and sound keep cutting out. It’s really annoying and yes before you ask, I have reset the box and switch power off for 10secs and then on again.

  • Kosmenko Greg Kosmenko (@Kosmenko) reported

@RogersHelps Why do you keep telling people majority of service are up when they're clearly not in most major metropolitan areas and especially when you can't access most websites reliably? You can't say services are restored when your download ping times are 500+ms, its unusable

  • Debba1c Deborah (@Debba1c) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers I still have no internet. Fix. It. Now

  • jenminicooper Jen (@jenminicooper) reported

@irishriley30 @RogersHelps My cell phone is with Bell, thank goodness. But home internet, etc. are all on the Rogers network.

  • Dhiebert3 Dhiebert (@Dhiebert3) reported

@birgitomo @Rogers How hard would it be for them to find a land line this is a poor excuse

  • kfirkiki kfir ohayon (@kfirkiki) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Kitchener still has zero service. @Rogers why y’all keep lying to everyone.

  • ttv_Cherry Cherry 🍒 (@ttv_Cherry) reported

So... I get that **** happens, but I rely on Wifi-Calling while out of Canada, and the @Rogers outage killed it and it won't let me turn it back on without going off airplane mode and having a mobile data signal, but if I turn it on they charge me $12 for a day of roaming...

  • mng_io mn (@mng_io) reported

@RogersHelps Took 24 hours to figure out an upgrade caused a nationwide outage and then unplug the affected switch/router? Wow your engineers are super smart. Glad your company makes so much money.

  • LloydCluett Lloyd Cluett (@LloydCluett) reported

@RogersHelps before Rogers start to talk about credits maybe you should wait until your service is completely restored. My cell phone service came back about noon. Now I am experiencing a situation whereby some outgoing calls are being dropped after 1 or two rings.

  • nchardenet Nicole Chardenet (@nchardenet) reported

So @Rogers's big #nointernet day yesterday was due to a 'routine update'. The one last year, before I became a reluctant customer, was a 'software update'. Do they not know how to update their systems without causing national chaos by now? WTF, Rogers?
