Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

Broke down and ordered @rogers internet so the son could have a hardwired line for gaming. Got Ignite TV for me after 12 years w no cablePaid to have a technician come to install. He walks in and swaps the modem with no install for Max. Chat, calls and no resolution. #shocker

The problem with ordering services through companies like @RogersHelps is that when you want to cancel the services they make it very difficult to do. Have spent over an hour today trying to cancel services. I won’t give up though they clearly want me to.
