Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@Rogers @RogersHelps So now that the service has been caught and I have paid, I think you should be punished and there should be some kind of form of recourse againt you criminals. If I dont pay you send it to collectors, when you cant provide service, the what?

Reason 42 why two-factor authentication via text message sucks: When the @Rogers cell network goes down for hours, good luck getting into anything that requires a texted verification code.

@RogersHelps The Rogers Web site is less than helpful on showing where outages are, and for providing an ETA on service restoration. I've been a long-time Rogers customer, and as other have mentioned, with the money we pay each month am also seriously wondering if it's time for a change.
