Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@RogersHelps when one of your Customer Service Reps calls & asks if it is a good time to talk & you explain your father just died so NO it is not a good time... Train them not to say oops, laugh & offer an apology/condolence only after I said they were rude #insensitve #mean
