  Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

  @RogersHelps Only trying to cancel as person who set me up on new plan made it a new account number and didnt cancel my old plan, I would really like someone to contact me to fix this issue

  @Rogers if you only knew how incredibly vile some of your telemarketers are over the phone... You can't possibly think these call centres work, do you? It's the worst branding you could possibly put into the marketplace, honestly.

  @SturdyHugh @RogersHelps Spot on Hugh A communications company that makes it so frustrating to actually communicate with them. Frustrate the customer so much they just give up trying.

  @RogersHelps Being able to access support when I need it is important. Long wait times happen but being hung up on is inexcusable. This is something worth switching carriers over.

  @RogersHelps This is ridiculous. I just got through to a chat specialist, and they ended the chat immediately when I tried to report the fraud. It was 2.5 hours just to contact them and they immediately ended the chat. Absolutely rude.

  @kristineortisi @Rogers There is a hack… choose the French option. That they answer right away. If you speak French great; if not, they will transfer you to an English speaking customer service rep…

  @MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps I'm not going to file complaint for my personal time damage but will report their fraudulent behavior towards customers. There might 1000 of victims like me. Luckily I noticed and have time to wait almost 3 hours but think of those who doesn't. You promise and don't fulfill?
