@RogersHelps my 4k Sportsnet channel is skipping every few seconds. A reboot of the STB did not help. My box is hard wired via ethernet cable.

@RogersHelps That's not what your customer service instructed. They were quite clear, I will no longer be allowed to stream my cable service online, unless I abandoned my current tv package and changed to ignite, an annually negotiated package. That's not fair

The Canadian TV/Internet/Phone market never ceases to shock and disappoint. My @RogersHelps bill jumps up $100 dollars without any warning and the “best they can do” is tack on an extra $30 to what I already overpay for.
