Hey @RogersHelps my internet is down again. I tried calling technical support and the response I got was they can’t look at my account at the moment due to maintenance and I should call back in about 4 hours. Your reliability and customer service has done nothing but go downhill.

@Rogers I have been on a call for over two hours because your departments are so silo'd that no one could help and kept moving me on. We wanted to keep at least one of your services, but it looks like that won't happen now.

@RogersHelps - just when I thought Rogers couldn’t get worse, I’ve spent 7 hours on hold and a useless trip to a store and nobody can help me move or cancel my home monitoring. What an awful experience. Current wait time another 1 hour.

@RogersHelps Yeah for a 1.5 Gb service these speeds are terrible. A tech was sent out yesterday he said he did everything he could & referee the issue to maintenance. Now they are saying the speeds are fine

@RogersHelps Thank you. Re link & portal this is a sign-in & authorizing an app. REALLY BAD. Last thing anyone needs is another app: -that doesn't work unless it is give full control & permissions into your system; & -this 'smells' you are hiding. What's your the cut of personal data sale?
