    @KimmyG6 @RogersHelps Worked there from 2007 to 2014. So glad I don't work there now. This company is so awful. Use CCTS it forces rogers to act and it lodges an official complaint against them too.

    @RogersHelps Being able to access support when I need it is important. Long wait times happen but being hung up on is inexcusable. This is something worth switching carriers over.

    @RogersHelps Over an hour late for a technician and when I call Iā€™m on hold & forced to listen to the torture of bad music-that sounds like you recorded it on to tape from a bad AM station and you wonder why customers are upset when the agent comes on line!!
