    @JayGenXer @Rogers That sucks!! In spite of the wait, it was definitely worth my time…and my rate is not cheap!! So Rogers was able to retain this customer.

    @JayGenXer @Rogers After Rogers Home phone got bought out and gutted by Primus I left them. The writing was on the wall as they couldn't compete on coverage with Telus in BC and their prices kept increasing for mediocre service.

    @JayGenXer @Rogers I’ve been trying to call, but the AI just keeps telling me to try again later. Now I have to go to a physical store just to remove one of the add-ons. @Rogers sucks.

    How can a customer be on waiting line for 3 hours waiting for customer service to pick a call?? The so called biggest brand?? This has been going on for too long. @Rogers God will put you through what you are putting me through!!! Very useless service provider
