    @RogersHelps I spent 2.5 hours on hold with your Accounts Payable team, only for someone to finally answer and tell me the department was closed. I’ve been trying multiple ways to resolve an issue with my account and haven’t been able to get anywhere. Can someone please help me?

    @Rogers extremely poor service. Internet down at 16 Cindy Ave Cambridge N3C3J2. Customer care is extremely unhelpful.

    @RogersHelps May I communicate with one of your agents via DM to ask whether there is an Internet outage in my neighbourhood? Rogers [1 (888) 764-3771] is experiencing a high number of phone calls — I wasn’t even permitted to hold. TIA.

    @RhonaRaskin @RogersHelps @Shawhelp I feel your pain. I’ve had cell issues for some time. It’s not my phone but Roger’s. Text messages are delayed and/or I don’t receive them. And my phone defaults to Edmonton time? When I dealt with Shaw previously issues were better resolved and promptly.

    @RogersHelps On chat, yes, not on the phone. Stubborn not to declare an outage, but we got a tech call for Thursday afternoon, and the 2nd chat agent diagnosed a lack of speed to the modem. This should be a must-do for TODAY, not Saturday.

    @RodgmanPsych @Rogers They can remove schneider too who consistantly is making bad decisions. I do feel bad for seabold. He was put in a twrrible spot. Varland should have pitched both innings.
