@LeafsandJays97 @MapleLeafs @Rogers Share price is down 20% over the past 5 years. Shareholders gotta be angrier than Leafs fans. What a ******* horrible company in addition to horrible NHL owners.

@RogersHelps Roger's needs to do better. Internet stopped working so I called and wait was too long but automated message said use AI Anna. I tried but didn't get anywhere, she is useless. Finally connected to chat support but was disconnected immediately due to high volumes.

@RogersHelps It was tied to canceling internet and TV services. Charging $745.80 after 20+ years as a customer feels excessive, especially when competitors cap these fees far lower. I’m asking Rogers to review this situation and provide a fair resolution for a long-time customer.

@RogersHelps It won't fix on app

@RogersHelps Yeah our house isn’t getting signal. The phone modem is down too.

@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for 20+ years and just got charged $745.80 to cancel. That’s far above industry norms. Looking for a fair resolution here—can someone from your team reach out?

@RogersHelps you are cutting costs. How about clients leaving for poor service and going to bell because of your cutbacks. Losing more money for your poor service
