Sandy 'Captain Typo' Stuckless (@SandyRStuckless) reported from Orangeville, OntarioSorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

Kriztoper 🏳️🌈 (@kriztoper1978) reported from Orangeville, OntarioOn the phone for an hour with @RogersHelps just to be told to go to the store. Guy at the store looked pissed off to have to open the door for me (locked for security reasons) then was so rude I ended up walking out. It shouldn’t be this hard to try and purchase an Apple Watch!
-
Kriztoper 🇨🇦 (@kriztoper1978) reported from Orangeville, Ontario@RogersHelps @rogers sending slimy, rude, & aggressive sales people to my home is a shit way to keep costumers. Can’t wait until my cell phone contract is up.
-
Chris Goulard (@gadgetwizguy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario@startca when I call because the neighbourhood Internet keeps going up and down all afternoon, so a @Rogers issue AGAIN, do NOT tell me to reset my modem just put the damn ticket in. Whole area keeps going down. Just DO IT!!!

Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported@RogersHelps 28 hours of no service, and only now has it just come back. How can I get a service credit from @Rogers for the down time?
-
BeyondOldfashioned (@Karen22912) reportedSooooo….. more on this, the info that I could find indicates a @Rogers tech support worker in Morocco earns $500-$700 U.S. per month, more if they have more specialized skills- Does Rogers have difficulty finding Canadians to do this work?
-
Dan (@dcbreen27) reported@Rogers why do you keep phoning me twice a week trying to sell me a cellphone plan that I do not want…it’s funny that I have been trying to inquire about you overcharging me on my cable and internet bill for 2 weeks but still cannot talk to a human being? Worst customer service!
-
Duchess of Pleasant Piazza (@Naliabytes) reported@cshanny56 SN sucks but ESPN sucks more. US surpassed CA in hockey coverage b/c @Sportsnet @Rogers too stupid to air games in primetime on CBC. they are trying to kill hockey in Canada
-
tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported@RogersHelps Great! Will I get a human to address the $200 overcharge? Honestly the fact you have no human (though I assume TB are a human’s initials) to help customers is the fundamental message.
-
Bluefieldchecker (@Bluefieldcheck1) reported@RogersHelps @KjennerBrian Roger’s is down in Markham again
-
C Wagner (@colingwagner) reported@RogersHelps Why would I give Rogers another chance? You didn't have any interest when I was a customer so why would I even remotely entertain coming back to you now?
-
Gobi Anpalagan (@beem3er) reported@Rogers Then I’m told to call back in 2–3 hours—no option for a callback either. Paying premium prices, but this definitely isn’t premium service. @Bell be seeing a new customer in the near future
-
WeTheNorth (@deeprathi) reported@Rogers The problem is that your network is having enough speed to browse that portal 😡 and it’s not today. It’s ever green. I loggged a ticket a year or so ago and is still open but no one bothered to even close the ticket ; leave aside resolve
-
Paul Alberstat (@alberstat) reported@RogersHelps Thanks to a wonderful tech that we finally got through to fixed the problem quickly. The aggravation of spending hours on hold to talk to someone however really soured my experience. A simple set up shouldn’t have taken hours with added frustration.
