@RogersHelps @rogers sending slimy, rude, & aggressive sales people to my home is a shit way to keep costumers. Can’t wait until my cell phone contract is up.

  • PhotoMediaGuy Jason Miles (@PhotoMediaGuy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps The issue isn’t the internet at all. The cameras keep going offline.

  • NancyClaridge Nancy Claridge (@NancyClaridge) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

  • SandyRStuckless Sandy 'Captain Typo' Stuckless (@SandyRStuckless) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

  • PhotoMediaGuy 𝙹𝚊𝚜𝚘𝚗 𝙼𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚜 (@PhotoMediaGuy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps @Rogers @RogersHelps I’m still without service! This is the only phone I have and my only way to contact anyone, what if an emergency is happening, what am I to do?

  • supergrrrl supergrrrl’s soapbox (@supergrrrl) reported

@RogersHelps I missed my COVID vax appointment call thanks to your incompetence. How can it take you a FULL DAY to rectify this situation when we pay some of the highest fees for network access in the world?! Insanity.

  • kujili04 Chithra (@kujili04) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Still not working , calls not going through, I couldn’t access voicemail but data works fine now

  • RutvijGajjar Rutvij (@RutvijGajjar) reported

@RogersHelps What the hell is this? No network since monday morning. Failed to restore the service for last 8+ hours. Don't expect this from @Rogers. Disappointed!

  • yeghousecat HousecallsHousecats (@yeghousecat) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers YOU SUCK ... I guess I need to look at switching companies ... luckily I had a coworker with a Telus phone so I was able to work today ... UNACCEPTABLE it took so long to fix

  • ray__unruh Raynelle Unruh (@ray__unruh) reported

@Rogers this is pathetic! I’ve been without service for 12 hours now! I hope you aren’t expecting to charge my 3 cell phones I have with you for the inconvenience you’ve brought on today! I will be looking forward to the credit on my account!

  • TBAOsborne PuckingOpinionated (@TBAOsborne) reported

@CRTCeng I think @Rogers should either get sued or face some serious financial penalty for the outage. How many lives were at risk today? How many Canadians only have cell phones? If someone had a medical emergency today, they very well may have died not being able to call 911.

  • DonBisione Vadim M *️⃣ (@DonBisione) reported

Dear @RogersHelps, I was wondering if you would cover the $15 I spent on postal stamps today, to mail my printed out text messages. Sincerely your long time (@Fidomobile) customer.

  • KabirKalia2 K ² (@KabirKalia2) reported

@RogersBiz You’re wifi is absolutely garbage. Horrible. Garbage service and wifi.

  • Swisstar100 Swiss (@Swisstar100) reported

@heylolo @Rogers It's Rogers. You can give them $1 billion to provide reliable internet for just 1 person and they'd fail.
