@RogersHelps please give me a timeline for service restoration. Postal code N0B 1T0. I am assuming it will be up and running for the next Leafs game. That is Saturday BTW.

  • NancyClaridge Nancy Claridge (@NancyClaridge) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

  • kriztoper1978 Kriztoper 🇨🇦 (@kriztoper1978) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps @rogers sending slimy, rude, & aggressive sales people to my home is a shit way to keep costumers. Can’t wait until my cell phone contract is up.

  • PhotoMediaGuy 𝙹𝚊𝚜𝚘𝚗 𝙼𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚜 (@PhotoMediaGuy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

Hey @RogersHelps any idea why we are down again (almost daily occurrence) at Parkview and Lawrence in Orangeville? L9W4H7 Can we please stop these mid-day outages?

  • SandyRStuckless Sandy 'Captain Typo' Stuckless (@SandyRStuckless) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

  • PhotoMediaGuy 𝙹𝚊𝚜𝚘𝚗 𝙼𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚜 (@PhotoMediaGuy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps I have replied to your reply. I’m down again.

  • PhotoMediaGuy Jason Miles (@PhotoMediaGuy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps The issue isn’t the internet at all. The cameras keep going offline.

@RogersBiz **** this. Just lower my monthly bill

  • sanaabidi__ sana (@sanaabidi__) reported

@Rogers get your **** together. I’m tired of my wifi disconnecting during my lectures and every goddamn time they make us pay extra money to buy some dumb *** wifi extension and yet again the wifi still sucks ***

  • Bjohnsy15 THE Brandon Johnson (@Bjohnsy15) reported

@looch412 @RogersHelps Get your **** together rogers, this guy is tryin to be great

  • thecansicio CL Cansicio (@thecansicio) reported

@Rogers only has TTY for deaf communication, which is extremely outdated, and asks me to have someone else call for me. By the way, I was on a live chat asking for help about my account and device order that I made over a month ago that STILL have not yet shipped.

  • CuffeStuff Michael A Cuffe (@CuffeStuff) reported

I can’t get any work done @RogersHelps what the hell is wrong with your service man!

  • looch412 Looch412 (@looch412) reported

Beyond annoyed right now, all I want to do is stream and hang out with my friends but @RogersHelps isn't allowing me to do so with their poor service. I apologize for my attitude on stream today, I let my frustration get the best of me. Once its resolved, I'll be back online.

  • CuffeStuff Michael A Cuffe (@CuffeStuff) reported

Ok it’s been two months. I’m done with you guys (cancelling service tomorrow) @RogersHelps

  • KieranWood16 Kieran Wood (@KieranWood16) reported

@RogersHelps We have 7 family members all with max data plans and Ignite wifi. Why do we pay for “high speed, reliable internet” that has a 72 hour outage every month. 47 minutes on hold haven’t spoken to anyone. Absolute clown show Ted would be rattled

  • hky404 Harsh Kumar Yadav (@hky404) reported

@Emelyn75002912 @Rogers seriously, shame on you Rogers. I have received terrible customer service from Rogers in the recent past so i am not surprised. Outsourced customer service agents who don't know what they are doing for the most part and say things like "we can't do anything"

  • DemesaInc DEMESA Inc. (@DemesaInc) reported

.@RogersHelps I’ve been on hold for over 1 hour. I was supposed to get installation done today between 4-6pm and still waiting. No phone call, no confirmation, nothing. What type of service is this. We have 3 people working from home. How is that even possible? Tony
