    @Rogers @RogersHelps A new low!! After a 20 minute conversation, transfers us to tech support then conveniently disconnects our call and doesn't call us back! No internet, no tv and no customer service!!! This is ridiculous!! Someone needs to call us back!!!

    Hey @Rogers still having issues trying to sort out my install Was "escalated up to highest level" on Sunday but just found out it could take up to 7 days just to get someone to call me to sort an appointment out. Absolute joke! Started this process on 5th Oct!
