    @Rogers we still have problems with WiFi in my area For the absurd amount of money we pay for service these disruptions should never happens. Do you think one day credit will suffice for all the problems this is causing? Get your act together and fix this #rogersoutage still on!!

    @RogersHelps Your Rogers worker was on our street, climbed up a pole, did something to the wire, and the wire is now hanging about 10 feet off the road. Pls advise - how do we report this. Technical support is 45-60 min wait on the phone.

    @RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and whatโ€™s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

    @RogersHelps Our Rogers line got knocked down by a tree yesterday, that runs to our house. I cannot get thru via phone nor with Anna. I just want someone to add us to their list to get it fixed. Itโ€™s also a hazard lying low across the road. Pls advise.

    We keep on losing @RogersHelps during working hours at home. Not helpful. @Bell doesnโ€™t service our area. Maybe Starkink through @SpaceX is the way to goโ€ฆ

    @Bell I have called 10 times and the filipinos in Philippines are no help at all and really donโ€™t understand much about bell Canada and there servicesโ€ฆIโ€™ve had bell express vu and internet and phone for 25 #sad Maybe time to go to @rogers #bell #Fails

    So @Bell doesnโ€™t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but weโ€™re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

    @RogersHelps your internet connection is so glitchy in my area ๐Ÿ˜ก with people working from home these days you should really get your s*it together!! My neighbours and I have called to report problems many times with no resolution. Iโ€™ll be switching to another service provider.

    @BauxiteBeard @mokirokio @RogersHelps You should probably read your contract with Rogers. There is a paragraph in there about their liability for outages being limited to pro-rated refunds, if it's even that generous. Yes it sucks but that is the contract you signed

    @RogersHelps This was not intermittent service interruption. We had total disruption of service the entire day. Get your messaging correct abd say it as it is.

    .@RogersHelps : I have been on the line for 1 hr 40 mins. speaking with a customer service person who could not finalise my renewal Wifi deal with Rogers. Now he transferred me to a manager, and I am on hold again? Very poor customer relations. I may finally cut ties with you.
