@205mph @RogersHelps @_phos3 I was told you have to call Rogers in order to receive the compensation so if that's the case good luck calling in. I just got my service back and running and I been calling non stop and waiting. Lines are stupid busy🤬😭

@RogersHelps please give me a timeline for service restoration. Postal code N0B 1T0. I am assuming it will be up and running for the next Leafs game. That is Saturday BTW.

@RogersHelps so every 8 months major power outage? No phone, no tv no internet Kids can’t do Homework $1300 a month at Rogers doesn’t buy premium service, I call bell in the morning if my phone works to switch

@RogersHelps I certainly do not feel valued when you are offering no solutions to stay. I was told by the “customer service” rep there was nothing more to do. When I advised that I would take my business elsewhere, he replied that “maybe” someone could call me within 48 hours. What is that??

@RogersHelps unreal, internet is out again, you have service vans dotted down the street, "planned maintenance" according them, but can Rogers notify customers? Nope. Keep up being the worst ISP in Canada.

Instead of actually fixing their app and providing a quality streaming service @RogersHelps prefers to buy out their competition or get contracts to include them so people in Canada have no choice but to watch their stuff for an egregious price or illegally stream it

@Rogers I am paying for content on @Sportsnet and the app is down. Again. It also often throttles down to standard def on FIBE Internet and 4K streamer. Most companies would be out of business with your level of customer service.@CRTCeng Do you know about this?? #rippedoff
