@205mph @RogersHelps @_phos3 I was told you have to call Rogers in order to receive the compensation so if that's the case good luck calling in. I just got my service back and running and I been calling non stop and waiting. Lines are stupid busy🤬😭

So @RogersHelps we are into 4 hours and waiting! What gives? This is the worst customer service ever and you have been bad before but by relative and comparative standards this is in the category of “the worst” ! Quotation marks for emphasis! Thanks for listening…or reading!

@stevenhorgan4 @RogersBiz @RogersHelps You’ve lost a customer. That’s my friend above. We are also seriously considering changing, last two months tv has been terrible, picture goes on and off. Technician again today. Wifi signal barely carries video. And we pay a fortune each month.

@Rogers waiting 22 minutes for cust ser regarding robo calls on my land line. Calls are every 5 minutes. No talk, no msg left coming from area code 306. I call the number and it's not in service. Now hire more ******* customer service reps. Going to Bell.
