@Rogers Texting about the broken green box that covers the writers . The lady that lives next door at 46 Bishop Street has it sitting on her porch. It needs to have a new cover on it to keep our wires safe from the weather.

  • BryanRumble R. Bryan Rumble (@BryanRumble) reported from Brantford, Ontario

It would be great if @Rogers would honor, and encourage their marketing partners to also honor, customer requests to be put on the do not call list. Multiple calls per week is bordering on harassment, a complaint has been made with the CRTC.

  • bdizzy012 devils12 (@bdizzy012) reported from Brantford, Ontario

@RogersHelps literal photos of technicians entering homes. About to post because your retention team sucks. #ripoff #forgetrogers #bullshit

  • bdizzy012 devils12 (@bdizzy012) reported from Brantford, Ontario

@RogersHelps This is a front. Your job is to literally save face on the internet. Rogers needs to step up and take initiative to retain decade long customers rather then forcing them to cancel then pretend they care on the internet.

  • bugsy1234 J҉a҉s҉o҉n҉ ҉G҉ ⚜ (@bugsy1234) reported from Brant, Ontario

@mikev527 @Rogers The other day I turned on my TV and the volume was going up and down. Didn't solve the problem until I unplugged my modem and reset it. Horrible

  • leedunbar Lee Dunbar (@leedunbar) reported

@RogersHelps Longterm issue with a lot of excuses ... only solution that has been offered by @RogersHelps is to turn to HSPA only. $300/mo for what are essentially 4 wi-fi only devices when used in my area. TBases on my travels, the whole HWY15 corridor seems to be impacted.

  • mikev527 Mike 🏒 #Leafs 💙🇨🇦 (@mikev527) reported

@lukeincanada @Rogers Ever since the storm four weeks ago I basically can’t even talk on my phone at my house . The signal sucks !! Loses the connection for the call all the time..

  • Takhar77 Sunny (@Takhar77) reported

@lukeincanada @Rogers Would recommend escalating the issue with tech support as high as you can, and then make sure they compensate you with some credit. Keep taking pics of the error screens that appear

  • Mnky74 Monkey 74 🐵 (@Mnky74) reported

Of course @Rogers Ignite is down again. For the love of all the 3000 gods worshipped throughout history of humanity, do yourselves a favour and don't get this service. Rogers Ignite is just garbage. Constantly down

  • leedunbar Lee Dunbar (@leedunbar) reported

  • lukeincanada Luke (@lukeincanada) reported

@Takhar77 @Rogers I've always had 500u. Always had issues. Had Bell Fibe before, even worse

  • KebabsRLyf Kyng (@KebabsRLyf) reported

So it isn't @madebygoogle fault that the mesh network doesn't work the way it should. @Bell confirms there's no bridge mode on the HH4000 and to achieve what I want I need to setup Advanced DMZ and PPPoE. Hard pass. Should have stayed with @Rogers it was literally plug n play.
