@RogersHelps out in collingwood . Installed new modem, veero devices... same complaint, same shitty service. Please don’t expect a payment.

@Rogers Also, lets not negate the fact the thousands of customers had rogers service until well after midnight AFTER the storm rolled through at 4pm. So it was working after the storm and then out of no where its cut for thousands. #dobetter

@RogersHelps Still no internet service in L1R Whitby. Down since Saturday May 21st. Power was restored within hours but for some reason Rogers is still down. What is going on? No ETR, nothing.
