@IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

@jjchuu @RogersHelps Same happened to me. I recorded it as Harry Potter and the Philosopher Stone, but they aired the Sorcerers Stone instead, so the recording didn't adjust. Sucks they aren't airing the movie again. Usually they air the same movie multiple times, but this one aired once.

@OpenMediaOrg @Rogers @Fidomobile except rogers and fido both have a right-sizing policy. This allows your past bill to be retroactively assigned the rate of the new plan IF you change your plan to the appropriate level for your actual usage. 10:1 odds this is a customer who wanted to have the bill waived,
