@IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

@RogersHelps HATE Rogers. Called again, told new digital adapter needed. Got email after sent out. Old box cut off. Called again. Asked if outage in area--no. Asked if related to new box--yes. Called again with questions about unrelated email info. Got box turned back on.

@RogersHelps To my knowledge our internet AND tv service has been out since AT LEAST 6 am in Hagersville. Going on over 12 hours without service. Representatives said that they don’t know the cause and it was estimated to be fixed in 3-4 hours…. that was OVER four hours ago now.

After @Rogers convinced me they'd improve their service, I visited one of their stores to upgrade my phone. After waiting 45 minutes, the only staff member working was unable to complete the process due to tech difficulties. I left.
