My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

@IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

@RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

How many computers, cameras, phones, laptops, fax machines, TVs, etc has @Rogers & other service providers destroy(ed) by having us plug their cables, cords, etc in our devices? I lost many. Shouldn't there be an adapter to plug the cable in to a device (something in-between)

So as long as they have no competition they have no reason to fix it. And we have very little luck getting any type of discount for crap service. Forget new client deals!

Attempting to cancel my Dad's @Rogers mobile phone plan. The agent I first spoke to was as helpful as possible, but as it stands they want all the money for the phone on a plan that's 2 months old. I've escalated to the next level. Let's see how it goes. 1/n

@RogersHelps Do you guys think that all your customers are too stupid to read their bills? My last Rogers Bill was paid in full on 2/14 and was due on 2/28. So if it was paid fully 2 weeks before due why is there a fictitious late payment charge on my March bill? #Criminals
