    So back in July @RogersHelps as part of the nationwide outage promised billions of investment in better structure. My internet has gone down while working from home Friday, Monday, AND today. We need more accountability and competition in Canadian telecommunications.

    @Rogers worst customer service ever. I’ve been a loyal customer for 6 years. Over charge my account for $700. Now, no one is answering my phone. Keep transferring the call and putting on hold since 2 weeks. This is totally unacceptable.

    @RogersHelps 1/2 why can’t I get to speak to anyone from Rogers? I called Billing and they were the only ones who answer almost immediately.But they can’t deal with the fact that Rogers has billed me for services I no longer have. You seem to have no problem staffing this area.

    @RogersHelps @VincentDynamo Both the my rogers at the website and the myrogers phone apps have issue of login, since 12:30. But I can login at the ignite TV page/apps using same credentials.
