@RogersHelps It’s fine my father, the bill holder already called. It’s an “area wide outage.” What sucks is it happens far too often with Rogers.

@RogersHelps The internet is dropping frequently for a week. Had a techinician came, he did some testing and replaced the modem, but the issue still exists. Talked to agents for 3 or 4 times, they only tell me to unplug and replug the modem again and again. But it doesn't work!

@Tjierra @Rogers Oh boy that sucks!!! Shouldn't the tech be bringing it to you and hooking it up. @TELUS was the best I just let him in and it took him awhile 3 hours but he figured out the problem and i got 3 pvr for free. No problems. Nobody I know has Roger's must be a reason! Good luck
