@RogersHelps STILL DOWN! Your gateway routers in 216.185.x.x and enterprise customer public IP blocks are still down, after being up flakey a couple of hours this morning. Please report to be looked at since we cannot get a phone call thru to tech support. Business down 2 days!

@SamHersh01 @RogersHelps @VassyKapelos It's okay that she asked but "can't comment" is not at all a surprising or inappropriate response, especially given that he is head of network ops. Maybe a CEO would be more likely to comment.

According to CP24, @Rogers entire network went down when their brain trust attempted a maintenance update. Wasn't that the same reason their network went down last year? Again I ask, @RogersHelps, how incompetent are you?

@RogersHelps: Spencer, your automatic payment didn't go through Me: sucks to not get what you expected out of this relationship, doesn't it?

@RogersHelps I'm actually envious of those who have choppy or seriously slow connections. Right now, almost anything would be better than what we have here in Stratford. Which is absolutely nothing! Wishing I was part of the 'vast majority'!

@Vortalon Wouldn’t surprise me if it goes down again. With @RogersHelps it takes more than once to fix things.
