@RogersHelps Everything system has problems and failures, but knowledge goes a long way. Rumor is that it was vandalism and a cut fiber optic cable. If that information was passed onto customers and/or media outlets people wouldn't be so upset.

@RogersHelps Whats the update on the total service outage in Gander Newfoundland since 9pm last night?

  • Ronin_Exploring Ronin Exploring (@Ronin_Exploring) reported

@RogersHelps Thank you. The customer frustration comes from lack of information about problems with Rogers services. An outages map and explanation of what is happening would be very useful.

  • mrledrewmath Steve LeDrew (@mrledrewmath) reported

@RogersHelps is there an outage in Gander, NL or should I just restart my modem?

  • DavisLabrador Diane Davis Loves Newfoundland And Labrador (@DavisLabrador) reported

@RogersHelps @JimPittman The whole region is experiencing a full outage. Why is there no information available after almost 18 hours?

  • Mr_J01 MrJ (@Mr_J01) reported

@RogersHelps Is it possible to show caller ID with a VOIP service number on your home phone service? My parents have caller ID displayed when watching TV, but the VOIP number doesn’t display who the number belongs to. The VOIP service is @Fongo_Mobile based in Waterloo ON

@RogersHelps is there a service interruption in Brampton 🙄

  • LPZolob Larry Patrick Zolob (@LPZolob) reported

Sorry @rogers we tried to move our business from Bell but we are returning to them. You sold us a bundle and scheduled the install. But you failed on the install and are making us start again and wait a week with no service at our new home. Thanks so much 😞

@RogersHelps I’ve done this, I’ve dealt with the live chat to try and resolve the issue. I have an nhl live account that was setup through the app that I purchased the subscription to. Every time I log in to a different device, it asks me what subscription I want to purchase.
