    Rogers is making me pay for. Service I haven’t had or used because they lifted the suspension on it. (I get that) but they can clearly see that I haven’t used their service for over a year and now they want to charge me 210 bucks for it @RogersHelps 1/2

    @Travisdhanraj @Bell @Rogers is not any better. I tried to cancel my cable and they said I can’t because I have a home phone.

    @RogersHelps Yes but we believe it’s is an issue with our coax cable outlet and need a technician to come in, could you help with that?

    @CCTS_CPRST @Rogers Their customer care lines are continuously busy. Nobody is responding on phone call or on chat. This is pure denial of service. Now as the communication network is up their customer care is facing as outage.

    @RogersHelps Over an hour late for a technician and when I call I’m on hold & forced to listen to the torture of bad music-that sounds like you recorded it on to tape from a bad AM station and you wonder why customers are upset when the agent comes on line!!

    @Rogers increased my phone plan without any notification or information and also I had my plan less than 6 months and they increased the charges. Now rogers don't respond to my calls or chat and the customer service is ridiculous.Cud someone get in touch with me so I can cancel?

    @CanadasLeafs @Rogers Recently had a house fire. Wanted to tranfer internet and cable from the one that burnt to a rental property. Literally 2hrs on the phone. Like i didn't have enough **** to deal with.
