    @Rogers @RogersHelps Hey Rogers. Our mobile phones are not able to make calls or do SMS. I'm in the M6G area of Toronto. Obviously can't call for support, either. To make matters worse, in order to get a covid shot, I need to be able to receive an SMS confirmation!!!!!!!

    @RogersHelps Please consider providing free VoIP services to your customers in these times. Not having cell phone service can mean someone's life in an emergency.

    @RogersHelps I expect a credit on my next bill Rogers! Your rates are already high enough and now an unreliable network. Please reach out to me as I do expect some kind of credit for this on my next bill as this has caused a mass inconvenience

    @kevinlovestech I've tried going from the LTE to 3G and 2G - nothing works - even tried turning off and on my phone a few times to see if service was back but maybe my device was being sketch and the answer is still ZILCH from @RogersHelps with no updates or ETA on service restoration
