    I've just been told by @Rogers that their customer care people can't assist me after I was transferred to them by their Tech Support people who I reported a problem to. Customer service does not exist for Rogers' customers. This is disgraceful.

    @Rogers on my 2nd day of over 1 hr on hold to talk to tech service. My texting isnโ€™t working and Iโ€™ve missed two important business meetings over them now getting text confirmation. Wtf

    Wow. @Rogers is really trying to out-@Rogers themselves today. Up for 5 minutes then down 20-60 minutes. And no issues during the actual storm yesterday. But merging with Shaw was going to makes things betterโ€ฆ

    @etherealhuihui @Rogers yeah its really unfortunate i think a lot of ppl will cancel their sportsnet subscriptions in protest๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ just really sucks cause if you have a tv and an average cable package youโ€™d likely get cbc and so get all hockey games, but this will make it much harder for people ๐Ÿฅฒ๐Ÿฅฒ

    @RogersHelps I was lucky enough that my data turned back on a min after then hung up on me. But the support team did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
