Just spent 3+ hours with @RogersHelps on the phone and still haven’t talked to anyone. It’s crazy when you have limited options for phone and internet and this is the service you get. Been a long time customer of @Rogers which makes it even more frustrating

@RogersBiz seriously your customer service is the worst . You can’t ever get through on the phone lines . I changed my connection just because I couldn’t reach anyone to help with my relocation . I am struggling to get this cancelled at this point . Its been a painful experience

@RogersHelps called. Asked to have a call back. After 2 hours got a callback. Seems the Black Friday deals are only for new customers. Us loyal 10+year customers get 0. So I asked to cancel. I have been on hold for 30 min! Can someone help?
