  • yegventures Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@etowntechy @dailytechnewssh @TELUSsupport @TELUS @Rogers And I'm an Optik TV customer too! I've even unplugged one STB, and haven't used the other one (PVR STB) in over a week. I pay nearly $200/mo for sub-par service. In Canada, the internet is an essential service. Imagine getting power or natural gas 60% of the time. @CRTCeng @TELUS

  • etfinsight Yves Rebetez (@etfinsight) reported from Oakville, Ontario

blatant example of total bs @rogers stemming from Power structure skewed in favour of corporations to detriment of consumers! I instructed YOU GUYS months ago 2 cancel my account! last member on plan opted to stay. u insist I am still YOURs + She can’t access as a result - BS!

  • RiddellArchives Andrew Riddell 🇨🇦 (@RiddellArchives) reported from Embrun, Ontario

  • BarrhavenGuy Barrhaven Guy (@BarrhavenGuy) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

I challenge @Bell @RogersHelps and @TekSavvyBuzz during these trying times, to drop their rates to 0$, to help the families out of work, those with no net access, with getting or staying connected. #StrongerTogether #freeWiFi #OttNews #CanadaTogether #CanNews

  • ann_duffy ANN DUFFY (@ann_duffy) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@RogersHelps thank you so much to Courtney for the great service today. All resolved quickly and easily. Having spent 30 mins on phone last week, without a resolution, Courtney’s service made my day.

  • JSmall1771 Jay Small (@JSmall1771) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps it's odd how right when my deal expires on my home internet, we start having major problems with the service. Internet has been constantly dropping out daily for the last few weeks. It's been off for almost an hour with no obvious explanation

  • Fadhilous Fadhil M Fadhil (@Fadhilous) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@Chris_Eugenio @RogersHelps Same here, no service for 20 minutes now

  • crofts_kevin Kevin Crofts (@crofts_kevin) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I just can’t have any of my services fail at any time. I pay for them , they need to work with no explanation specifically during these times that we have to endure right now. @RogersHelps doesn’t help with the patronizing questions. Fix your end and I’ll pay on my end

  • JamDelay James Deeley (@JamDelay) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I tried rebooting and I’d just lost service after about 30 minutes again

  • vhmillsy vhmillsy (@vhmillsy) reported from Lacombe County, Alberta

@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.
