@Rogers That pic before I posted it had 100 not o pieces of data will be removed. I tried communicating with their suggested support website for 1hr. Of cat and mouse. I ask they reply no solution. #TimeForMadeInCanada

Wow @Rogers has moved all customer service back to Canada. Had many frusting calls to India trying to get @Bell internet to work ~ never again

@Rogers 4/x I asked him to just schedule an onsite technician instead to troubleshoot, which he did. The technician came, explained him the issue, looked at my cables, already saw the issue. You know what?

@RogersHelps I’ve been trying to get help since I sent this message (that’s only today, doesn’t count the last few days since Friday) I was just disconnected from a technician on@live chat. Now no wifi at all, no tv at all. I would like my life back.

@Rogers UPDATE: I finally got a hold of a technical support rep, an hour after the other hang up on me. This guy asked me to perform the same things, restart the box and wait. When it still doesn't work, he said that the NEXTBOX TV is not compatible with IGNITE. 1/x
