Obviously they don’t need or want my $600 a month. As they still have me on hold. Always zero customer service with Rogers.

I left and went to bell and now they want to charge me an early termination fee for a phone they lost.

The new system moves to a standby screen at 5 hours if it thinks no one is watching it. My old mom does not know know how to channel the move the remote to stop this from happening.
