@RogersHelps We don’t need 5G or a blanket excuse. We need full bar LTE or to drop our monthly bills to $25 a month to match the garbage service we receive. Do better.

@Rogers putting this out there now. You say you will add a credit to people's account for the disruption in service, so what? I'm going to get $3.38 off my bill when I couldnt buy groceries, couldnt call 911 when I needed to, couldnt operate my business? 1/

@CBCAlerts We need action and not words. Canada needs to increase competition amongst our wireless network companies, end the oligopoly, utilize the CRTC to better protect consumers, lower rates and penalize companies like @Rogers accordingly.

@RogersHelps 60 hours and we’re finally up and running. 60 hours from now the Bell guy will be at my house, and you’ll be minus (yet another) long time customer with cell, tv, internet, home phone and home monitoring who pays his bill on time every single month.
