@RogersHelps We don’t need 5G or a blanket excuse. We need full bar LTE or to drop our monthly bills to $25 a month to match the garbage service we receive. Do better.

@nilouscotch @RogersHelps Change your phone's network settings temporarily to GSM Only. This should help you be able to make calls, or at least it did for me.

@ShantP1 @Rogers Not just GTA - thank you!!! I've apparently been de-registered from my phone here in Ottawa! Try to get to Rogers Helps on landline and via website: told that they're "very busy" and to call back later. Is this the lightening service I pay +$500/month for?
