    @Rogers been without any services since Saturday and it’s been 24 hrs since you locked my account and needing a special back office team to flip the switch to reactivate. How about customer service and a system that’s a part of the 21st century.

    @RogersHelps SNNow Login. I missed the first 2 periods of the flames game yesterday while they figured out to "whitelist" my IP from my hone wifi. But now that I tried logging in with Cell Data (different IP) I see the same issue.

    @RogersHelps Would love to someone to contact me please. I mean I'm trying. My internet has been down since 7:35 am and I work from home and used 12.35GB if my phone data just to hotspot so I can support a team of 500 employees. Why can't you notify me that it will down all day?
