Ryan Hibbs (@rhibbsy) reported@RogersHelps This is ridiculous. I just got through to a chat specialist, and they ended the chat immediately when I tried to report the fraud. It was 2.5 hours just to contact them and they immediately ended the chat. Absolutely rude.
-
Marion Harrington (@petemare) reported@Rogers I am trying to report a fraudulent account. I have spoken to 3 people via chat, 3 via phone and have been disconnected from your Customer Solutions team 6 times with 8 hours of hold time. Please provide a contact so I can have this rectified

evanspence (@Loveataurus) reported@RogersHelps @RogersHelps apparently im told to put 40% down and im high risk! It's BS i have payment arrangements and been paying them and keep it contact but it's never good enough. I guess being a loyal customer for many years gets you no where so im fed up. @BellMobility is cheaper
-
Island Time (@visitorsdigest) reported@lamphieryeg @RogersHelps @Rogers I spent 90 minutes last week on the phone and was shuffled to FOUR customer “service” agents before speaking to someone willing to deal with my issue which was that my internet speed was just over 50% of what I’ve been paying for for over a year. The system is designed to fail.

🐻❄️ Dave Sandford 🦌 (@Dave_Sandford) reported@SturdyHugh @RogersHelps Spot on Hugh A communications company that makes it so frustrating to actually communicate with them. Frustrate the customer so much they just give up trying.
-
Mike Jones (@Mike_Jones_1) reported@lamphieryeg @Rogers @RogersHelps Customer service in telecom companies in Canada is practically nonexistent, their monopoly allows it. The threat of taking your business elsewhere is a joke and they all know it.
-
Janice H. (@moregrandma) reported@Rogers is just as bad. Also, they seem to think that everyone can read when they email 'contracts'. No verbal explanation given.
-
Julie Carl (@JulieC007) reported@RogersHelps Hey Roger’s, what does it take to talk to a human being in your company? Your AI just hung up on me. I wasn’t originally calling to cancel, but now…
-
CatastrophiConfusion (@canadianatlarge) reported@Rogers HELP. We are two struggling seniors, who have a CONTRACT with Rogers Cable. For the love of God, stop adding $5 to our bill whenever TF you feel like it. JFC it's a CONTRACT. One we can barely afford as is. That fraudulent $5 is a meal we have to do without. HELP

Laura Brown 🍁 (@thatgrrl) reported@Darth_Pingu @Rogers I worked in call centres in Canada. Most of the clients were US businesses looking for Canadian customer service people because we were nicer, more patient than those in the US. I bet they still do that.
