@Hardcorepips @RogersHelps Yup I got the same response. Long as they have your money they could care less about the quality service they provide. Cities will always be the priority

@RogersHelps We don’t need 5G or a blanket excuse. We need full bar LTE or to drop our monthly bills to $25 a month to match the garbage service we receive. Do better.

@Rogers After spending 5.5 hours on hold and going into a store to upgrade and after speaking to customer retention only to find out that the ridiculous request on my account for any upgrade cannot be removed. Goodbye and good luck Hello Bell!

@Rogers Ignite hardware arrived Friday-been trying to set up internet since then. Had a tech in for over 3 hours yesterday. He left. No internet. Just now - "it will be +24 hours until issues are resolved" 4 days,no service! Not off to a great start for this 1st time customer.

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers Remember Bell? I know many with this same story. Had my service cut off over about $200, not even a few months later I go to pay it, and it's $900 🤯 because they kept trying to ding my account and charging a fee every time. They never got one penny.

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers Wow! I'm on hold to. Got an email demanding $101 or my service cut off in 14 days, and an email saying if I didn't pay $245 within 24 hours my service will be disconnected. Over 90 minutes on hold @Rogers

At the time they had my home phone, cell, cable and internet…..but they had no way to get a hold of me! Calling them is awful @Rogers

@AreOhEssEyeEe @RogersHelps Not that it will help with rogers per se, but if you move to one of the other ****** canadian companies, they will usually offer you the phone you want for free, just for moving over to them. They are all **** though. Just tell them you’re thinking of making a switch.

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers Get a billing book made up in your company official letterhead with purchase orders and give it a try. Worst they can do is say no. Send a bill to all of them that wastes your time. Explain in detail why the bill is valid. Maybe a disclaimer in small print on the back.

@RogersHelps Also why is it when I cancel 2 services you all up the price. So now I'm paying the same price when I had 4 services with you? How is this allowed when we have a Consumer & Competition Body that's suppose to protect consumers?
