@RogersHelps These are nuisance calls, not ads or requesting information. Blank voicemails. That's not fraud. And, they are occurring on YOUR network with a discernible pattern (999 prefix). 9 calls now in 7 hours. I'll hit up my contacts at corporate, and suggest an eval of the SM team

Just got off the phone with a passive aggressive @Rogers tech, who wouldn't stop interrupting and dismissed the lagging internet issues we are having. Now I want to fight someone.

@RogersHelps Why am I being charged a $30 tech fee for a move despite never being told about this? All I was told was that my appointment would be confirmed via email and that was all. Now I see an account change email with a $30 fee on there.
