@RogersHelps We don’t need 5G or a blanket excuse. We need full bar LTE or to drop our monthly bills to $25 a month to match the garbage service we receive. Do better.

@Rogers @ctvnews email connection issue is not okay. Where is the issue alert msg on your web page? Your support person didn't even know what an App pw was. Had to walk them through it. Both the pw reset and App pw = "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again later."

@Rogers @Fidomobile This is totally unacceptable, my Fido bill has been over 100$ for the last 2 months and I see unknown charges for the calls we never made I complaint previous month and see it again, I have to leave FIDO for good

@RogersHelps Every 30 seconds everything cuts out. Modem goes from white to flashing green to white again. Techs say it's an issue upstream of us.
