@RogersHelps We don’t need 5G or a blanket excuse. We need full bar LTE or to drop our monthly bills to $25 a month to match the garbage service we receive. Do better.

@RogersHelps Today I had one of the worst experiences using your services. I recently lost my job and couldn’t make the payment on time and you suspended my account. I contacted you asking for time till 15th of this month but your agent was adamant of me making the payment.

@Rogers I’m getting packet loss and slow internet but when I check connection status it looks fine but it’s very frustrating can’t stream can’t play games please fix this in Brampton L6R 1X6 our neighbours already changed to bell seems like we gonna also change

@RogersHelps Good service from your reps. Small request: I wish reps let customers go faster. There is no need for recap, nor for facts/tips irrelevant to the call, nor the long thank you for choosing and I hope etc etc. I'd be grateful to just say thank you, bye, and hang up.
