Nope (@aiartsucks) reported@Rogers Hey, is your free Uber One promo for loyal customers a scam? Was told by a rep to wait a week for the email code but got nothing. Been trying to talk to customer service but they booted me from the live chat after I waited almost 2 hours in line.

White Morpheus (@_slime_man) reported@RogersHelps I'll be sure to give that a go when I have cell service again
-
Supafanstan (@Supafanstan) reported@RogersHelps What is going on with spotty data service in London, ON? For the past week I am having issues, service showing 5G or 5G+ (which is ironically, worse) but still can't load an image or video. Rogers outages says there's no problem in my area.

CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.
-
TimeTraveleRuss (@Noeticwanderer) reported@RogersHelps Calling again. I did end my account with Roger's last August... an account I had since 1987 when I got my first mobile phone. After 38 years of being a loyal Roger's customer I finally had enough and have transferred my number to a new service provider.

Cheryl Hunter 🏳️🌈🇨🇦🌻🦋🇺🇦 (@LadyEmmasGhost) reported@Garnet_2203 @CanadianCoffey @Rogers Rogers can go to Hell. They charge their customers $80 to have in person help at the store location. The only reason to punish your clients is to train them to use online services and robots. They’re definitely looking to replace humans.
