@Rogers Yeah.....on my fourth ticket in 2 years.... Still the same. It's absurd we have to tether our phones to a work phone on Bell. And tech support keeps telling us to get rural internet-which doesn’t exist here.

@RogersHelps Internet has been down in Bowmanville for going on 4 hours now. No notifications, response from online portal assistance other than to be passed between departments. Any word on a fix? All the neighbours with Bell Fibe are ok....

@RogersHelps we are having the same problem as yesterday with our home phone through ignite. If someone phones it goes to voicemail and when I try to phone out I’m not getting a dial tone just a busy signal.

Day 6 without service from @Bell Miraculously someone called last night… to say they don’t have a bucket truck to fix lines and don’t know when they will :> That’s all. Maybe they can ask @Rogers for help? Since they came with 2 bucket trucks within 20 hr to fix their lines :)

@RogersHelps Since I'm unable to get through by telephone I'd thought I'd try reaching you guys this way. My internet has been suspended over a 100.00 payment with I plan to pay off my whole balance due 245.00 tomorrow Saturday December 11th. The issue I'm having is my children
