    @RogersHelps Not impressed with your Ignite TV service. Keeps freezing. Replaying last 15 seconds over and over again. Calling my concierge assigned agent, wrong extension #, then transfered 3 times and still on hold. This is not the promised premier service. I want my $$ back.

    @RogersHelps seems all of our IPTV went down. “Trouble loading” error, subscription required message on every channel when we have top tier package, and looooooong please wait messages. All systems including eero reboot. Not a connection or data issue. Still have 800Mbps down
