    @RogersHelps Of course this completely contradicts what the first person told me, *and* what I was told when speaking to a customer service agent on Twitter two weeks ago. So like… I guess Rogers doesn’t want my money? Or what? Why do I need to wait?

    Day 8 of no Internet. Thanks @Rogers and @RogersHelps. Simple question I can’t have answered by anyone on your technical service side, where are you working and what neighbourhoods have been restored?

    @RogersHelps since this morning home monitoring is offline. “Network Lost” have rebooted both the router and touch pad. Zero. Call times are 55 min waits. Anna is 👎

    @Rogers can you please let us know if current outage in Ottawa is due to power or internet cable repairs?! I tried multiple times and all I get is area has issue and being worked on.

    As usual @RogersHelps sucks. Great way to spend the weekend. With no internet and brain dead support. Can’t wait for them to tell me they need to up my bill in a few months “to provide the worst service possible”

    @RogersHelps Power has been restored in my area one week back and internet worked for few days before going down again on friday. I am not sure why it is taking this long for rogers to restore. I have to work tomorrow.
