@RogersHelps @phil_jacobson It's a chronic outage, not intermittent. Stop minimizing the issue when it's nationwide. You guys are ridiculous and should be ashamed. Going to Bell - thanks for the push.

@RogersHelps service is still out, are you going to pay all my employees, and lost profit for today due to this? Service has been out all day! What is going on, I don’t want a blanket response I want to know why my service is still out, I’m so tempted to just go and switch

Dear @RogersHelps I understand you’re going through something right now, but when you’re all fixed up and ready, I expect to see some sort of credit on my account for the outage. We’re (over)paying for a service we aren’t receiving. Ttyl.

@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo This is getting to be an issue. Living alone through Covid makes having phone service pretty important. My internet has worked but my phone is still not working. When will this issue be fixed?

@kabalguy @RogersHelps They paid for a service that’s currently offline. Of course people will complain. Business calls need to be done, GPS is offline, and you can’t even call your relatives let alone SEE THEM.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers doesn’t help anyone but themselves. As soon as I’m 2 days late on my paying you ring down my phone but I’m sitting here 5 hours into no service.

@RogersHelps JFC I am looking to switch now. There is no "interuptions", the network is been completely down all day. I cannot keep giving money to a company this dishonest.

@RogersHelps You guys are an utter joke. Over charge for ****** service then expect us to pay our bills. A little consitancy would be amazing, but we all know rogers is truly inconsistent. We all deserve compensation as we're not using a broken system.

@RogersHelps Why is your service not up and running yet?? Completely unacceptable from company such as yours. Maybe you should credit everyone for today's interruption since nobody has access to make business, personal or other important calls. Also, a heads up notice would have been nice!
