    @Rogers Id rather you just explained it. I can handle the slow wifi and unavailable channels it's the price of it that's concerning. So just try to explain why Ch's I'm paying for would become unavailable unless I tap a button.

    Hello @RogersHelps. I want to honestly say that when your TV ignite works, it‘s great. But the inconsistency whenever there is wind, rain or ‘other’ issues is becoming frustrating.This month-2 major outages and several small glitches.Suggest a think on how to address weather.

    @Rogers you really need to focus on consistent connectivity to existing customer!! If you don’t no one will subscribe to internet services!! Last 3 days number of outages in brampton west!! That’s during business hours!! If you can’t provide C3 ( Consistency, Care, Connectivity)

    @RogersHelps ..... I don't need help. I don't have access to my landlord's Rogers account in order to forward ports. I'm telling you this literally makes it harder (for me, impossible) to perform basic everyday changes to a router. I'm asking you "in what universe, is this easier?"
