@RogersHelps I think the HBR article explains it well. Clearly, being proactive with your loyal customers about promos or opportunities to reduce plan fees is not in your best interests. It will eat into your profits. So, after all these years, Rogers continues to deliver customer frustration

@rogershelps I just heard the most bizarre story about @Rogers refusing to add an @Apple watch for an existing customer because your mailroom lost a @BlackBerry return in 2006. They are cancelling their service (cable/internet/family of 5 cell phones)tomorrow if you can’t fix it.

Hey @AirCanada I just reached out to @RogersHelps and they got back to me within 15 minutes... that’s how large company’s show they care about the consumers that make them millions a year. #aircanada going on 5 days with no support!

@RogersHelps I have had a bad 2019 I had lost my job and I had hard time paying my Rogers bill I ask for help to make adjustments and I was told no. I want to catch up but they told me they don't help anymore not since Dec 06 2019 I call yesterday to ask for help

Anyone else having issues watching the leafs game with @Rogers honestly this is so annoying. Rogers should just give me tickets to games to prevent me being pissed off about the service.

@RogersHelps so I receive a text stating that SHM has fixed my problem with my app, but yeah it still doesn’t work, they leave a live chat link for support and of course no one is working. Been dealing with this December and it’s quite frustrating!!
