@RogersHelps @AlexVBD Hi nt, it's not only Alex, it's a system wide Rogers issue. Watching any channel on the Ignite TV Box vs. the Ignite iPhone app, there is an 8-10 second delay. I've compared Rogers Ignite TV box to Bell Fibe TV box on my brothers TV and there is an additional 10 second delay.

@Frank028 @RogersHelps After troubleshooting with Rogers last night, the only conclusion that we could come to was my iPhone XR is better capable of streaming live TV than the Rogers IPTV box. It’s bizarre that they aren’t addressing this issue. Hopefully Bell Fibe will be closer to live

@RogersHelps - Why was nothing posted about an issue affecting wireless service in the Niagara Falls area?

@RogersHelps All lip service. Told it could take 24 hours to restore service in our neighborhood. That is horrible service.

RE cell phone/internet/cable services; The best way to get a deal is to switch providers whenever your discount period expires. Retention (or 'Loyalty') will rarely offer the deal as good as a brand new customer gets. @Bell_Aliant, @TELUS, @Rogers this makes no sense.

@RogersHelps you really need to fix your cell service. I can never call someone /receive calls because they can never hear me or I can’t hear them

@RogersHelps You might want to, but Rogers really doesn’t; the problems with Rogers are more fundamental. In this instance it was a tech more interested in getting to the next call than ensuring things were working. Significant disconnect btwn your call centres, sales, service techs etc 1/2

Big fail tonight @Rogers for not lifting the GTA blackout on the @CanadiensMTL game. NHL fans across Canada would have liked to see the Guy Lafleur tribute.
