    @Rogers @RogersHelps This is frustrating. No phone service so far today. No helpful for my work. Oh yes, also it stops me being able to register with the pharmacy for a Covid vaccination which I am eligible for as of today!!

    @RogersHelps Service in Brampton, Ontario is totally down. No cellular coverage since 8 in the morning and yet no ETA available when services can resume. Thankfully home internet is working fine and fingers crossed, it shd keep working else lot many are porting today itself.

    @RogersHelps I understand there is an outage but why did I get a bill for over $400 saying I cancelled my plans, when I didn't. Is this a part off the issue's you guys are having?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps It is astounding that you can get away with these kind of shallow and flaccid responses. "Apologizing for the inconvenience" is the most enraging phrase any customer can hear. Get your **** together and start interacting and stop hiding behind bs PR

    @RogersHelps It's ridiculous to state that only some customers are experiencing intermittent outages. The outage is Canada-wide and long-lasting, over 12 hours so far. So how about a little honesty?
